Ce condo est ALABAMA, jusque dans les fauteuils à dents. Près du stade Bryant Denny et de l'Université de l'Alabama. Vous pouvez vous rendre au stade (5 pâtés de maisons), au Quad (8 pâtés de maisons) ou au Strip (3 pâtés de maisons).

I can't say enough about this place! The owner, Rick, was super nice and very responsive. This condo was the perfect combination of location, size, parking, price, cleanliness, and Bama memorabilia! We will try to book this place every time we visit Bama!

We got in town late on Friday and the owner Rick made it easy for us to get in. He had sent us all the details for entrance. We parked went right to the room and had no trouble getting in. The condo is very nice with plenty of U of A memorabilia Roll Tide. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud very comfortable. We spent Saturday at the Bama Rec Center and this unit is very close to campus. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for U of A activities.

Property was in great condition and in a convenient location to everything we were looking to do in Tuscaloosa. Owner was very welcoming and easy to reach via email/text, although there were no issues in our week there. Would highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to stay here our next time in Tuscaloosa!

Perfect location for a game. Great parking. The host was waiting on us when we got there. He walked us through and made sure he answered all our questions. College kids live on all sides and partied both night so if music bothers you after dark than it might not be the place for all. We didn’t mind it so it was a great stay. Will stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to town and football stadium.

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is convenient to everything and very quiet, despite being surrounded by student housing. Rick is great to work with we will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very convenient for UA visit. 5 minute walk to the strip, 15 to campus. Condo is clean and convenient. Minimal supplies provided so bring your own coffee, water, shampoo, etc. In a fun student neighborhood, so parties around, but can't hear once inside. Owner requires to meet in person for check-in.

Wonderful very comfortable place to stay - great location and very walkable to campus and surrounding areas. Would absolutely stay here again. We stayed here while getting our freshman moved - in to U of A. Property owners could not have been nicer - seamless check-in and communication.

The location was fantastic, the property was perfect for myself and my son who will be attending University of Alabama. The owners were very nice and so accommodating. I will be using this place again for sure.

The condo was great and convenient to UA. We came in for the 1st orientation of the year and didn’t know Tuscaloosa well. Richard and his wife met us and gave us some great recommendations on places to visit and eat. I felt the team spirit as soon as I walked into his place. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was lovely and decorated with memorabilia. Very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Walking distance to The Strip which was terrific. The hosts were wonderful to work with.

The place is very convenient to all amenities downtown. Beautifully decorated with Crimson Tide memorabilia (I am a Bama fan) and the hosts were amazing. Loved this stay!

Excellent condo close to Bryant-Denny Stadium
My husband and I were in town for our daughter’s sorority parent’s weekend. I have stayed at several different hotels near the University of Alabama campus, but decided to look for a property on VRBO. It was a great decision. The condo was perfect for us, nicely decorated, clean, and the host was very hospitable. I would love to stay here again.

Parking was sheltered and convenient. The two bedrooms were equal size and each had a bathroom. Perfect for our stay.

Great place to stay while visiting campus
Great location with dedicated off-street covered parking. Easy walk to stadium, strip and campus. Perfect for a weekend visit and allows for dining as a family, running a load of laundry and relaxing. Way better than a hotel!

Quaint and Comfortable
Condo was exactly as advertised, very comfortable and clean. Excellent location for activities at University of Alabama “Role Tide” . Warning the owner may drop in just to make sure everything is ok!! That was a big surprise.

My mother and I came to visit my junior year daughter. Location was conveniently located, clean, enjoyed the unexpected bonus of having an elevator to get up to the condo. Would stay again.
