Élégante maison contemporaine sur mesure de 2 étages. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, grands jardins paysagers avant et arrière, planchers de bois franc partout, superbe cuisine, et bien plus encore. 4 couchages (jusqu'à 6 avec futon et lit double gonflable). Chambre propre et moderne en bas avec un lit queen. La salle de bain est juste devant la porte. A l'étage, la chambre a un lit double et une autre salle de bain complète adjacente. Un futon dans le salon se replie en un lit double.

My sister and I had a lovely stay in this Benicia gem! The property was very much as advertised in the listing and photos. Be aware - the kitchen/living room is a few steps down from the family room/lower level bedroom/bathroom (this wasn't clear from the listing/photos). Not a big deal at all for us but may be for guests with mobility issues. Stef always replied promptly and was a joy to interact with. It was hot during our stay so we especially appreciated the air conditioner, ventilation fan, shaded back deck, ice maker and chilled filtered water. The TV/sound system instructions could use some updating but this didn't affect us too much as we didn't have time to watch too much TV. The backyard was lovely and the fruit trees provided sweet treats (a few plums had ripened for us to enjoy during our stay). The reviews are correct -- this property is easily a 5 out 5. Easy access to the freeway (but far enough away that you don't get the noise). Also easy access to the grocery store, awesome little shops of downtown Benicia, and the beautiful waterfront. If we ever find ourselves in the San Francisco Bay area again, we will book this property again! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Stef!

This place was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great location with easy access to get from San Fransisco and tour the surrounding areas such as Napa, Muir Woods, and the ferry to get back to San Fran without driving for the day. It was also very convenient to drive to downtown Benicia. The host was very informative and responsive to all messages. I definitely would recommend this place.

We had a great time staying at Stef's house with our dog. The home is walkable to 1st St (downtown Benicia), which has lots of cute shops and restaurants, and also close to the freeway. The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Stef was very communicative and flexible, including allowing us to check in early. We would definitely return!

The house was beautiful, well located, and is very well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent. The owner is not only an excellent communicator, but was also very accommodating to our needs.

From the moment one walks through the door it feels like home. It is so comfortable and beautifully restored. It smells of furniture polish and has a very happy feel about it. The kitchen is well stalked and big enough to cook a meal. The open plan living/dining room is spacious and the high ceiling makes it very airy. A couple of the upstairs rooms are locked, but two bedrooms and two bathrooms are plenty enough space to stretch out. The backyard is large and offers good space for a dog to roam. There is a small grassy part below the deck that leads into a hidden little wilderness, perfect for dogs and children to play. The main floor bedroom mattress is on the firmer side. All appliances we used were in perfect working order. Some of the kitchen lights were flickering, but even with them turned off the place was bright enough. The TV was a challenge to sort out. We just pressed several buttons until we had success, this took a few minutes every day. But there is certainly enough reading material to keep one occupied. The neighbourhood is quiet but not necessarily ideal to walk a dog. But it feels safe and with the grassy front and backyard there is enough space for a dog to play a little ball. The only thing I would ask the owner to consider is to install a motion light on the porch. It was very difficult to operate the keypad in the dark on our arrival. Thank you for letting us stay, we would not hesitate to rent this house again when working in the area.

This property was perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The separation of bedroom and baths on both floors and the open floor space made it work great. Stef (owner) is great to work with and has the home set up with everything to make our four day stay very comfortable. The home is very conveniently located to safe walking to grocery store, bakery, restaurants and water front in Benicia. It is also conveniently located for day trips to Muir Wood, Wine Country and both Oakland and San Francisco. We would definitely book again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Very comfortable and easily accessible to all modes of transportation to the city. We quickly acclimated and called this place home! When we weren’t out on an excursion, Benecia provided its own comfort with a variety of shops, restaurants, and views of the water. Everything we needed was right here in this wonderful place to stay!

This home had everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for our 2 little dogs. They had just as much fun as we did on our vacation. So conveniently close to the freeway and just a walk away from downtown Benecia’s waterfront as well as the little shops/restaurants. Only cons.. tv does not have any way to set up Netflix etc. if you want to relax and watch movies at night. Screen mirroring from your cellphone doesn’t work, so you can’t access streaming apps that way either. There was plenty of street parking right outside the house, which was great. Stef responded to our questions timely even though he was out of the country. His sister is also available for questions and concerns if he can’t respond.
Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would definitely book again when we come visit the Bay Area in the future.

Stayed here with my husband and 1yr old. The house was great (even better than it looked in the pictures!) and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk downtown for coffee/food. I might be a light sleeper but the lights from cars/outside woke me in the main floor bedroom so would suggest bringing an eye cover (or add curtains in the bedroom). Otherwise the house was comfortable and we loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit

We loved the fact there were two desks. Two of us worked from home part of the week, so that was perfect. LOVED the fact there were all those fruit trees in the yard! Kitchen was super well-stocked. Great to have the washing machine and dryer and detergent! Walking distance to downtown. To top off the awesomeness, the Beatles and John Lennon accents/decor were totally our jam. :)

Our stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately our granddaughters were not able to join us at your home due to their flight nightmare with SWA. All that made it were their bags and only to be returned back to las vegas. The TV remote was still not working, we had to manually change the channels. We accidentally left some Spanish sausage and brie in the fridge. Enjoy! I would suggest that you replace your bath towels. I washed them but they smelled funky after washing and are a bit thin. There was only one small hand towel to be found in the downstairs bath area. The heater worked fine and we felt at home there.

What a find!!! Benicia is a secret little town, set along the waters edge. Lots to do. Lots to see. The home was perfectly situated, close to shops, views, local adventures and more. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed the instruments. Comfortable stay. Great communication from the homeowner. When visiting, don’t miss out on watching the sunset at the Benicia marina, within walking distance or a quick drive.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Stef’s vacation home. The music themed home was perfect for my music-loving family. The home was clean and comfortable. Stef was quick to respond to any questions I had as I was planning prior to our stay. Everything was exact to the description. The location was great. Benecia Stay
We had a great time at Stef’s property. The house was great, located in a great neighborhood, super close to the freeways. There’s also a super close car wash which was nice after the long drive. Beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and towels. There were also games to play for the kids (or adults too) My youngest liked being able to practice the piano and playing the drum as well. Overall a great stay.
