The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and located in the center near to everything. The host is very kind and helpful.

Close enough to the city centre to walk

Check in was a nightmare. I informed in advance that we would arrive late but received only short instruction that keys to be collected at the reception. The reception turned out to be a security guy that had no idea about the key he should give us. Long telephone call between the security guy and the owner cost me around 10dollars but finally we got the keys. When were already in bed trying to fall asleep (what wasn't easy due to noise coming from people partying in nearby apartment) something unbelievable for me happened. The owner came to collect the money! Half past midnight! Without any previous notice via booking.com or during the call we had had 1h before. Regards the noise. Both evenings and nights we struggled to fall asleep as the music and people shouting was unbearable. This is a 30 floors block of apartments, kind of U-shaped. The flat has windows coming out into the internal part of "u" so one loud party is enough for everyone be deprived of any peace. The flat is announced as having double bed and sofa and I booked it for 3. We ended up sleeping with our daughter as the sofa was completely worn out and unfit to even sit on it. Kitchen utensils, bathroom, wardrobe shelves were dirty. As never thoroughly checked when the previous guests left. The were cockroaches. We found 2 dead in the middle of the living room when we entered and managed to kill another ones later.

Everything was perfectly organized! The location was wonderful, right next to the center of Santiago. Ana is an amazing hostess, very helpful on letting us know all the information needed! The room has everything that we needed, comfortable bed, a beautiful kitchen and everything was clean! Very good WIFI connection, as well!

We would have appreciated more information PRIOR to our arrival, number of the room, floor etc...
