Aimez-vous l'océan, le temps chaud d'été, les brises marines, une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, la plage. Vous méritez de vous faire plaisir. Venez passer des vacances dans notre condo privé. Détendez-vous et profitez d'un environnement amusant et paisible.
Notre magnifique condo en bord de mer d'inspiration côtière avec une ambiance chaleureuse en bord de mer est situé sur 3,5 hectares de superbe propriété en bord de mer à l'Inn of the Sea Resort. Nous sommes situés juste au sud de Nanaimo, juste à côté de Yellow Point Lodge. Notre condo entièrement équipé offre une vue fantastique sur le canal Stuart et 1400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie sur 2 niveaux. Nous offrons 2 chambres avec lit queen, 2 salles de bain complètes de 4 pièces, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon, une salle à manger, 3 balcons et une buanderie sur place. Le salon principal est situé au dernier étage et la deuxième chambre et la salle de bains de style hôtel sont au deuxième étage.
Inn of the Sea est une escapade idéale toute l'année. Il est très populaire auprès des familles en été et comme refuge isolé en hiver. Avec le climat doux des îles, c'est un endroit parfait pour s'évader.
Les installations du complexe comprennent une grande piscine chauffée côté océan (ouverte le long week-end de mai au 30 septembre) et un bain à remous ouvert toute l'année. Notre quai privé offre l'amarrage de bateaux et est idéal pour le crabe et la pêche. Il y a une aire de jeux pour les enfants, un foyer au bord de la plage, divers patios bar-b-que ainsi qu'un court de tennis privé et beaucoup d'espaces verts.
Le temps peut être passé à peigner la plage, à vérifier les bassins de marée et les étoiles de mer, le kayak, la pêche et le crabe, ou tout simplement à farniente dans la piscine chauffée et le bain à remous.
Nous sommes situés à Inn of the Sea, 3600 Yellow Point Road, Nanaimo BC.
À seulement 15 minutes au sud de Nanaimo, à 70 minutes de Victoria et à 10 minutes de la ville de Ladysmith. BC Ferries, le terminal de Duke Point et l'aéroport régional de Nanaimo sont à seulement dix minutes.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights with my parents. The stairs were hard for my parents.
There was no ac so unit was very warm. Views were beautiful. Kitchen had most things we needed. Not enough toilet paper for the length of our stay. Higher powered fans would be helpful.
A railing in the stairwell would have helped my parents.

Spacious and clean condo with fabulous ocean view. Property has a dock for fishing and crabbing, a large heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and children's playground. The rocky beach with tidal pools provides hours of fun exploring. Perfect family get away.

Loved this spot with a great view of the ocean. Also enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area. Nice cedar trees in the back with a grassy area and toys. Very quiet in May! Such a beautiful quiet area away from the city. Very comfy bed and a great host. Would def come here again.

The location map for the property was incredibly misleading. VRBO has the listing map in Nanaimo which was what was originally searched as we needed to be in town. However, when we arrived, the map on VRBO lead us to some reserve land (it was super sketchy). It wasn’t until I opened the email from the host that the address/location was provided. The property itself was in Ladysmith, 20kms away from the VRBO location point. We never would have booked it if we had known the actual location. Not at all a host issue, but a VRBO issue.
With that said, the host was lovely to communicate with; Friendly & accommodating.
Property itself was spacious and just as advertised, with great views. Thoughtful in the stocking of amenities. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very spacious, clean and has lots of great amenities and extras. The kitchen is well stocked with staples, cookware, dinnerware and small appliances. We also appreciated all the linens and other supplies. The view is terrific and surroundings very peaceful. The property provided everything we needed and more! Thank you.

FEELS LIKE HOME
A wonderful place close to the wilderness.
We have enjoyed our stay very much. One lives secluded from the daily hustle and bustle and yet very good shopping facilities are within easy reach. For nature lovers and hikers it can not be better.

Rejuvenating Retreat
We absolutely loved our stay at 320 Inns of the Sea. The area is so beautiful and peaceful and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunrises over the ocean, walks through the nearby forest trails and relaxing by the pool and in the hottub. It is a great spot to explore the nearby towns and areas along the east coast of Vancouver Island.

Excellent Property
Location is within a short drive to anything you might need. The property is very quiet and peaceful with excellent views of the ocean. Tammy communicated with us very quickly and we would highly recommend anyone looking to stay around Nanaimo or Ladysmith to have a look at this Condo. Warm calm swimmable location on the ocean, a pool, boat dock and beautifully kept condo and property grounds. If in the area this is where we will stay again.

Beautiful view and wonderful condo that had everything we needed.

Beautiful Vancouver Island experience
Wonderful spacious condo with all the amenities and in a great location. Short drive to Ladysmith and Nanaimo. Owner super friendly and quick to respond to questions and helpful hints. Would definitely stay again on future trips.

Beautiful, relaxing, quiet, serene
The pictures do not do this place justice. The grounds are immaculate; the condo was perfect. The condo is very nicely decorated and comes with everything you would have at home plus an ocean view. Waking up and having a coffee looking at the ocean while hummingbirds were feeding was a highlight. The kids (ages 6, 8 and 12) loved the pool, tennis, badminton, playground, all the bunnies running around. The beach area is rocky which was a big plus for us as we loved walking on them, looking at all the crabs and hunting for the perfect sea shell. The owner is amazing - she is honest and returns emails immediately. We will definitely be back.

EXACTLY as described. Maybe even a bit better.
First, Tammy (owner) is amazing to deal with. I was pretty obnoxious with my multiple emails but she answered immediately and was very accommodating. If you're nervous about booking, wondering if the rental is as nice as it is presented here, have no fear. The townhouse was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Beds were awesome and even the hide-a-beds were wonderful. We had bought condiments and provisions but apparently they weren't needed. Salt/Pepper and other things are there and now there is even more as we didn't eat everything we bought (kids like Zoodles and Kraft Dinner? They're there for ya! Soy sauce. Olive oil. Etc. All there for you.) The pool was awesome and warm. Kids loved it there. I'd totally stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tammy! Book now. You won't regret it.
