Very nice property love that it was gated it made me and my partner feel very safe. There are no curtains in the living room which i would have loved if it had curtains because the sun gets very in the space at like 12-1pm other than that really great location and the host is super attentive and nice

Alvy is simply warm welcoming, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She checked on us and communicated effectively. Sh made sure we knew where everything was. I stayed at this property for 5 days. I really enjoy the view of looking at the water and mountains. Everything was in close proximity and easy to get to. Alvy was very helpful when I asked for anything and very easy to reach I will definitely stay again, thank you sooo much

This home is in the perfect location for exploring Puerto Rico, only 30 minutes from San Juan, the ferry and marina. There are many beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive. Several local restaurants with a multitude of dining options are also within a few miles of the property. Access to the rainforest is minutes away as well. The home is comfortable, clean and a reflection of the PR culture. An electric gate secures the property. The owners are friendly and communicative during the entire process from booking to checkout. If you want privacy and convenient access to the north and east coasts, this is the place for you.

Alvy was always reachable and very easy to communicate with! Her place is clean and it feels like home! This was my first time to this side of PR, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The overall property is amazing. It’s very beautiful. I will say that if you don’t have a car, you will have to Uber everywhere and sometimes it can be hard. However, it’s very nice and quiet. It’s not far done Luquillo Beach which is incredible. Overall, it’s amazing.

We as a family had the best stay at Alvy's apartment. Nicely furnished and very confortable. Great location with view to the ocean (5 min away from Las Picuas Beach & right in front of Wyndham Beach Resort Hotel/Margariteville Vacation Club)and surrounding nature. Free mangoes ( from tree in property) every day for your delight was a plus. Alvy and Richie are excellent host and were available for us at all times when needed. We felt right at home and plan to come back again soon!

We had a great time here in Rio Grande/Luquillo. We like staying away from the big name hotels yet close enough to the action so this was just right with a perfect location to Luquillo Balneario, El Yunque, Hacienca Caravali, and Farjado. We ate at the local restaurants and bakeries and got coconuts for breakfast at a stand down the street every morning. The condo was spacious and clean and everything was provided for us, a beautiful view from the patio and rooms, comfy beds, and at an excellent price. A quick word of caution for anyone who has a pet or young children that the other house up the hill has a Rottweiler that walks around off leash sometimes. I don’t want to sway anyone from coming here because of this and we’re told he’s social but I wish I had known in advance. because my first encounter while having my little dog with me and this dog ran up to “play” and also pounce on me a bit was worrisome at first since I didn’t know anything about his personality so I just mention so others have a heads up. We will definitely come back again sometime to this great condo. Thanks for the tips Alvy!

The property was as described, except the pool was closed due to Covid. This is an apartment on the bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has very beautiful views of the ocean. It is a 5 minute drive from Luquillo beach. The host was great. She was very attentive and quickly addressed any problems we had. I would highly recommend any families with young children to stay here. My kids enjoyed the sand toys that were provided as well as the board games in the home. It was nice to have outdoor chairs and umbrellas provided to us so we could sit on the beach. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. Thank you so much Alvy! We really enjoyed our stay!

The view from the Balcony was breath taking. The location is near the El Yunque Tropical Forest with beautiful countryside views, but at the same time it is closed to the sunny and crystal water gorgeous beaches. At the same time you have a Casino a walking distance as well as very good restaurants. During the night is so peaceful and you can hear the sounds of the small frog called "Coquis" combined with the local crickets in perfect harmony.

We spent Christmas at Alvy’s home in Luquillo and it was fantastic. Her home was very clean and was very comfortable for four people, though any more than that would be tight. The home is perfectly located on the island, being only 30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to a great beach in Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest and less than an hour to Punta Tuna, our favorite beach on the island. Alvywas very accommodating, and always available to answer any questions or need or concerns and always got in touch with us very quickly.

The house was very spacious, could easily fit 4-6 people, and the view was great. The owner responded to any questions I had within a couple hours, which was very helpful. My only complaints were walking related. Firstly, the road leading to the property is very windy and fairly busy, with no walkway for pedestrian. Secondly, the "driveway" is extremely steep and difficult to traverse, so anyone with limited mobility will have a rough time. Overall a very good property as long as you are mobile and have a vehicle.

The location was very easy to find. Pleasant and clean. Very quiet and relaxing if that is the type of environment that you are looking for. The house is clean and accommodating. Everything is available for use from beach chairs to kitchen utensils. My family and I were very pleased with our stay. Thank you

When in PR we usually stay with family but we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again in the future. Location was quiet & place was big, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Alvy was available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend booking this place when in PR!

The location is in a nice place and are. Alva is aseo me and always communicate. I would suggest a map so that people can find it. It’s a bit “hidden” we arrived at 3:00 am due to plane delays so the taxi driver was lost as were we since we had no map and had never been to Puerto Rico. We recognized the place by the picture of the outside on Expedia. We did not find a trash can in the kitchen so collecting trash was difficult. I suggest a kitchen trash can. Be ready to sweat because there are only air conditioning units in the bedrooms but the rest of the house only has fans. We were cooking but in not gonna lie, it was a nice home. It’s close to El Yunque, Havienda Carabali and Luquillo beach. all in all it wa a great experience. We left water bottles and beer for the next ppl because there was not one water bottle in the house and as mentioned b4 we arrived at 3:00 am. Everything closes at 10:00 pm so we did not eat or drink anything. Another suggestion would be have a few water bottles that way at least you can survive the night. Also make sure to rent a car. Beautiful place, great host and fun times were had

The property was wonderful. Because I was working I wasn’t able to use all the amenities. While there I had a few questions and Alvy was always quick with a response.

The owner was terrific to work with throughout our stay. Ocean view sunsets from a hill top location were beautiful. Easy access to a major highway to both ends of the island and attractions.

The location was near everything I needed for the event I was attending. The owner was very nice, when I did not know how to get the water hot, her husband personally came over to show me. Very comfortable apartment, clean and no insects, mosquitoes etc. I would recommend as well as stay here again.
