Cotton House is beautiful! So many times I have wished our rental had full length mirrors, makeup mirrors, more coat hangers, etc. No detail is missed at Cotton House. The view is exactly as pictured and we spent hours on the deck. Bring binoculars!

We had an amazing time at this house! Everything was very clean and the house was beautiful. The views from the house were stunning. There was a slight issue with the AC in the cottage but the property manager and owner were very helpful and easy to get ahold of and the AC was fixed.

We loved our stay at the sugar ridge villa! What an incredible view. Can't recommend enough.

The villa has great views and is very well appointed. Quite clean and organized. Jenn is very responsive. We spent every morning and late afternoon on the covered terrace. Views of Jolly Harbour, Pearns Point, rainbows and sunsets can’t be beat.

What a view! Just a stunning view and a beautiful home. Jenn, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. She gave me a lot of tips that made planning this trip easier. The home is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. The beds were all super! The kitchen was nicely appointed and made it easy to cook in when we wanted to. Marisa, the property manager, was very helpful letting us in and getting us introduced to the home. She was also responsive during the week of our stay when we had a few questions. Although we arrived late due to an airline delay, our house manager Marisa was there to welcome us and show us around the property. Our host had provided some snacks and coffee and water for our first night/morning. The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Marisa was prompt throughout our week to answer any questions we might have or to make suggestions for folks to call for taxi service or even lobster delivery! The veranda was a great place to hang out before and after out sightseeing adventures. The pool was beautiful but we didn't use it. It was too cool in the mornings and we were gone in the afternoons. The house was beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay at Cotton House again. Thank you Jenn for sharing your beautiful home with us.

From the moment that I booked till the day that we left, we had a great experience. Jen made everything easy and explained everything fully and was willing to help with any questions or things that we needed. Marissa made the check in and check out process simple and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the view is amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone. The house is in a great location close to restaurants, some great beaches and grocery store.

My husband and i took our adult children and their spouses. It was a great space for all of us. I love that is was a gated community, since it was our first time on the island it gave us a little bit more security. We would definitely go back.

We stayed for 12 nights in Cotton House. The house is perched on the side of Sugar Ridge. Sugar Ridge is a secluded estate with security access. The house is as described with comfortable beds and AC in the bedroom only. The kitchen is well appointed, but we ate out most nights. The plunge pool has beautiful views towards the west. The house was nicely furnished. The hill is very steep but one can walk down to a supermarket, restaurants and even the beach. The walk up would be a challenge but there are taxis in the area. Our largest issue was with the building work just below us where a house was being built with hammering, drilling and general building work going on all day - Monday to Saturday. Also above are other houses being built with frequent large building tracks trundling past at a very slow pace due to the steepness of the hill. At the level of the house is a sleeping policeman which means the trucks have to do into first. The next door plot might be for sale as constant strimming work was being done and people were viewing this property. I’m sure the building work is a temporary and intermittent, but we were unlucky to have it every day. We were never informed of his potential building. I reached out to the owner, who was surprised of the building work starting so early, but at least it was only from eight till five! The videos taken are a “joy” to watch. So five stars for the cottage, but only two stars for the noise.

Our stay at the Cotton House was wonderful! The pics say it all! Gorgeous views! We enjoyed the area as well. The home is located close to restaurants and stores so it is very convenient to get around. We rented a car from Pete’s and he was so nice and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful home and location! The view from the pool and balcony is stunning. Very close to a grocery store and quite a few restaurants. When visiting Antigua, we would absolutely stay at this property again!

We had an amazing stay at Cotton House! Beautiful, views and comfy beds. Grocery store close by, we rented a car from Pete’s Taxi and it was delivered to the airport. Day trips to Devils Bridge and English Harbor. Since it was off season we were able to spend the day at Tamarind Hills and Boom just for having lunch there. Great meals at Miracles, Sheer Rocks and Al Porto. Well equipped kitchen, water, tp and other necessities to start but then you will need to purchase.

My family and I visited Antigua for my nieces White Coat ceremony at AUA. This property was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, the welcome gift and champagne was so sweet. The towels were quality towels. The beds and baths were nice. We are so pleased with our choice to stay at Cotton House. Thank you again for letting us rent your beautiful property.

We had a wonderful stay at Cotton House. It has the most beautiful views and being close to Jolly Harbor was wonderful.

Perfect layout , the view is fantastic , we could not have been happier . Everything you expect and more from this island vacation house. Perfect bedrooms - ideal living area and kitchen - make for a relaxing stay .

We had a great trip with the family of 5 adults. The home is in great shape and the pictures show the great views. The location is incredible with a grocery minutes away. (Prices on par with US which is surprising being on an island. Plenty of first class beaches with amenities minutes away. We made dinner several times in the kitchen and it has everything you need. We would definitely return, just for the sunsets alone!

The house provided us with some essentials in the fridge for when we arrived as well as a few life saving snacks!! Everything in the house was as pictured, absolutely stunning! Except the jacuzzi never worked and there were some tears in the kitchen window screens and the sliding door screens which was prob the point of entry for a few critters that got into the house. We found a frog in a bedroom, contacted the house manager to see if they can remove it and also change out the garbage bags in kitchen and all the rooms because we also found two cockroaches in two bedrooms, they said they couldn’t come until the next day. One of my guests stayed home the next day for that reason specifically but no one ever showed up. On our last night the frog was back jumping all over my things on the bathroom vanity, had to cover my stuff with towels. Then later that night one of my guests stepped in what we can only imagine was frog poop right outside their bedroom in the hallway. We were told to keep all sliding screens closed which we did meticulously because we didn’t want the bugs or mosquitos coming in and we were also very diligent about washing our dishes every day and cleaning up after cooking because we didn’t want the critter problem but we got it anyway. Small inconveniences but the property cost too much per night to not have someone at least come take the trash out or make an attempt at getting the frog out.

Jenn was amazing from beginning to end. She made every part of the process easy and she responded promptly to all inquiries. Cotton House is in the perfect location with two gates, gorgeous views and everything you need nearby. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is visiting Antigua. I can't say enough. Thanks again Jenn!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jolly Harbour. The home was beautifully maintained and the view is absolutely amazing. We will definitely return.

From start to finish the experience was great. Communication from Jenn was quick and very informative. Check in process was straightforward with property management. The house was perfect for the needs of our family of four. Pool was very nice and the view just absolutely stunning. The icing on the cake was Chef Dale and Janel from DJ's Bites. We used them for 2-3 meals a day and this just completed the package for a wonderful vacation.

Great property, perfect for our family. Very smooth experience with Jenn. Easy to find, close to shops and restaurants and in, what we believe, is the nicest part of Antigua. 100% recommend and we would visit again

The view from the Cotton House is truly amazing! Jenn's home is beautiful and has everything you need to just kick back and relax. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the outdoor living area. She was extremely friendly and attentive from beginning to end. I haven't experienced this with other rental owners. It definitely adds a great personal touch. The property manager, Mitty was also super helpful with restaurant recommendations and reserving excursions. Al Porto's and Miracles are minutes away and both have great dining options. Darkwood Beach was one of our favorites and not far from the house at all. Everyone we met was so warm and welcoming. We had a blast on our family vacation. We miss Antigua already and hope to return someday soon.

We had a fantastic 10 days at Cotton house. It was everything it was described - a truly lovely luxury villa with large rooms, welcome pools and wonderful views. Renting the property was really easy and Jenn the owner and Mitty the manager were both so helpful. There’s a supermarket only 3 mins drive and it’s close to several beaches and restaurants. We rented a car - I don’t think I could have managed the hill to the villa on foot in the heat- and it made exploring the island much easier. Definitely 5 star.

Spectacular location. We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and I would say the pool area was the best part for us. Just having that view every day was a treat. The house manager was responsive, along with the owner. We had a couple of hiccups that were addressed immediately. I think you have to remember that you are in a foreign country and not everything is going to be perfect. But it was close. The grocery store was convenient and well stocked. The doctors at Jolly Harbour Marina Boatyard we’re great. If he how to get a Covid test, that’s what I would suggest. Less expensive than other options. We were happy that the restaurants were also close by since the driving was quite foreign for us. All in all, I would highly suggest this property if you’re looking to unplug and relax.

Jenn's home is truly breathtaking. I didn't think the views could possibly be as good as the pictures, but they were even better! The house had everything we needed. The management group helped us with getting airport transfer and rental car, as well as met us at the property to walk us through it all. The location is great and within 5-10 minutes of several amazing beaches and restaurants. Definitely recommend getting a rental car though as the hill to the house is steep. It's worth it to wake up with such a spectacular view though! We hope to return!

We loved renting this incredibly well appointed, beautifully furnished vacation gem! Jenn and Mitty were both great, responsive and attentive to our every need. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!!!
