This was a great place for our family to stay! Walking distance to many amenities. The unit was very clean and well appointed.

We love Indian Rocks Beach and this great condo! Super cute and very clean! Great location. You can walk to the beach and many restaurants. We loved watching the boats from the balcony. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We will be back! Jodie

This condo is one of the best we have ever rented. It was spacious and located on the canal. It was fun sitting on the balcony, watching the boats come in and out. It is also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The beach was also close enough to walk to. We would definitely rent it again.

The unit was well maintained, week appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc needed to cook meals The location is ideal with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to the beach as well. Check in and check out was simple and straightforward.

Everything at this condo was great and clean. Our patio had the best view. Our little enjoyed the waterpark, my husband and I enjoyed the tiki bar and my 13 yr old son loved to fish. Beds were comfortable too. Bonus! Great location. Not super touristy but lots of fun local places.

This property was just as described and perfect for our whole family. Cody went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

First visit to Indian Rocks Beach and was not disappointed. Location and Condo was perfect. Walkable to everything and very family oriented. Never used our car. Condo was clean and view was beautiful and quiet.

The actual apartment and owners were amazing. Apartment was clean, all the essentials available for our use. Owner was absolutely great and hospitable and very reaponsive. One if the best hostess. The property is conveniently closed to the beach. The parking garage and actual park were crowded with many people visiting from other hotels and local area. So if you dont mind a diversity of people and crowds this is the place to stay.

Completely updated and decorated with a beautiful beach flair, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home for years. Great view! Loved it.

This unit was beautifully maintained. We loved the location and cleanliness of the unit. The storage closet with beach items was a huge plus for our family. The only setback for us was the water park was very crowded at times. It was difficult with younger children to navigate this and took away from the small town feel. Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful and there are multiple small businesses within walking distance. We walked almost everywhere we went during our stay! Overall still a great stay!

The condo was great, plenty of room for the 4 of us . Nice views from the balcony, watched the dolphins swim by each morning. Water park was great, our granddaughter loved it. The beach just a few minute walk and the use of beach cart, chairs and umbrella was a bonus. Cody was quick on responding to our questions. Would stay again.

Clean and updated unit. Plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. The balcony is awesome overlooking the intercostal waterway. Saw dolphins several times. Parking is tight but adequate. Water park included was a lot of fun. I couldn’t find anything wrong with the property. The elevator is old and slow. Plenty of food options that are close. Spent one morning at the beach. Quick walk to beach. I may come back next year if we decide to go to Florida. They owners are awesome and accommodating.

Our trip to Cody and Jessica's condo was fantastic!!! When our plane landed we were greeted with a kind text message from Cody letting us know the property was ready for us to check-in. The directions on how to access the property were clear and we got right in. The unit was very clean (and we are admittedly picky)! Cody checked-in during the week and was responsive on our one question regarding check-out procedure, but everything is so thoughtfully put together we never really needed his assistance! The location is great, with a five minute walk to the beach and Splash Harbour only an elevator ride away. I would take our daughter to Splash Harbour in the morning, and then hit the beach in the afternoon once my wife was up and moving with our beach bags packed! Splash Harbour is open to the public and serves alcohol, so it gets a diverse crowd with some groups settling in for the day and others like us doing a pre or post-beach dip. It is well-staffed with a great lazy river and two big slides as well as nice area with smaller slides for the kids! There are famous restaurants and bars a short distance away, as well as a VERY well-stocked CVS that made life easy when we needed an odd ball item at different times. Cute, well decorated, clean condo in setting with water park. Comfortable beds. All appliances work. Only a 5 minute walk to the Indian Rock beach, which despite its name, is not rocky, but is sugar white sand. Also close to several nice restaurants. Nice views from balcony patio. Only FYI - does not provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamer. No biggie - There is a pharmacy nearby to get your supplies. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property- just as it appears in pictures with beautiful views and easy walk to the beach. Kids loved the water park. Hosts are excellent communicators and we will be back for sure!! So cozy and everything you need and more on vacation!

We had an amazing trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is just like it was advertised online. It is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. They even provided a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for us to easily take everything down to the beach, which was a nice short walk to get to. The water park passes were great too. The kids enjoyed the water slides and the lazy river. We did have a slight problem with the plumbing when we were there, but I messaged Cody and he responded immediately and had the issue resolved within an hour! I highly recommend staying here, and we plan to come back for sure!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a few days in March. Perfect location for beach in the morning and water park in the afternoon. Very clean and host is very responsive. Would stay again if we are back in the area.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The water park included was a huge hit with the entire family. Cody communication was quick and friendly. A great experience.

We had a great time! Great communication and easy check-in. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and in a great location. You can't go wrong w any of the nearby restaurants. Lots of live music, which we loved! We went to the water park a couple of the days, and it was a lot of fun! The beach is an easy close walk. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley & took day trips to Clearwater & Madeira Beach. We didn't have a rental car so we used Walmart delivery for groceries - super easy + convenient! 10/10 vacation!

We had ages 2-75 stay with us and we loved it. My kids went to the water park everyday, it was amazing to have it on property! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Condo was a great size and had everything you’d want. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. Would stay again!

We love vacationing here! This is our third year at Indian Rocks Beach and our 2nd year at this condo! Such a great place, very clean, well stocked, and owner very responsive and a great host. Only thing that would make this place better would be a more comfortable couch/ chair for families. We had one chilly breezy day that ended up a movie day. But other than that we made it to the beach everyday, a quick 5 minute walk. And made it to the water park twice! The kids absolutely love it here! Such a quiet sweet community everyone seemed very pleasant! We hope to come back again next year!

Our family had a great experience staying in this condo. The place has a great view, is very clean and has everything you will need! The kids loved having the option to go to the beach or water park. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, water park, several restaurants and a CVS. It is also a short drive to several attractions and grocery stores. We will be returning!

We had some troube finding the building, but everyone was so friendly around the resort they helped us. once in the codo we found it to be very clean and well decorated. Everthing was exactly as described. Short walk to the beach, water park, and great dining in the area. I would highly recommend this unit, especially to families with young children.

I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. Well was way more then expected. Beautiful comfortable decorated home! Had games, TV in each room and great books to read, started reading Harry Potter (too bad - needed more time to finish. ☺️☺️). Was just a great experience overall. I truly recommend this vacation Condo - you will not be disappointed. Also great communication with Host. Very sweet!

We cannot say enough great things about this property. All the personal instructions for everything were easy to follow. We loved the water slides and pool. Everywhere we went was walkable and people were so friendly. Every morning we woke up to go shelling cause the beach was so close. We have traveled so many places and this is the first place we can’t wait to come back. The owners are awesome and like I said thank you, and see you again soon.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo is very clean, and nicely decorated, beds were comfy. The view of the harbour was beautiful and we even got to see dolphins. The water slides were so fun, easy walk or drive to the beach and several nearby restaurants. All the beach equipment was provided and we spent several hours enjoying the views, white sand and warm ocean water. We also had fun visiting John's Pass in Madeira Beach, cute shops and restaurants.
