Terrain superbement aménagé, maison de deux étages, plage privée et un autre pour mettre le bateau à l'eau, nombreuses autres plages à quelques minutes de route, télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, entièrement climatisé, grande cuisine avec table pour huit personnes, buanderie, cuisine entièrement équipée, réfrigérateur avec eau filtrée et machine à glaçons, grande terrasse avec cuisine équipée d'un barbecue à gaz, salons et table pour parasol, parcours de golf public à moins de trois miles. Lave-linge et sèche-linge sont gratuits, quartier calme et maisons bien espacées. Allée de stationnement pour quatre voitures. Chaises du capitaine pour la plage, plus deux pour les enfants. Parapluie et serviettes de plage fournies. Centre commercial Mashpee Commons <5 km. supermarché, pharmacie et nombreux magasins. Hyannis <10 km

My husband and I had not been on vacation for some time, so we were really looking forward to this getaway! Communication with the host was very quick to respond. The house is in a great location. Very roomy and well stocked with towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen was well stocked as well. An extra bonus was the beach pass which came in handy!
We would like to return in the future and recommend it to others.

Scott was a fantastic host. I came with my wife and three kids. We enjoyed the house immensely. The neighborhood is quiet ( second time different house ) I don't get the other review saying there weren't towels. This place came well equipped with linens and towels to spare. The accommodations provided exceeded expectations. Easy access to beaches , shopping etc. The coolest thing is this place is a trip back to the 90's with original toasters and appliances . 10/10

We just returned from a great stay at this property.
Listing was very accurate. Nice little woods- surrounded yard with big deck in back was much appreciated. Owner Mark and his brother addressed one tiny hiccup immediately, were very congenial, and offered assistance at any time. Perfect combination of quiet back street with close drive to markets and beaches. Beach pass was a great addition ! We loved spending time at the tiny quiet Loop beach and the bigger family oriented Craigville beach. Spacious layout. As my daughter said it felt very “homey” would strongly consider coming back!!

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located to stores and many beaches. We traveled from CA, so expected beach towels to be included, as stated, but there were none. Spoke with the owner, so I expect that this issue will be fixed. The only other difficult part of the home was entering through the front door. The lock is very finicky and it took 20 minutes to get inside initially. The back deck was great, with new furniture, umbrella and grill. All in all a memorable trip!

Loved every minute!
This was our first time staying in the area. The location is excellent and very close and convenient to lots of activities and stores. We enjoyed the closest beaches immensely and the beach pass that was provided with the house was a perfect bonus! The house is very clean and well equipped. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful which made our vacation wonderful in every way. The deck is huge and neighborhood is super quiet. Truly a wonderful vacation spot!

Great Location
I love the location. It is close to the beaches, grocery store, shopping. The property is spacious and they have everything you need. My only complaint is getting in. The key to the front door is very difficult to use and the garage door gets stuck open. These are the only two ways in. I would stay here again only if the front door lock is replaced.

Nice week
It was nice.15-20 minute drive to decent beaches.Not bad at all.Beach pass worked for all.The back deck furniture needs a good pressure washing.Doesnt get much sun.Used garage door opener all week.Dont try showering one right after another .Hot water needs time to recoup.The front lock is almost impossible to open.But the size of rooms accommodated our family nicely.Had a pleasant time .

Perfect Cape Getwaway
Highly recommend this property for families. Owner's beach pass was perfect and saved on parking at all Barnstable Beaches. Back deck was very large and was perfect for dinner most nights. House was very clean and well maintained. A couple of small hiccups were promptly attended to by the owner. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this house. It was clean, very well stocked and convenient to beaches and shopping.
This house was perfect for our family because it had a first floor master for my mom, allowed dogs and had A/C. There was plenty of room for all of us!

Great Cotuit Rental!
This was our second time renting this property. It was perfect for us as my mother is elderly and there is a master on the main level with it's own bath. There is a second bedroom with a king bed and 2 closets for another couple, and third bedroom with 2 twin beds. (We didn't have a need for the extra loft.) The home has a great kitchen, fully equipped, lovely deck, outdoor grill and out door shower. The owners supplies Linens, a beach pass, towels, chairs, umbrellas etc.
Bring your own toiletries. CVS, grocery & liquor store is a minute from the house. Would definitely come again.

Nice, quiet house in Cotuit
Rented the house for a friend's wedding in the area. The owners were very nice people, very responsive, and happy to help. It's a nice house. Air Conditioning worked great in the heat of the summer. Would absolutely recommend to friends/family.

Clean, well-appointed, very responsive owners, conveniently located to beach and cape attractions
We were very pleased with this house. It was very clean, roomy, and came with linens and all necessary home furnishings and A/C. The living room had comfortable furniture and the kitchen had a great eat-in area. It felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what we were looking for. The owners supplied the required beach permit and even included a beach umbrella, towels and chairs. The beach was lovely, a very short drive away, and nicely private, clean and life-guarded. The owners provided informative tips and recommendations for dining on the cape. Owners were very quick to respond to email and questions we had prior to booking and after. We really enjoyed our week and would love to return next year. We would highly recommend this property.

Summer Vacation
This is the fourth year we have rented this home. The owners are very friendly and eager to answer any questions. The house has always been neat and clean. We are a family of five and found the home very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of linens. Cotuit is a village centrally located near Mashpee, Hyannis and Falmouth. There are many stores nearby to meet any need and there is entertainment for all family members. Loop Beach is a great spot for swimming. We plan to rent again.

Cape House
The property is fabulous. It is very comfortable and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property is nicely situated near Cotuit Center. It has easy access to Route 28 for shopping and dining at Mashpee Commons. The cities of Falmouth and Hyannis are nearby. The Highground Golf Course and the Cape Baseball League provide local entertainment. The owner was very pleasant and promptly returned my deposit. I would return and recommend to others.
