Great host and hostess, helpful and kind

Our stay was really good, the place is in a very good location, close to the Main Street but far away to have minimal traffic. They let us stay with our two dogs, which we really appreciated. I recommend you staying here.

We can’t comment on trailers as we upgraded and moved across the street to one of their condos. We did see in the trailers and they were as as advertised. The condo was great. Very private with 3 Terrazas. One of the was a large roof top which we enjoyed using.. we definitely recommend this rental.

The property was as advertised. Nice, well maintained property. We were greeted by the host upon arrival and given a tour of the town. The trailer was small but cozy. One big selling point was the kitchen which served our purpose but lacked some basic items like a lime squeezer and large bowls...we were making ceviche. I would also recommend that they put in a bbq/grill so better use could be made of the outside seating area. The nearby beach was very nice and the walk to town not so bad....the shortest route required walking by an abandoned night club and across a derelict Bridget.

Wonderful Hosts and a Perfect Place for Staying in San Felipe Close to Everything!!

We had a wonderful time, we ended up staying in a larger condo close to the beach. Mike and Gail are wonderful hosts and we even ended up adopting a dog from them. This was our first time in a San Felipe and we will definitely be back All their properties are beautiful a lot of very personal touches and artwork.

We had a great time staying here! Gail’s place was perfect for 2, we had everything we needed and we were very close to the best spots in San Felipe! Definitely recommend!

I didn’t end up going on the trip but they agreed to give me a mostly complete refund despite that I was cancelling so late, Gail and Michael are definitely awesome hosts and really want to cater to their customers.

Great trip, loved it all. Yard is well kept and walking distance to beach and downtown. Micheal and Gail are very helpful. All went well. Advise to older folks who may rent this cozy cabin, you can only exit from one side of the bed, so if you have to get up in the night, and your on the inside, know that you will have to wake your partner to get up as well.

We loved staying in the renovated 1950s beach side trailer. Mike and Gail were wonderful from arriving to departure. We’ll be back soon to stay again and see Sasha!

The camper was great. Michael added a full bathroom so the space had 1.5 bathrooms. It was very cozy and perfect for a quick getaway when you want to be on the beach but not necessarily in a tent. The beach has rock outcropping on both the north and south side so it feels secluded. Very family friendly beach where you can also drink beer and play your music. Would definitely return!

Michael and Gail were very welcoming and friendly. The airstream was even better than I expected. Very clean, comfortable and offered ample room, especially with the addition of that wonderful full restroom. What a treat! Location is perfectly tucked away from town, but close enough to walk to it. You can access the beach and come back to refresh your drink without dreading the walk. Super secured and safe. I will definitely be returning and will miss Sasha and Lily (cutie pups).

Gail and Michael have renovated and added onto a 50's vintage caravan in a way that is unique and delightful to stay in. The exterior courtyard they created, and the added bathroom, gives the unit just enough elbow room to not feel too cramped. The spaces inside are not large, and I appreciated the feeling of being snug and cozy in bed. All the amenities were provided. The walk to the beach is very short, the beach is very nice, and the swimming is good. A few times I had the beach all to myself. As an architect with a practice and a staff at home I also had to do some work remotely. The wi-fi was very good and I had no problem doing the work that I needed to do. The two puppies that were living in the courtyard, Sasha and Lilly, were affectionate, easy going, quiet, and fun to hang out with! As a newcomer to Baja who is setting out to explore Baja, this was a perfect place to find a little respite from the differing intensities of the geography (which I love), the Malecon (can be busy and noisy), and the town. I made a mistake with key management and Gail and Michael were quick to help with the problem. I came to know that if I had had any problems or needs Gail and Michael are very helpful hosts.

The property is as stated. Very clean and we loved the trailer. The owners were available, but, gave us our privacy. We brought our dog and she was very welcome. Wi-fi and T.V. we're available and worked perfectly. Would recommend this property to anyone. It is close to town and beach access is across the street.

Classic caravan stay at San Felipe. Surprisingly spacious with built on bathroom and all mod cons wi fi, tv, music, working kitchen. Even got a dog included for company.

We had the most delightful stay in San Felipe. For one month we rented Gail and Michaels refurbished 1950 trailer. You talk about cozy......it was wonderful. Everything we needed.....bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen with lots of storage, and a living room with a comfortable couch and large flatscreen t.v.. The enclosed compound was wonderful and secure for my dog to roam unaccompanied with their dog, Sasha, to play with. The biggest plus was the nearby private beach. My husband and I along with "Bella" enjoyed a daily walk up and down looking for shells and sea glass. Gail and Michael are two exceptionally interesting people. They went out of their way to be very gracious hosts. We will look forward to seeing them again for another wonderful visit.
