Lovely, family friendly, 4000 sq ft lake front home, close to Pokagon.
Maison spacieuse et propre au bord du lac, reposant sur 180 pieds du bord du lac Jimmerson. L'une des plus belles plages de Jimmerson! La maison de plus de 4 000 pieds carrés comprend 3 étages. Grand, confortable à l'étage dispose de 3 chambres queen bien décorées et salle de bain complète, plus un coin salon. L'étage principal a accessible aux personnes handicapées, très grande salle de bains, chambre king w tv, chambre queen au bord du lac avec terrasse hors de celui-ci (accessible par la chambre King). Le sous-sol de débrayage se sépare en 2 parties. La télévision sportive «man cave» pour les jeux vidéo et les films, ainsi qu'une table de baby-foot, 2 lits queen-size et 3 matelas simples. Très insonorisé pour les adolescents qui souhaitent garder des heures plus tardives que les adultes. L'autre moitié du sous-sol contient une cuisine partielle avec un deuxième réfrigérateur, une grande télévision, un demi-bain spacieux et sort sur le patio en ciment jusqu'au lac.

This property exceptional in its spaciousness and decoration. The lake view is beautiful and my family voted to stay here again next year! They loved the convenience and space to spread out! So many great restaurants in the area too!

It was fantastic! Our family consisted of ages 3 to 81 yrs old and we ALL loved the home! I can't emphasize enough how perfect everything was. The host was incredibly helpful and full of useful information that made everything even better! I need to mention the outside area and lake was incredible. We will definitely go back. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

This property was more than expected! There was a ton of room throughout the house and more than enough cooking and cleaning supplies for our stay. Many amenities for people of all ages. I would wake up in the morning and have coffee while looking onto the lake. The sunsets were my favorite part. It was a little bit colder when we stayed, but I hope to be back again when it's warmer as the area was great! Really made me want to come back to Jimmerson Lake again.

We truly enjoyed the family week-end at the lake rental house. It was very clean and comfortable. The property owner, Kim, was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful place to gather with family and we highly recommend this property.

What an impressive property! Clean, owner was responsive, not one minute of disappointment. Two kitchens with our big group was a plus, bonus room with more than adequate space for meals and board games.

It’s a beautiful place to watch the sunset over the lake. A+ on the comfortable mattresses. Owner was very hospitable.

This was an amazing home for our family to stay in for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. We are from out of town and it worked perfectly.
Only suggestion I would have is for the owner to include in the listing that the three singles are mattress that are standing up in the corner in the basement and not actually beds. It all worked, with some shuffling as I could not put my 75 year old Mother in law on the floor as we were originally counting her as having one of the single beds.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, very clean and plenty of room. Many times you are told a place sleeps a certain number but what was great about this place is only in the basement would you have to share a room to get the beds you need. The outside patio areas were awesome and seated a lot of people comfortably. Beautifully concreted with an overhang and a fire pit on the patio off the covered area. The owner was great to work with and I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Although everything was perfect, we probably enjoyed the lake, patio, fire ring, and outdoor seating the most. Would love to stay again sometime soon but would probably prefer July or August versus September.

Wonderful property in bay facing western sunsets. Plenty of room for the entire family, and best outside furniture, covered shaded deck area and front deck of any property I’ve ever rented. Good bass fishing off the shore and nearby drop offs.

This was an amazing, beautiful, clean, warm, perfect home. Each and everyone of us had a wonderful time we felt so at home. The communication with the owner of the house was wonderful. She kept checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. We are already talking about coming back again in the summer. I don’t want to give a good complement because I don’t want somebody to take this house away from us but if you’re looking for a wonderful visit with family or friends this is the house to come to, I give a rating of 10 of the home. Thank you for all of your help. The area was wonderful the shopping, the wineries, the dinner, places, the kitchen, and the home was wonderful. We did some good cooking in groups. It was so much room, the tables were great the entertainment room was wonderful . Thank you again.

This place is amazing. Right on the lake with beautiful views of the sunset. Very spacious with plenty of room for our large extended family. Lots of seating for everyone. Tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were nice size and the beds were very comfortable. Owner was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions quickly when I reached out. Everyone in our group had a great time. Would definitely love to stay again. Recommend this place highly. Our group included ages between 6 months and 84 years old. Everyone had a great time. The house is perfect for different families to have their own space. We love the basement for activities including pumpkin carving and Christmas ornament making. The table was great for playing games. We loved the fire pit for s’mores! Loved our time together!

This is a beautiful home and the host is very easy to work with. We were a family of 17, ages 3 months to 90 years. There was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen has all the cooking supplies you need, plus plenty of dishes and utensils. Large open area in the basement we used to play games. Only about 15 minutes to town and antique shops. A 5 star rating from us!

This was great family friendly home with lots of space and amenities. It is right on the lake with beautiful views . There is no beach but several public ones nearby. Pokagon State park is very close and also family friendly for hiking and biking. Was a convenient midway point for family coming from Cleveland, AnnArbor and Chicago. The only downside is the kitchen has no sink disposal which may be an issue for all lake property……Not sure.

Great house - plenty of room!
We rented this house for a long getaway weekend in January as a Christmas gift to our adult kids (and our grandchildren). Unfortunately thanks to covid, our party of 16 turned into a party of 5 with no grandchildren. So we barely touched the basement and still had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner extremely responsive to any questions we had. However, we didn't cook much as we decided to eat most of our meals out since we were a small group of adults. What was unexpected (or maybe I missed it in the description/reviews) was the beautiful sunset views - amazing! We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

This property is amazing! Kitchen is extremely usable for cooking meals with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are comfy and clean. The house was sound proof enough for the little ones to have a dance party and not wake the babies! We will definitely recommend the property!!

Everything was perfect
My family was observing the first anniversary of my husband's death. The spaces for the 12 of us were perfect, the windows and views: fabulous. The corn hole game was an unexpected blessing. And the gas grill made supper easy. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Perfect lake home for large or small groups.
We had a cousins reunion with 5 families. There were plenty of beds, plenty of room for us to spread out. We had a large table with plenty of chairs on the main level & in the basement. There was access to 4 toilets at once & all the toilets were available when someone was in the shower except one. We could play cards at night in the basement & not bother the people trying to sleep on the main floor or upstairs. This house was so beautiful and so peaceful. It is a perfect place. There was a gas grill, fire ring, 2 kayaks, picnic tables, patio furniture, corn hole game, other games & toys for kids. We couldn’t find anything we needed that they didn’t have. This was the cleanest, most well stocked place we’ve ever rented. We had an excellent time. Kim answered all my questions right away. We definitely plan to come here again.

Wonderful Property for Family Reunion
I have stayed at quite a few rental properties over the years (over 20), and this is by far the cleanest home I have come across. It is also very well stocked for a larger group (we had 17 people), including everything needed for cooking to items that are convenient when your group has a baby. The location if perfect if you like boating around Lake James & Jimmerson. Our entire family is excited to stay at this home again in the future.

LOVE THIS HOUSE!
Kim was wonderful to work with and very quick in responses to questions. The house was perfect! Our family outgrew a cottage that we had rented on James for over 50 years. This home was perfect to separate out 3 babies on different floors. Might have found our new home to rent for the next 50 years!
