Belle maison unifamiliale de bloc océan. Trois chambres avec de nouveaux lits king et queen. Vues fabuleuses sur l'océan et la baie (à deux pas).
Magnifique sensation de maison de plage avec des plafonds en A de 20 pieds au deuxième étage et un intérieur en bois naturel. Le grand deuxième étage ouvert est idéal pour se détendre ou passer du temps avec un groupe de personnes. Grande cuisine neuve avec deux réfrigérateurs et tous les ustensiles. Belle nouvelle cheminée à bois. Accès Wifi, smart tv et câble numérique.

Great place. Great location. Great parking. Great accommodations! We want to rent again.

The location is amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants so no driving needed. If you like to run there's a nice long uninterrupted path. It's also far enough from the corner and any of the noisier places so we slept well which was nice with little kids.
The kitchen pantry was well stocked with seasonings and there was lots of room to store things we brought with us and all sit around the table.
The rest of the house though was really subpar. When we pulled in the trash was absolutely overflowing onto the ground and animals had eaten through the various bags. While the owner sent someone to take care of it, it required multiple follow ups. Similarly, the outdoor shower had remnants of previous guests's bar soap and clearly had not been rinsed of any sand. The owner did send out someone to take the trash out of the shower but never rinsed it out for us.
The entire house is shag carpeted. It's very dated and smells musty at best, like urine at worst (much time was spent on the ground with the baby). We kept finding items from previous renters in corners and it just never felt clean.
The shower in the master bathroom has mold or mildew all over the ceiling and the tiles are breaking apart. Lots of scratch and bang marks all over the walls. The grill does not function properly - which is probably for the best since there are no long handle grill tools.
We appreciated our time so close to the beach but will likely await updates to rent again.

Kids loved the theme of the house, loved the setup. Host was communicative throughout the visit. No issues with any of the utilities at the house. Would love to return again next year if possible.

The house is lovely. Kitchen was well appointed. Two decks with beautiful views. Very comfy. Easy walk to the beach and many other places in Dewey. I would love to return.

We rented the property for this past week for my daughter's wedding. The location was perfect because the wedding was across the street. We had a small Welcome Party and After-Wedding breakfast and the layout was perfect. There are two nice size decks, one looking out to both the bay and ocean. The kitchen is a very nice open size, perfect for entertaining! The new furniture in the livingroom was nice as well.
Anytime I had to reach out to the owner, Jen, she was very quick to reply and answer our questions.
The only issue was a surplus of ants in the kitchen. We did use traps and were mindful of crumbs and food being left out, but it wasn't preventable. I would think a professional spraying, etc., would be helpful.
You do want to be sure to bring your bed linens, towels, etc. The house sleeps 12 with 3 bedrooms. The madter bedroom has a king bed and then a side nook that has a queen bed, bunk beds and futon. Privacy would not be great for separate couples, but that room would be great for a big family. Also, we brpught a dog, so it worked well with having a crate.
Overall, our stay was great, the location was super convenient to many restaurants, storescand the wedding venue. We would definitely stay again and hope to do so!

Greatly enjoyed coming here for Doodles in Dewey and can't wait to return again. The location next to the beach, outdoor spaces, and hottub were super enjoyable.

The location of this place was excellent. The kitchen was spacious and the living area very pleasant. Plenty of bed choices.
I was not happy that the hot tub was not clean enough to use. There were a lot of ants from the moment we arrived, which was annoying. And the furniture is quite worn.
We still enjoyed our stay, and it would be excellent with some added attention.

We were looking for a last minute getaway while the kids were in spring break. It wasn’t exactly swimming weather but it was still great to be able to walk to the beach and hang out. The house was great as well. The kids loved it. Thank you.

The property was clean and the new hot tub was awesome. The kitchen had all the cooking pots and utensils we need for our meals. We love the house's proximity to the ocean. It is our second year staying and we will be back.

We were in town for the Dewey Golden Jubilee. Our golden retriever loved the property -- of course, so did we. Everything with this house was exactly as described. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was also centrally located to all of the activities. The weekend could not have been better. Looking forward to staying here again when we come down for the next Jubilee.

This property was great. Having never been to Dewey Beach I was unsure what to expect. But the house is a 50 yard walk to the beach, across the street from a marina, and walking distance to everything you need. House was clean, beds comfortable and checking in was easy. Had a couple questions for homeowner and she responded immediately. Would consider staying here with my family in the future.

Steps to beach. Easy access. Plenty of parking with great sunrise and sunset on two decks! Spacious family room with kitchen. 1/2 block away from wonderful beach restaurants

it was great to be able to get a partial week in summer, so hard to get everybody away at the same time! My kids were able to invite their friends, and loved the big sleeping nook in the primary bedroom! with the bathrooms on the first floor with the bedrooms and laundry, everything was so convenient! There’s so many places to hang out upstairs in the living area with a front and a back deck there was always outdoor space available, no matter the time of day you could find something comfortable, the beach and bay views from front deck was an absolute highlight! Lovely to have coffee in the morning while the teens slept! The 2 mile walk to Rehoboth made boardwalk activities, accessible, as did the jolly jolly trolley just across the street by the Hyatt. Staying in a somewhat older home with a cool 80s vibe, was very relaxing with teens who can be so hard on things! The hot tub was a massive bonus! a little hard to get in and out of for the middle age set, as it was quite high off the ground, and a little far for the stairs that are provided, but certainly manageable! The fireplace was such a fun bonus on the one dark, and stormy day that we had, it was so cozy to read by, watch, movies, play games and do puzzles, we may have enjoyed our rainy day the most! Hope to come back next year! When I had a question about ceiling fan function, the owners got right back to me, and were extremely helpful!

This is our third time staying here. Location to the beach and downtown is great. If you’re looking for a place that feels homey and not a showroom this place is it. We enjoy staying here with our family and doggies.

Just a few houses away from the beach access! We could head to the beach in the morning, go home for lunch, and head back to the beach after! We had a great stay at this location.

Stayed with friends for a wedding weekend in dewey. Location was amazing. The house was clean and better than the online photos! There were a lot of ants all over the top floor. I know it is inevitable but just FYI. Otherwise very clean, had lots of sun during the daytime through widows, enjoyed sun in the porches, and great communication from the host! Would visit again!

The location of this house is awesome- we had toddlers with us and it was an easy back and fourth from the house with them. Definitely had a good amount of space in the house and we really loved all the seating the living room offered. Host was quick with responses. Would definitely have given this place a five star rating if it had the hottub. Was informed less than a week prior that the hottub was “in the process of being replaced” unfortunately I see this happen a lot with places listing a hottub as an amenity and it makes it hard to trust hosts who claim they have a working hottub. we would not have even considered renting this house if it didn’t have a hottub. The weather during our stay was pretty bad and we could’ve spent those dreary days relaxing in the hottub which is why we like that feature.

This property is in a great location—truly 1 block from the beach and a few short blocks to Rudder and the main drag in Dewey. House has what is needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus that it was pet friendly!

Even though our visit was out-of-season, you can easily see that it's a great location any time of the year. The house could use some interior upgrades, but everything was clean, the kitchen was amply stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Just a few steps to walk on the beach anytime of the year. Owner quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

We had a great time at Jen’s property. It has all that one needs and the location can’t be beat. The views of the beach one way and the bay the other is just fantastic. Our weather was really good for late November and we did spend a little time on the deck admiring the views. Our dog liked to nap out there in a sun spot. Our immediate family was not bothered - but the bathrooms are only on the first floor with bedrooms. Any mobility impaired persons would be challenged to go up and downstairs for bathroom needs We knew this up front and has no problems with it but others might need to consider it We would definitely stay again - great place to start winter holiday season!!!! Thanks for the great place!

Just perfect for a girlfriends beach getaway, and located close to lots to do from shopping to eating to beaching. Owners very accessible and responsive for info and questions. Great value rental!

My family really enjoyed their stay. The location was excellent. We had ages 68 to 6 months staying, we filled the house. The bedrooms were adequate for our stay. The main bathroom floor will need some attention as the shower doors allowed water to get out of the shower area. We would stay again.

Fantastic location. House is a bit dated, but well priced considering. Some issues getting the kitchen to work properly but nothing unsurmountable.

We loved that we could take our dog to the beach. She didn't care for the ocean. Turns out she was quite entertaining to beachgoers as she rolled on her back and did a " Bully Run" ( Annabelle is an English Bull Terrier.That's when they run at full pace, in a big circle if they are on a leash.)
She also enjoyed meandering between both decks; watching people on the front deck; and sunning herself on the back deck.
Restaurants are close.
We definitely enjoyed our trip!
