This condo & location were perfect for our family for a 5-day ski trip. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, we especially loved the gas fireplace and hot tub The complimentary ski storage at Silver Lake was awesome. And the ski school was great for the kids. We plan to return to this condo in February 2025!

We LOVED staying in this unit! It was perfect for our family! The condo was clean, well maintained, and well supplied with all kitchen necessities. There were several windows in all rooms to see the beauty outside. The owners were very welcoming and thoughtful. They were thorough with clear information and provided many correspondences prior to our trip. This made it easier to not worry or wonder about our accommodations for our ski trip.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for a long ski weekend at Deer Valley. The condo was immaculately clean. The hosts were very responsive, both before and during the stay. The property is an easy 5 minute walk from the lifts. For getting into town, the free bus stop is directly across the street. Also, the hot tub on the porch was delightful after a hard day of skiing.

The cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Perfect location for easy walk to lifts. The little Christmas tree was a special touch for our pre-Christmas getaway. Communication from owner was timely and provided all the right info. Thank you!

We had a nice stay for an October. Be aware there is no one on premises to help but we had nice communication through the property manager. The elevator was not running for our stay so climbing the 4 flights of stairs with groceries and luggage was not fun but we made it work! Beautiful setting. Greatly stocked!

We had a wonderful stay- great condo with fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook meals after a day out skiing. Short walk to ski valet and SilverLake lodge- getting around couldn’t have been easier. The property was clean and cozy- exactly as advertised! Would stay here again and again.

This condo is everything you need and more. The convenience of the location is perfect. Just 200 yards and you are on the slopes at Silver Lake. Just 5-10mins from Main Street Park City. We had a rental car but the bus service is so easy and also close to the condo.
The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Rooms were big and the two bathrooms were perfect for our family of four. The view was breath taking and could watch the skiers from the deck.

Adding another 5-star review for this property! The location just a few minutes from the slopes was great. Lots of thoughtful touches like available humidifiers and a gift bag at check in. We cooked dinner every night, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids loved taking dips in the communal pool and hot tub amidst all of the snow drifts. There is an elevator to the 4th floor, but the units are on slightly different levels, so there are a total of about 20 steps up to the condo from the elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but wanted to make others aware in case this would be an issue for someone in your group.

Nice location with private hot tub
My family enjoyed staying here. It's in a nice location in Park City and felt convenient for driving to Main Street and restaurants. It was well stocked with everything we needed and so nice to have a private hot tub. Our only complaints: the bed was a bit firm for our liking and the parking spots are really tight. This wasn't a problem in summer since the garage isn't full, but I could imagine it being a bit of a pain in winter.

Great stay great location
Our family had a great stay. The condo is well stocked and was perfect for our family of 5. It is a short walk to the slope and the slope side ski valet made it even easier. It is an end unit which allows great ski slope views and lots of natural light. Small private hot tub with view of slopes. we would definitely book again.

We had a great experience with this rental. We didn’t expect the views would be as good – you can see the ski slopes from the rooms and patio. We skied at Deer Valley - the silver lake lodge base area was an easy walk. The rental was well stocked with all those little things you don’t remember to pack, esp in the kitchen. Although luggage carts are available you have to go up three sets of stairs between the elevator and door so expect some manual gear hauling.

Great Condo Near Slopes
We really enjoyed our stay the last week of December. The condo was better than expected. The kitchen was very well stocked with both kitchenware, appliances and basic food staples. I really appreciated having the private jacuzzi during Covid, particularly since the common spa for the building was closed. The condo was also super convenient to the lifts at Silver Lake Lodge. We would just walk over every morning (about a five minute walk) and check our skis at the lodge at the end of the day. In addition, since there were limited dining options, the condo was close enough for us to return for lunch everyday. I definitely look forward to booking this condo for future stays to Deer Valley.

Keep it a secret!
We have stayed in three different DV properties over the last 2 years, and this is our favorite! It’s exactly as described and you really can’t beat the location if you aren’t set on ski-in/ski-out (it’s a very short walk to the slopes!). The property managers/owners were extremely prompt in responding to our questions...even on a Saturday night. We will be back!

Awesome condo across from Silver Lake Lodge
This property was perfect for our family of four although it can hold more comfortably especially one more child in the lower bunk without having to use the fold out couches. Kim is excellent with communications and the condo is well stocked with water and coffee so no need to bring your own or buy from the local service which can stock food and liquor store items prior to your arrival. I suggest entering through the sidewalk closest to the Chateau Property and using that elevator to avoid some steps for bringing up bags and skis. Several rental spots are between the condo and the lifts/ticket booth all a very short walk. Condo is clean and well appointed. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Unit!
This was our third time staying in Deer Valley/Park City ski resort area, and 453 Black Bear Lodge was perfect for our small family (although a large family would be perfectly comfortable there too!) The owners were excellent about sending all of the pre-arrival, etc instructions and checkin/out was effortless. Kitchen is nicely stocked, decor is beautiful, toiletries/coffee/bottled water were all there for our stay before arrival. Would highly recommend for the ski season!
