great location

The beds!! The mattresses were all hard, old and very uncomfortable. I had no sleep for most of my stay. my wife and I had to sleep in separate rooms as the two main beds were so small and both very uncomfortable. I think my wife slept on the lounge one night in desperation to get some much needed sleep.

This place, was so dirty and dusty. So dusty i could taste the dust whilst breathing. I dnt this this place has been dust for years. Could not walk barefoot here, floor was dirty. So many spiders webs on most windows and doors. White Pillows had yellow marks. To be honest the place really ruined our holidays, the whole family complained the while time their. Would definitely not book here again. Very disappointed!

Location was good, short walk to beach. Large open living area upstairs. nice large garage for storage.

Residence smelt very "musty" on arrival, like it hadn't been open for a while. There were a lot of cobwebs inside the house which we cleaned. There was a lot of dust throughout the property. Dishwasher was leaking so couldn't be used. BBQ was not clean, so couldn't be used. Outdoor light on balcony had an electrical issue so we didn't use it. The furniture was very old and used. Televisions were very small for the size of the rooms they were in.

1) We love the location best. 2) Also appreciate the two bathrooms and toilets. 3) It was helpful to have the 2 sitting areas. 4) Natalie at the Real Estate was very helpful and answered all our emails promptly. Kudos, Natalie.

1) Had to drive into Nelson Bay to pick up the keys. Should have a key safe to make it easier for tenants. 2) The garage was not working and was only repaired the last day of our stay even though we reported it on Day 1. So we had to park on the driveway. 3) Would be cleaner if floor coverings/towels were provided in the bathrooms.

The location was beautiful. Easy access to beaches.

The house needs a very thorough clean. Dirty blinds, fans were covered in dust and windows were filthy Also a dryer is a must.
