This was our second time staying in the house. It’s a very clean and well appointed property. The owners are extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this listing!

The house is immaculately maintained. From the welcome brownies on the counter to the Christmas Tree in the living room, it felt like home. Anything you may require to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, was provided by our hosts. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the pool, due to the weather not cooperating, maybe next time. For anyone from out of town, would strongly recommend a visit to Mount Dora. Would highly recommend this property and hosts.

Fourth time we have rented. We love the house, wonderful place to relax. Perfect for families and any group. We enjoy all the amenities, stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, great spacious rooms open layout and lovely property.

As usual from our last 4 visits the home is lovely. Clean, well stocked with many amenities. The layout and spaces work perfectly for us. The treat and flowers are always welcoming. As women of advancing age there are three things we have discussed that would be beneficial and safer. Footstools, safety bars in showers and pool and lastly a recliner. We all thank you for sharing your home. Unfortunately none of our living arrangements are conducive to gatherings so it is important for us to reconnect.

Mike and Debbie are a wonderful host , The property was impeccable , full of all details to make us feel like home , The pool was a plus , and the accommodations of this paradise was just perfect, from kitchen to the bedroom, bathroom and pool ,and even outside activities, like kayaking and bikes , this paradise is prepare for all , Love this house , we will definitely be back ,Thank you Mike and Debbie . Ohhh I almost forgot is a sweet welcome to this paradise from this host that I will leave as a surprise . ☺️

We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this rental! This property has every amenity you could possibly need and then some. Very clean and nicely decorated, great quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool and lake access. We will definitely be renting again.

This house was perfect for our family gathering! It is very tastefully decorated, clean and cozy! We felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we stepped in. The pool and patio were used a lot! A big plus was the well stocked kitchen, misc bathroom amenities and recreational equipment. The location on Lake Joanna is beautiful! We really enjoyed the cute shops and restaurants of downtown Mt Dora, too. It was central to my parents house in Leesburg and to theme parks in Orlando. It was also convenient to both the Sanford and Orlando airports.We really don't think we could have done any better than this! We hope to return some day.

This property was perfect for what we needed. I only wished we could of spent more time at the house. We will definitely visit again. The owners were extremely nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was charming and had everything we needed. It was close to Mt Dora. It was exactly as pictured online. We loved having a pool we could cool off in.

Third time staying here and wonderful as always. Really enjoy the house, pool and quiet neighborhood! Being close to Mt. Dora has been great and grocery, restaurants,etc. are so convenient. Our hosts are the best and have spoiled us with all of our requests!! Hope to see you next year!!

We were comfortable here for the month of March. For such a long stay we would have preferred at least one King bed, but the three bedrooms have only queen beds. The pool was small and clean, well maintained, but it was cold in March, and we did not use it much. We spoke with Mike about the garage door, and he had the motor replaced the very next day, with two remote buttons for cars. The house was remarkably clean, and it was well supplied. It is in a wooded area near a lake, and the access to the property is along a narrow black-topped lane with only a little lighting at night, This neighborhood is entirely safe, quiet and pleasant. Mike and Debbie have an acre of direct access to the lake, just down at the end of the lane, and I should have brought my fishing gear, because there a lot of bass there, since the lake is not available to the general public, and it is under-fished. One odd aspect of the rental is that the property does not have a USPS mail box. A PO rental box can be had at the Post Office in nearby Eustus, if we had wanted to forward mail. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx deliver there well, but not USPS. There is plenty of wildlife here, and the tall forest trees provide plenty of shade. The photos in the listing give a good and accurate idea of the furnishings. I was glad to use the little desk,

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike and Debbie's place. It was so clean with all the necessities available. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed all the lush greenery and quiet area. The canoe was a bonus and Mike and Debbie were very attentive. We'd definitely go back if we are in that area again!

Well maintained home in quiet neighborhood. Location is close to business district with small lake and walking trails nearby. Home is very comfortable and the owners are very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay hear again.

Wonderful home in quiet older neighborhood. Very clean with everything needed for your home away from home. Host had hot brownies and fresh cut flowers flowers on our arrival. Host are attentive to their guest making sure every need is meet. Many farm/flea markets within 5 miles. Boat tours, float plane rides. A wonderful week in this home.

Overall an excellent stay! The property managers were kind and available for any questions or concerns. The home was spacious, well decorated and very clean. There were small intentional details throughout the house that made the stay so much nicer.
