Overall, the condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of coffee making options and utensils. The bedrooms are spacious and closet space is more than adequate. The lighting is a bit dim but that wasn’t much of a problem in such a sunny place. Although it was June when we stayed, it was unseasonably cold. Nonetheless we spent time at the association beach and pier where the view is stunning.

Enjoyed the nice views of the lake within in the complex, convenient amenities in the house and also being so close to Homewood made the time much more enjoyable for us! Thanks for sharing your house!

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at the condominium over new year's. Everything was clean, organized and maintained.

We absolutely loved our stay here. A few of the things that we enjoyed the most: 1. The overall functionality and spaciousness of the condo was perfect for the 5 of us 2. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking with every utensil you would possibly need 3. The property has its own lake area, the kids played there all day 4. The pool was a great touch and something rare to find this close to the lake I’d definitely recommend coming here for a getaway because everything you need is right here. It’s also less than a 10 minute walk to the Tahoma Market and Deli which also has everything you’d need. The convenience of this location is great! We will be back!

Perfect size for our group of four. Enjoyed direct access to the water. Next to the trails of Sugar Pine SP. Comfortable quiet condo. Had everything we needed. Would like to stay here again.

This condo was very well equipped and so comfortable. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Even though the smoke was bad and some of our activities were canceled, we still had the best time. Thank you so much for making this week a memorable one. Will stay with you again.

Had a great, cozy stay by the lake! The views and chill atmosphere of the condo complex were really great. Watch out for bears though! We saw at least three bears trotting around the complex at different points, especially at night. I’m really glad that the unit was equipped with airhorns to deter bears.

Loved the quiet complex. Very nice pool and our accommodations were very comfortable and pleasant.

This condo was very roomy, and well stocked. It’s location was wonderful, the only down side is the town doesn’t have many food options. However Tahoe city is about 15-20 minute drive which has a large selection of food. The beach at the condo is convenient however there are small rocks close to the water. The grounds at the condo are beautiful and you can sit on the patio and get a view of the water. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Perfect for my wife and I and our three adult daughters. Loved the property and it’s proximity to South Lake Tahoe and Kings Beach at the north end. We would rent again!

This is a roomy condo with a lake view and the beach just a few minutes walk away. The condo is a bit dated, but who really cares when you can look out your window at Tahoe? Property manager was very easy to work with.

The place was wonderful and perfect for what we needed. It was definitely walking distance to the lake, but do come when it’s warmer IF you want to swim in the lake. Since we’re new to the area, we didn’t have a plan for food. But the kitchen was very well equipped. So if you plan to cook your meals, it is perfect. No one delivers, and most restaurants are about a 30min drive. Again, not bad if you plan it well. Overall the house is great and we would return again with plans to cook at home.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. We had the pool to ourselves and only had to share the beach with a few other guests (and geese). There were plenty of hikes close too. The kitchen was well stocked for baking (which is one of the things we like to do on vacation). Another plus was the internet worked well.

We had the BEST time at this centrally located property. We will definitely come back again! It was just the right size for our family of 5 boys!

A short drive from Homewood and with has of the lake from inside the house, a great place to come back to after a long day on the slopes. The house is dated, but ultimately very nice and plenty spacious. Property manager was extremely responsive and kind too! The only minor cons:- beds were old and are a bit of a goldilocks situation: 1 super firm (master), one very soft, and one medium/"just right." We were able to sleep fine though, just took some getting used to.- first vacation rental I've been to that didn't supply a fresh sponge. We were left with a gross, extremely used/old collection of sponges to clean dishes with. Had to run out to the store asap and grab fresh ones. Especially during Covid, would reccomended the property manager supply a fresh sponge sealed in it's plastic for each new stay.Despite the minor issues, would definitely book here again. Great place, great management, great location! Would recommend.

This is a really roomy condo and was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, cups & pots & pans. The complex keeps the walkways pretty well cleared of snow. We enjoyed the view of the lake and walked down to the water a few times. We were there Presidents Day weekend and the complex felt empty-plenty of parking, plenty of space to throw out garbage, no noise whatsoever. The drive to Homewood for skiing was quick. We used the dryer a lot to dry ski gear. The negatives are that the paint and carpets are old, the towels are the bare minimum (4 bath, hand and wash cloths for 4 people, two small kitchen towels), the Hand soap is so cheap or watered down that it barely suds and the paper supplies were minimal (no Kleenex, no napkins, small paper towel roll, just enough TP). We would definitely stay here again.

This property is an small condo community in Tahoma. Property is dated, but has plenty of kitchen items for at home cooking, which we did to avoid crowds during COVID. The carpet in the bedrooms was stained, with one bedroom having a very large dark stain. The living room carpet was also dirty. The couches were comfy and the patio was a nice place to sit. Neighbors were friendly, with one neighbor letting us know that bears are a real concern and to keep drapes closed and be sure to not store food in the car or leave food outside.

Property is well-located in lovely quiet small condo community with lovely well-maintained grounds, pool, and beachfront with pier. Actual condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. All necessary and desirable amenities are available in kitchen and bathrooms. Convenient washer and dryer right off kitchen.We loved having a lake view and lake access on the property, and the newly-expanded bike path going all the way to Meeks Bay so close by. We would love to stay at this property again on our next visit to Lake Tahoe!
