Stayed here for Baylor Orientation and walked everywhere. Absolutely love the spaciousness and location of the condo. The owner, Linda, happened to be there and was so sweet to help us with our labradoodle while we were away during the day. Talk about amazing service! Thanks again for everything. Only place we will stay when visiting our son.

My son and I decided to check out Waco and loved the town and our accommodations. Would definitely stay there again. It is on the beautiful Baylor campus, close to so many attractions. The condo was very cute with everything we needed.

Everything was as described. For some reason I had assumed there would be TVs in the bedrooms. But there wasn’t, I thought I had read it online. So having a family of 4 with 1 tv wasn’t ideal. It was really comfortable and good size to accommodate what we needed. We were Traveling back home from San Antonio. Was definitely had a nice homey feel. I would suggest a little more lightening on the floor level. The bathroom and kitchen area was dark and hard to see things. I liked the extras such as suggestions on favorite eats and places to see. Having a coffee pot with coffee and creamer was perfect!

Wonderful apartment/condo to rest and relax after a day of helping our son move to Baylor. Just across the street from campus but you feel as if you are in you own little oasis. Thank you for a very clean and well accommodated place to lay our heads that night. We will be back to visit.

I read reviews before I booked our stay. They were all good so I booked. I am so glad I did! The condo is beautifully decorated and when they remodeled it for use of rental they spared no expense! The kitchen is gorgeous! The cabinets are high end, the countertops, the appliances are just gorgeous! The bathrooms with the tile and the step in showers are so pretty. With all that they even had spices, oils and etc to cook if you wanted to plus gas grills located outside to cook on. Didn’t need a key to keep track of to get in just the code because I always fumbled through my purse looking for a key and didn’t have to this time 👍� We travel to Florida to visit our daughter and family and always rent a house or condo. I wish this owner had one of these properties there! When I come back to Waco I will definitely rent this again, great location and just excellent accommodations including parking right outside the door. Loved it!!!

The location was ready for us when we arrived and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We would rent this location again of ever back in Waco. Had a great time visiting all the attractions. Fun little town.
