Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la Marina Boardwalk pour se rendre à la très populaire Paradise Grill. Piscines, plage, tennis et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Boat Slips sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est inclus avec cette propriété, sans frais supplémentaires. Très bien situé pour kayak et Stand Up Paddleboards! Il est à quelques minutes à World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minutes), les Tanger Outlet Centers-__gVirt_NP_NN_NNPS<__ libre d'impôt (20 minutes), et les zones du centre-ville pittoresque de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

We love staying at this house. A couple things to address...the king bed in master br is unstable underneath. We had to fix the supports under bed 2 x's and it was still makeshift. AC filter needs to be changed. Refrigerator digital display is not working properly. Fan on front porch hasn't worked in the three summers we have stayed. Porch ceiling in back is sagging. We donlive staying here and just noticed that over time, there were small things that needed to be addressed. We liked having the newer smart TV, because last year it wasn't and we had to use our own roku. The kitchen needs a larger steamer pot since your guests may go crabbing and want to cook up their catch.

My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It has two porches you can watch the sunrise and sunsets from and watch the boats come and go. It was clean when we arrived and contained everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is located close to the water and is situated in a dog friendly area. There is plenty of room to walk your dog, if you bring him/her along. The golf cart is an added bonus and provides another fun way to see the lovely community. The livingroom has a ceiling fan which helped cool the home on the hot afternoons. It would be nice if the ceiling lights in the bedrooms were replaced with ceiling fans.

Our rental was awesome! The layout was perfect and we all couldn’t believe how big it was for our guests. Enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We had a problem with the golf cart on Friday and Debbie W. fixed it right away and had a different cart delivered early Saturday morning. Staff was excellent!

The home we stayed in was lovely. The ceiling fans on the porch, front and back or broken, the bed dipped down on either side, so there was a big lump in the middle, but it was bearable, other than that everything about the house was absolutely fantastic. The golf carts could use some updating , we had a problem with the first one had no headlights, and the second one had no light to tell you whether you were running out of power or not, so it was a guessing game. The area was lots of fun. I think there should be an option for early check-in, because 4 o’clock is a little bit late. It’s great that Giant the grocery store delivers to the area and you can set the time for after you check in. I would definitely recommend staying in pot nets for sure.

Overall the house and community were excellent. Great location, very clean and community amenities were amazing. our only issue was our golf cart charger was broken, which was to be a huge part of our Pot Nets experience. We were told the cart maintenance team doesn't work on weekend so we had no cart for most of our stay and were told they are "complimentary", so we were not able to receive any type of credit for this inconvenience which we found very disappointing.

We love staying at Regatta Bay. The location is nice and we love how you can see the boats come in and out while sitting on the back porch. The rental itself is beautiful, well stocked with dishes,etc.and clean and close(but not too close)to all the action from the Paradise Grill. We all love the access to a free golf cart for the week..esp.our grandchildren! We all love everything about it and can't wait to go back next year!

My week get away in the Regatta Bay Rental was amazing. We had to luxury of being so close to the community beach, dock where we crabbed, and paradise where we got food and drinks from. This was a great vacation for the whole family. Plenty to do...beach, boat, walk, bike. House is in great location, private back covered porch, very clean and spacious. Great for entertaining. Nice amount of small appliances. Tons of closet space. Golf cart was a HUGE bonus and shed made it convenient to hold bikes, life jackets, etc. This was our first trip and it was a lot of fun.

Sad you cant enter till 4pm. Unpack, eat, clean up then bed with kids. Same as leaving by 10am. Get up, eat then lv. Arrived for the 1st time ever here and didnt get any info on happenings. Entered house and house warm. Took awhile to cool it down and we were all hot from moving around. Put stuff, not much at all, in the fridge and ice maker wasnt doing anything. Freezer wasnt cooling fast enough. Cant believe it wasnt on for arriving guest. Found a smoker detecter missing right outside the kitchen by living room. Just wires hanging. Called to talk to the office but after hrs. Left msg but nobody called back. Went to the office the next day and was told yes we got that call. Gave them my list if about 5 things. They took it and said tks. I was planning on going to the beach for the day but missed a call from the office but read the email. Earlier guest spilled on the couch n stanley steamer coming out but i didnt need to be there. I had a dog and jewelry n money there so yes i did. 4hr window which now ruined my 2nd day there. They never came during the 2wks there to fix the smoke detector. Took 2 days for ice to make and fridge/freezer to cool and we were not in it much. For the price paid for 2wks i did not get my monies worth. Noise and traffic from paradise grill on weekends was crazy. Would have been nice to know that sprinklers were auto in rhe yard so we didnt get wet. Also need to inform guest workers will be walking around outside your place doing stuff. Batteries dead in tv charger in 1st use. Toilet rocked in 1 bath and seat loose in one. Shower door off track. It appears its all about the money and not the renter. Wont go back.

Perfect stay
The entire weekend was lovely. The property is in a great location, walking distance (or short ride via golf cart) to the restaurant, small beach, and playground. It is a relatively short drive to Rehoboth restaurants and boardwalk. The property itself was exactly as pictured - spacious rooms, the outdoor space was ideal for our 3 year olds to play, and everything was nicely furnished and very clean. We highly recommend.
