THE BEDS THEY WERE COMFORTABLE THAT WAS MY FAVORITE,THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN IT WAS AWESOME I ENJOYED MY STAY THERE☺️ ALSO THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE WAS VERY HELPFUL I THANK HIM SOO MUCH😘

Was the back yard it was a lot of mosquitos and the Hot Tub doesn't work and the 4th room was an office but other than that everything was great.

The house was so clean. It had all the amenities needed for a South Florida stay. The kitchen had all utensils needed for preparing meals or just morning coffee which was provided. The beds were perfect for a peaceful rest. The beach ⛱️ is just a short walk or drive across the Intercoastal Waterway.

Location and comfort. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood.

Since we have two little kids, a little more wiggle room on check out time would have been nice but at the same time, we understand the housekeeper needed time to have the place ready for the next guests.

The place was great close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Neighborhood was very quite. The only thing that would have been better was to have a working hot tub.

The hot tub did not work

It was the perfect location and size for our visit. We had a small family get together one evening and it was very comfortable for everyone. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.

It was close to the beach and close to the event we were attending.

The grass was over grown so much we couldn’t enjoy outside. The hot tub temp was cold, there are 3 vehicles parked on the property so parking was limited, one bedroom stated it has a Queen bed when in reality it is a sleeper sofa. The thermostat is a nest so the temp is controlled by the owner. We were out all day to an event and the temp was set at 72 ( the lowest it is allowed to be set) we got back at 10:30 pm to have the house 79 degrees after being outside all day. It was miserable to try and go to sleep. I texted the owner who did respond right away and the thermostat was turned down immediately to 72 but it took hours to get it back to a tolerable temp. There is only 1 tv in the entire 4 bedroom home.

The home was perfectly located near the beach, dining, and shopping. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were traveling with a family member who is in a wheelchair. Lance went out of his way to provide us with a ramp and shower chair. He was very easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating. We ended up missing our flight the day we checked out. We contacted Lance, and he graciously accommodated us for another few days without any hesitation.

There was nothing that we didn't enjoy. Everything was beyond expectations, and we would stay at this home again. Lance is a fantastic host.
