Another great stay. This time we went on the roof around sunset. Beautiful red glow even though final sunset view was blocked. Then watched the many stars come out. Fantastic!

This property was terrific. It was our first time in Hopkins and we loved it. Jeanette helped us rent another bike and we biked all over town. We used the kayak and enjoyed the amazing warm water right in front of the house. There are numerous restaurants walking distance from the house and the food was really good. You only need a car if you are driving for excursions out of town. Wonderful trip!

The View, The Beach, The Staff......All Top Notch! The Bed in Hall Room a Tad Bit Hard, but not everything is going to be prefect. Janette, Alberto & Alex were Fantastic! Janette gave me the secret to stopping NoSeeUms from biting. A heaven sent! All in All, your stay was everything we wanted for your second time in Hopkins, Belize. The Miller Families Villa is truly a First Class Accomodations in Hopkins.

Great villa, right on the beach. Hammock is almost on the water and is a wonderful place to relax. Sits right between 2 vacant lots so plenty of privacy. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants too!

You will need a car or golf cart to get to town but you have restaurants in walking distance. You are able to rent a golf cart in walking distance. They also have bikes so I guess you could ride them. Only negative is the master bed room get a ton of light once the sun comes up in our case 5:18am wish we would have had a way to make it stay dark.

We really liked this house and hanging around Hopkins. Janette is super helpful. House was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We drove in from Belize City and could just relax - first night was calm and the family did a night dip in the ocean to celebrate being there! We had some bad weather the next few days we were there and there was a pile of seaweed (mixed with sea trash) maybe 15 feet deep - couldn't really access the water. That is a problem throughout the area and out of the owners control - just something to be aware of in the Caribbean. Did a snorkeling tour with Noawel's Fishing and Snorkeling adventures and it was awesome - nice local guys took us out. Recommend the house and Hopkins!

Beautiful home with semi-private beach. The master bedroom and bath were oversized and it was nice to have the additional space. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the week. Loved having Direct TV, Netflix and Amazon Music available. Air conditioning worked great too. We loved having the beach right out our backdoor. Enjoy watching the sunrise, kayaking and snorkeling. We used the bikes a couple times to ride into town. Lots of restaurants and grocery close by. If there was one thing that could be improved it would be the seating. The house can sleep 6, but there were only 4 chairs for the kitchen table and no outside patio table, which would have been nice. Also the top deck is quite spacious, but again only two chairs up there. I think that space has a lot of potential and could be improved by having a large table with umbrella/shading and more chairs. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and vacation. I'd highly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable home outside of the main part of Hopkins Village. Easy to access, very comfortable inside and outside. The roof is usable, but we did not spend time up there. The back porch and the 30 feet of sand to the water were clean and had plenty of seating options. We used the kayak as well. Even though it was nice outside, I was glad to have AC for sleeping at night. We would definitely return and stay at this property again. Jeanette and Alex were helpful and friendly.
The area is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We spend one day only hanging out at the house, and the next we snorkeled with Noawel and his son Jobel. Would recommend them for a snorkeling tour. This was the first time I've stayed this close to the beach and it was lovely. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and everyone was happy and would return again.

We arrived at this villa after a few days stay in Placencia and it was home sweet home for a blissful 9 nights. Clean, well stocked and perfectly located...close enough to some of the main activity but far enough away for privacy and peacefulness. We walked or rode bikes (two provided) most days but did rent a golf cart for a day to restock groceries from Hopkins and to tour the area neighborhoods. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
Side Note: This was our first time in Belize. If it's yours, make sure to do your research before you go!!

A very nice and comfortable villa right on the beach! It was also decently located for our road tripping activities in Belize, including the Nim Li Punit and Xunantunich Maya archaeological sites and St. Herman's Blue Hole National Park. We much appreciated use of the kayak and bikes and access to the clothes washer and dryer. Janette, the property manager was readily helpful, including our late (evening) arrival and early morning departure. We would've liked to have more hooks (for hanging clothes and towels) and less light switches, though!

Hopkins is a hidden gem and those that know… know. The house is gorgeous and inviting. I told the property manager to have some professional pics made because the listing doesn’t do it justice. You are 50 yes 50 steps from the water and it is perfect swimming and kayaking. The only complaint were the couches but who needs to stay inside when you have paradise! The artwork in the house and decor are fantastic. We are returning in 2 weeks but the house was already booked. Will definitely stay again.

This beautiful homes sits directly on the beach. We were very, very pleased with what they provided for outdoors: snorkels/fins, kayak, bikes, beach lounge chairs, beach towels, sand toys for children and indoors: a nice variety of board games, cards, movies and books. All of this makes a stay even more superb. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were awesome - like sleeping on a cloud. House is very tastefully, colorfully decorated. Only thing a bit tough for us was the comfort of the couch and matching chairs. Highly recommended this home for your stay in Hopkins!!

While lazing around soon after our arrival, it occurred to me I've visited Belize Inn Your Dreams, Hopkins, and the surrounding communities many times before … if only in my imagination. More precisely, Belize Inn Your Dreams and Hopkins are the kinds of places where protagonists from John Grisham novels must have assuredly settled after finding it necessary to disappear from the chaotic drama of a life previously lived and actions previously taken.
You'll fall in love with Hopkins and Belize Inn Your Dreams for all the same reasons. We enjoyed many lazy afternoons, good local food, and multiple rounds of dominos in the comfortable accommodations provided by the property, all of which happened while the rest of the world whizzed by. The feeling and experience will be complete if you take time to visit Traveler’s Palm Restaurant four miles west in Sittee River Village.

Paradise
Beautiful house and location! Nice and quiet, just outside of the friendly town of Hopkins. Easy access to some pretty islands, rain forest (Bocawina was our favorite place to hike for awesome falls and birding) The only negative was that the on demand water heater didn't always provide us with a hot shower. Everything else functioned properly. Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely the most perfect place to stay. We rented Maria’s house for five weeks and everything was impeccable. Hopkins itself is cultural delight and people are so inviting. We are going back. We are both 65 and retired husband and wife and Maria and her staff cater to every need we have. I can’t say enough about it. The beach ,the house ,the people ,the help, The location, the transportation ,the things to do all made for an incredible lifetime experience.

Every thing was amazing from the ocean being so close and so amazing for swimming , to the kitchen that was the best stocked kitchen of any place I have ever stayed to cook up your meals. Maria was wonderful with information and the property manager Jannette made every thing just flow from check in to arranging so many things for our comforts. We all loved it so much!! The home was clean and the beds are so comfortable. As others have said the couch and chairs are uncomfortable ....BUT who cares when you can sit outside on your own private beach and watch the sunrise and sunsets. I dream of coming back soon.

Beautiful Villa
Belize Inn Your Dreams is a beautiful villa that we enjoyed completely. Location on the beach is perfect with a feel of total luxury. I would like to comment on the comfort of the living room furniture. Although it is very attractive and fits the vibe of the villa perfectly, it is not very conducive to relaxing after a full day of activities. Would love to see something a bit more cozy and soft. Other than that it is an amazing property!

Heaven in Hokins
I've rented more than 50 properties over the years and the Miller's place on the beach off Sittee Point Rd is right at the top of the list.
As advertised it is a beautiful location. The house is immaculate inside and out which is had to do in a quasi-tropical setting. Not a cobweb; not a bug; everything was pristine even the storage room. The house is tastefully decorated and properly and has all the amenities that you can ask for.
Janette, the local property manager is very attentive and helpful yet unubtrusive.
If you are looking for a gorgeous setting with a beautiful home in a quiet laid back area, this is the place.

Peaceful Getaway
We had a great stay at the villa outside of Hopkins. The home is wonderful. It was a good location to base travels to the south part of the country. Make sure that you save one night to have dinner at Chef Rob's.

Would have been a five star rating if we didn't suffer two power outages (not the fault of the Villa or Owner). Unfortunately power failures render water system useless.

Wonderful Time for the Whole Family!
Our stay in Belizean Your Dreams was a fabulous week! The home itself is very well equipped with all you need and extremely well maintained and very clean. We were a family of 5, Mom,Dad and 3 teenage boys with plenty of room to spread out. The grounds are well cared for and we did not any issues with bugs at all!
Maria was so helpful with offering wonderful directions and so much information about the area and Belize. The snorkel gear provided was great fun and a little bit of kayaking was an adventure!
We felt Hopkins was a nice location for enjoying many opportunities the south of Belize has to offer. The home is close to several places to eat that are wonderful and a couple small resorts with activities as well!
Alex was very helpful when we arrived and before we left! Thank you all for a fabulous place and for the great care!
