Cette magnifique villa contemporaine neuve, située dans un endroit calme et privé, a été conçu, construit et décoré par la meilleure équipe de la Casa de Campo.
Un grand patio avec cascade et étangs intérieurs crée immédiatement un sentiment de détente dès que vous entrez dans cette belle maison.
Trois des quatre chambres sont sur une galerie pour plus d'intimité, tous ont salle de bains privative. Une salle d'étude / TV a un canapé-lit pour couchage supplémentaire. La suite chambre des maîtres est situé sur le côté opposé et bénéficie de la brise d'Est. La salle de bain principale dispose d'un son et sa part, et un jacuzzi extérieur.
La maison est entourée d'un grand jardin tropical luxuriant. Un grand porche, une grande terrasse, et surdimensionné piscine d'eau salée avec jacuzzi donnent sur le premier trou du parcours de golf privé La Romana Country Club. Un petit belvédère est l'endroit idéal pour le yoga ou un massage à l'extérieur.
Le salon ouvert et salle à manger sont d'excellents endroits pour profiter de vos vacances, une cuisine bien équipée rend tous complets.

We had an absolutely excellent experience from check-in to the day we left. This house is very spacious and comfortable for a large group with all the amenities. The on-site staff is among the nicest and most attendant that I've encountered having stayed many times in different locations. Look no further if you are looking for a place in this slice of paradise.

The house is so much more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. Domingo the butler and Elizabeth the cook were extra nice and pampered us with every posible detail. I have stayed several times in Cada de Campo and this was by far the best vacation ever!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home and felt so welcomed by Elizabeth, Augustine and Igne.
Also, Elizabeth is a great cook! We had both breakfast and dinner with her and we'd loved it.
We'll be back soon!

El Batey Sur - Family Vacation 2022
Inge, Agustin and Elizabeth made our family’s vacation terrific, they were fantastic hosts, much appreciated hospitality. The house was wonderful, the kids enjoyed the salt water pool!

Beautiful home for our family trip
The villa was gorgeous and as beautiful as pictured. We had an extended family vacation of 10ppl with kids and were well taken care of by Augustin and Elizabeth. Inge and her team were also great at helping arrange airport transfers, grocery delivery pre-arrival, restaurant reservations. We would certainly come again.

Excellent weekend!
Our stay at Batey Sur 12 was amazing, the house is incredibly clean, the staff is very attentive, hard working, welcoming and polite.
The house has two newly refurbished rooms that are beautiful, as the rest of the house. It was a lovely stay and definitely would book again.

We have to thank the owners of this amazing villa for letting us stay here.
This villa have everything you oils desire, staff that take amazing care of you and your entire family, pool, jacuzzi's and fabulous views.
I would recommend everyone to try it out!
Our family stayed for 4 weeks and no one wants to leave!

Amazing villa and staff!
One of the best villas we've stayed in casa de campo. Great spaces, amazing view and outdoors. The staff was friendly and always available. Inge was a great host. We can't wait to come back!!!

Batey 12 is a wonderful, open and breezy house. The staff is hospitable and knowledgeably and you feel relax and welcome upon arrival. This is the second year in a row that we have rented the home for our Xmas vacation and we are planning to return in 2016.

We've had the pleasure of staying in many locations but non have matched the appeal and amenities of this home. Everything from the friendly and capable staff, to the pool and villa, to the Casa de Campo facilities, everything was amazing. We'd highly recommend this villa and the property.

THE PERFECT VACATION
We came to the villa end September for holiday with my daughter.
We where only two people. The villa was the perfect. The villa interior, grounds, and the view of the Country Club golf course and the Dye Fore course from the deck was really beautiful and you felt like you were at home instantly. The staff were just an excellent group and always ready to help no matter what you needed. We did eat at a number of the restaurants and all the meals were very good
The villa is very close to LA Marina . It is easy to get around with the golf cart. A trip over to La Marina took about 5-minutes by golf cart. The resort is huge so we made good use of our golf cart and a rental car.
I would highly recommend this villa for anyone going to Casa de Campo. The owners, were just great to work with as we planned this trip. The house manager is great which gave us great assistance on the resort and gave us great advice on everything we wanted to do.
Everything turned out more than we expected which made the trip very fulfilling.
We will for sure go back.
