Magnifiquement rénové, charmante maison spacieuse de 3 chambres en face de la plage. Vue imprenable sur la baie depuis les pièces à vivre et les chambres principales. Avant et arrière-cour entièrement clôturés, avec stationnement hors rue et beaucoup d'espace pour un bateau. Maison de vacances familiale parfaite avec bungalow / salle de jeux séparée idéale pour les jeunes familles avec enfants.
Cuisine entièrement autonome avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de grands espaces de vie et de repas familiaux, une télévision à écran plat, un DVD et des jeux. Des espaces de divertissement en plein air à l'avant et à l'arrière, s'asseoir et regarder les bateaux passer ou échapper au soleil et profiter d'un barbecue privé dans le jardin paysager.
La literie se compose de 3 nouveaux lits doubles et d'un lit pliant supplémentaire dans la salle de jeux arrière. Oreillers et couette fournis, veuillez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes. Salle de bain unique rénovée, veuillez noter qu'une laverie est disponible en ville si nécessaire.

I could check in to this immaculate presented modest home and sit looking at the views and never leave.

This is either our 4th or 5th stay at 60 The Esplanade. We love this location, the views, the owner is fabulous to deal with, and sometimes there are bonus seals to see sunbaking on the rocky outcrop a few meters offshore! Extended family can always find several other accommodations nearby so we can all meet up for meals. It can't get more perfect than that!

Third or fourth stay now over the years. Cant fault the location or the place. Views to die for. Would love a washing machine at location as that’s the only thing we think it’s missing.

A lovely clean bright and airy well equiped home away from home in a lovely quiet location. Our old dog was very happy!
However I am sure the original website on the basis of which I booked last year said linen was provided. Two days before we went we had an email saying don’t forget the linen. We do not have doonas at home so had no doona covers, just sheets. As elderly travellers we do not book anywhere where we have to make up beds or provide our own towels. Even if there is an extra charge this place would be perfect if linen were provided

Property was clean inside. Outside, back and front yards were very untidy. No weeding or mowing had been done for a while. Good yards for dogs and kids if grass had been shorter. Well equipped kitchen. When packing your linen, don't forget to add an extra towel or bath mat. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful place to relax for a couple of days. Enjoyed everything about our stay, especially sitting under the verandah people watching. We loved it so much we thought we better come back before Christmas, so rebooked again today. What a Gem!

Disappointing that we didn’t get the access code til after check in (1pm) and we had to prompt the owner for it.

We stayed for 3 nights in April 2023. It was easy to book, check in was fine.
The front deck was used more than anywhere else in the house - we sat and watched the water and the boats for hours.
We’re now planning our next stay. Thank you.

This property should be kept secret as once discovered we won’t be able to get to spend more time here . It’s amazing - right opp beach water.

Lovely place . Wasn’t terribly impressed with the dirty dishes left in the cupboard. Needed to clean up abit. Dead Flies on the carpet and window sills. Previous people didn’t pick up there dogs farces in the back yard.
Back fly screen door felt wit was going to come off. Otherwise all good.

My family said they had wonderful relaxing time. Loved the safe enclosed garden for dog and kids. Especially loved the view of ship’s sailing past!

Perfect location and home thank you for having us. Minor - We would recommend having an option to add linen and towels as not everyone has the correct linen sizing. Also found a few of the kitchenware was slightly dirty would recommend a full clean out frequently of dishes. Other than that it was 11/10 and highly recommend!!

One of our favourite places to visit with a great location and set up for the family. Amazing views on Sunrise and sunset. Our third time spending a week here and wont be our last

Great location with sheltered swim area on your doorstep. Property clean and perfect for family. We didn’t take our gigs up this time however it is secure and safe for pets.

We loved our stay at Sophie’s home. Great location with quiet beach across the street with easy access. Great parking for both large boat and two cars. Very happy with kitchen and space of property. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to all.

This property was fantastic! Best location and so nice being directly across the road from the water. The property was really clean and the beds were super comfortable as was the couch. Almost every room overlooks the water and the house had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Our 3 boys already want to go back and stay again!

Just perfect for a family getaway!
This beautiful house had everything we needed and was in a great location looking out to sea! Our fur baby also enjoyed himself sitting on the verandah watching all the doggies pass by! We would definitely like to return for a bit longer next time!

Second holiday here and there'll be more...
Our extended family met here again for our second holiday at this holiday house. It was perfect - great location and room to park our cars and smalk camper trailer in the front and back yards. Our dog came with us too this time. The yard is fully fenced front and back, but a low fence at the front - not a problem for our dog who wants to stay near us at all times. Bring more blankets if you feel the cold in winter - we brought extra blankets. The owner has been so lovely to communicate with and very helpful for both visits. Highly recommend this property.

A lovely seaside town and excellent accommodation
Just as described. Spacious, very comfortable beds, all appliances easy to use. Best feature of this lovely accommodation was the uninterrupted view across Corio Bay to Port Phillip Bay. Perfect for people who like 'boat spotting'. House has a large deck area out from - lovely to sit and watch the water, people, dogs having fun. Nice restaurants in relaxed, friendly town. So close to Melbourne but far enough away to let go of our busy city lives for a much needed refresh. Highly recommended holiday home.

Highly recommend
We had a great little family getaway with our dog. The house was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance into town meant morning strolls along the beach for coffee.
