We all absolutely loved this house. The house itself was so cute and nice, the view was perfect and the ammenities were outstanding. Owners were so easy to communicate with. We stay in a lot of rentals and this has to be the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Every type of pan, dish, spice, tool you could possibility need. Only thing we didn't see was an oyster knife so we left one there! 100% recommend this house.

neighborhood with a walking trail to the beach and a 9 -hole golf course that was easy to walk and very inexpensive to play. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

Once again, we had an excellent time. This is a very nice home - a cook's paradise. We had fresh seafood every night purchased at Bell Buoy. Clamming not as good this year, probably due to my lack of skill.

Beautiful property in a gated community with tons of amenities (beautiful kitchen with anything you could possibly need, fireplace, outside seating, stocked bathrooms, etc). The host didn’t miss a beat with her communication. It’s on a beautiful Oregon Coast beach but you need to walk out a bit. Wonderful place to stay with a large family!

This was our second stay at the Amazing View house and we are sure to do another. The house is great for our family. With the open floor plan it is easy to engage with each other. We loved having the golf course right in the backyard and the ocean and beach just yards away in the front yard. The house had all the amenities we could want with the exception of maybe a fire pit for the cool evenings. The host is great and easy to communicate with.
We look forward to returning again.

We do an annual getaway with our family for our mothers birthday and this year it was her 97th! This place is one of the nicest and best locations we have experienced. It is exactly as the pictures show and has high end amenities including well stocked kitchen with items you would use in your own home. Great view and lots of room, plenty of towels, and really just a wonderful place to go. Clean, close to the beach access which you can drive on and or walk to. Sunsets and open space concept. Homeowner/host was very communicative, and we would definitely come back. Really great and wonderful home close enough to Seaside but away from the touristy town- you can easily go if you like that.

This was our third time staying at this house with our family and friends. We love this house for many reasons. The front porch is our favorite. There are plenty of chairs and room to hang out and visit while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. It's very clean and organized. The location is perfect and the host is so easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful experience staying in your beautiful home! Every convenience was provided for us. Great instructions and communication. Our adult children joined us and because of the great floor plan, everyone enjoyed the perfect balance of privacy and together time. Our senior dog felt right at home. This house is amazing, it’s even better in person! When you walk in it feels warm and inviting and very clean with stunning ocean views. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful location that is close to the beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as best as possible. They are very attentive from the moment you book the property. We had such a great time staying here, we didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to book this house again when I’m back in Gearhart.

This home is outstanding in so many ways. We were a group of 4 couples, each with a bedroom and privacy when needed. The views are expansive and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the birdlife right in front of us. The kitchen is well equipped. It is a delightful place to prepare a meal. We all commented that a return trip was in our future. This place is amazing! The views of the ocean from the living room are priceless. It’s a short walk to the beach and short drive to local food and shops. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed and there is plenty of space to sit down, enjoy a meal, and watch the ocean. The large open floor plan was a really nice space to sit back and relax with family and friends.

I've stayed at other rentals that had beautiful master bedrooms but the other bedrooms fell short. Each of the 4 bedrooms at this house was very comfortable and very well done. We all found a bedroom to our liking.

This is our 3rd year returning to this beautiful home in the Highlands at Gearhart, and it did not disappoint! The house gives our family plenty of room to spread out, cook together, dine together, watch to sunset on the front porch - and grill on the back patio as the golfers play through. Relatively close drives to Astoria, Seaside and Cannon Beach.

We had a great time. It is oceanfront and walking the beach is very easy. The house is spacious and perfectly organized for a family. Large windows with a beautiful view from upstairs and downstairs. The back deck on the golf course is very nice. Very comfortable and an excellent choice.

My family including my 84 year old mother drove down respecting the 4:00 check in. We arrived and 4:28 and the house cleaners were still there and said they needed another 15 minutes. I took my mom in to use the bathroom and we waited on the front deck. After they left we found a bag of open food garbage sitting next to the front door, only one garbage bag was left for us and no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. That being said, the house is beautiful and located in a great spot. The windows are really hard to open and close and with no air conditioning that was needed. The layout of the bedrooms is great for a family, just wish check in was better and the house was cleaner, felt like the cleaners were running late and hurried through the cleaning.

This house was comfortable, well situated, and well supplied. It definitely exceeded our expectations! We’ve rented homes on the Oregon coast for years, and this is the first time we haven’t had to wait for “garbage pick up day’ to have adequate garbage space. That may seem funny, but it has been an issue for us since we usually come on a Saturday. The home is beautiful and the view and all the outside decking make it truly spectacular!

We enjoyed our stay, other than the neighbor meeting us within 15 minutes complaining about or dog being in the front lawn. They also followed us from the house to the front gate multiple times. They then lied to the property owner about us, causing the owner to cancel our already booked trip for next May. They claimed we were noisy having parties on the back deck at night, yet we were inside in bed by 9pm. The owner said she didn’t hear anything about it until after we had left. If my neighbors were being loud, I would have notified the owner immediately not waited until after they had left. Our group has been renting homes on the coast for over 10 years and have never had a complaint about anything. If you don’t want to be judged by the neighbors I would suggest not renting this home. And the fact the owner listened to them without any proof is unacceptable.

Our 6 night stay was perfect! The location worked well. Access to beach easy. Owner had thought all the extras (clam digger, kite, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs) which made it fun. Spent a lot of time walking the beach, digging for clams, bird watching, running the dog, kite flying, etc. Very comfortable home for our family. Kids toy room a hit. Seaside was a fun excursion to window shop, aquarium and eat out. Would come back.

We very much enjoyed our time in this home. The amenities were many and the decor lovely -- it was quiet and restful and fun to have a place where we could take our doggies. The fireworks were spectacular to say the least -- This is the best experience I've had with VRBO.

Beautifully appointed home- well equipped kitchen for cooks. Extremely comfy beds! We all slept so well. We were blessed with a visit from a resident elk herd, right out in front of the house in the green way. Wonderful!!!
