Our time here with family was relaxing and comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for walking into town and exploring the surrounding mountains. I would recommend to anyone looking for a casual place to stay while visiting Tubac.

Girls golf trip in Tubac - large house with ample room. Rachel allowed us early check in so we could drop off items before heading to the golf course. Easy walking distance to small town and golf course. Requests made were handled super fast. Thanks Rachel for sharing your property with us.

Once again, we had a lovely stay. The location is ideal and the private pool is an added bonus. While many people shy away from AZ in August heat, we embraced it and loved the monsoons and lightning shows. While we took advantage of all the wonderful shops snd restaurants nearby, we also enjoyed simple relaxation at the house. We have booked this house many times and will be back again next year.

Honestly....the pictures online don't do it justice. This is the perfect getaway!! And our host was wonderful! Everything was spotless when we arrived. We enjoyed grilling, swimming and shopping in town. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need and the beds were very comfortable. Really looking forward to staying again in the near future!! Left feeling like we wished we could stay longer!

The home was lovely. Come, all the amenities are absolutely perfect, we enjoyed the desert in the pool and of course the golf course! We would definitely come here again!

There were six of us, all 65-plus, and there was plenty of room, all of it tastefully decorated in Southwestern style. The location is quiet, the grounds are gorgeous, and we even saw a cardinal outside the window. Tubac and plenty of fabulous restaurants are in easy driving distance. Lots of places to walk and hike nearby. The property manager was quick to reply to any questions, and the whole process was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay there again. And if you love to golf, this course is famous.

Beautifully Mexican / Spanish style older single level home with its own heated private swimming pool. Mountain views and a quiet neighborhood. Lots of open interior space makes it perfect for family reunions. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Everything needed is already there.

Nice property with all the needed amenities. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice kitchen and a heated pool in the large back yard. Could use a little updating, but acceptable as it is. The owner, Raquel, is very reachable and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

I have stayed here many times with family in the past, this trip was with 3 of my friends. It was the perfect home base for us and we truly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location and convenient for all our activities (hiking, shopping, dinner etc). But we truly delighted in our “at home time”! We lounged in the pool, enjoyed sunrises with coffee outside and had our happy hour cocktails and charcuterie boards on the patio while watching the sunset (when the mountains turn pink it’s time to drink). The chiminea was great for outdoor fires to take the evening chill off in January. We played some of the board games, including the Mexican bingo. We utilized the kitchen daily. One of my friends was a chef so we had a fabulous brunch on Sunday and she was able to create/cook with all the necessities (pans, spices, etc). The patio provides a great viewing area for star gazing at night. We were 4 women and had more then enough space for sleeping and getting ready. We loved the local charm of the house and will be booking it again. Raquel was a great host.

We went to a wedding at the Tubac resort and this house was perfect! The house was super close to all the wedding events.

Nice location and good spaces. However it’s full of clutter and towels were old and more like rags. Outdoor areas could be nice but it all looks rundown. Too bad because it has great possibilities.

Older home but cozy. Could use some updating. First day had to do without heat because heater didn't work. Owner did get someone out the next day. Overall we had a nice stay anyway.

Over the years, we stayed in many VRBOs and similar. Raquel's desert gem stands on top of every rating. The place is great, clean, convenient, lovely....and the communication with Raquel magnificent. We can't thank enough for a wonderful stay The location was great, in walking distance to the Tubac golf resort. We spent the weekend at Raquel's place while attending a wedding at the resort. It worked out better than good and we can only recommend the casita.

Really enjoyed our visit so much. The house is comfortable and roomy. It has everything one needs. We loved relaxing on the patio and spending time in the pool — lovely view of the mountains. Wished we could have stayed longer!

My son got married this weekend and I rented this for family to stay instead of hotel . They loved it. Enjoyed the pool and loved the house. Very homey.
