Spectacular Views Over Mercury Bay
Seascape est parfaitement positionné pour capturer des vues panoramiques sur Mercury Bay et Whitianga et est niché dans un magnifique décor de brousse entouré de palmiers Nikau.
Parfait pour une escapade hivernale, blottissez-vous près du feu de bois dans la retraite confortable de Lockwood.
Idéal pour un maximum de 2 familles et un endroit difficile à battre - les plaisirs de l’été peuvent être à votre portée: plages, navigation de plaisance, pêche et baignade à quelques minutes seulement.
Situé sur deux niveaux, l'étage offre une vie de famille généreuse dans un design spacieux de Lockwood. Une cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger s’allient tous sur la vaste terrasse ensoleillée et ensoleillée. Vous avez le choix de dîner dans la grande table à manger à 8 places ou sur le pont surplombant la baie.
La grande chambre des maîtres offre un lit king et 2 dressings et vue sur la mer. Prenez votre petit déjeuner au lit et admirez la baie! Il y a une deuxième chambre à l'étage avec 2 lits King simples et un dressing, avec vue sur le bush naturel environnant. A l'étage se trouve une grande salle de bains, toilettes et buanderie avec machine à laver, baignoire et sèche-linge.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon / espace de détente séparé, deux chambres doubles et une salle de bains. Une chambre à coucher comprend un lit queen et un lit simple et l’autre chambre a un ensemble de lits superposés simples et un lit superposé double / simple.
Remarque: le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas inclus. Vous devrez apporter vos propres draps, taies d'oreiller, serviettes et torchons.
Une zone plate en haut de la route offre de nombreuses places de stationnement et une belle aire de jeux pour les enfants.
La plage de Brophy's se trouve à 300 m à pied de la maison. Elle offre une baignade en toute sécurité et une rampe de mise à l'eau. À 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Whitianga, vous pourrez faire du shopping ou prendre vos repas dans l'un des nombreux cafés, bars et restaurants. Il y a également 2 supermarchés à Whitianga pour tous vos besoins d'épicerie.

We loved both the house and Whitianga. The view is great from this quiet home on a dead end street. House is well stocked, spacious, and clean. The host was most helpful and we left already wanting to return.

Beautiful views of either the coast or the bush from upstairs. Bach is clean and has everything we needed. Warren was very understanding and helpful when we locked ourselves out. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

ONLY NIT PICKING EITHER WE COULDNT FIND ONE OR THERE SHOULD BE AN OUTSIDE LIGHT TO GO UP & DOWN THE STAIRS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PLACE & WILL COME AGAIN & RECOMEND TO OTHERS

Two families with young children, setup is perfect for two families to still have their own space, however need to be vigilant with the stairs at the front which don’t have sides. Bottom living area hob was not functioning so might need looking at.
Not the best driveway if looking to bring a boat/trailer as it is too steep.
View is amazing & local native birds including wood pigeons in the trees are a treat.

It’s perfect for 12 persons, but we are Family of 13 including young kids, we all enjoyed our time there. Lovely view and cozy place. Perfect house for us.

Tidy, comfortable place to stay the view is stunning. We all had a great time staying here. Only thing was a little maintenance on the balustrade and deck is needed.

The photos don't do the place justice! We had a group of 10 ages ranging from 6-50.
The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and all the facilities work well! Warren communicates very simply which I love, just in and out no surprises or interruptions.
One thing I’m wary about are the quality of furniture/ Utilities but their bunk beds, chairs, kitchen equipment were all of good quality. Nothing fragile that may come up later.
The house is very spacious and you get a lot of privacy from neighbours etc! Feels like your very own cabin.
However, the only caution is that the drive way is very steep and not very suitable for long vans as they may scrape the concrete.
Definitely would recommend :-)

Lovely house and extremely well equiped. We loved the coffee machine. Driveway was very step and as house was tucked into the hillside was not as sunny as I had thought. Well located and views to die for. Would recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights at the first part of our 2nd New Zealand trip. It is a very comfortable house, well equipped, with lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. Whitianga is a charming town with excellent restaurants and the Coromandel Peninsula has stunning scenery.

We had a wonderful time, stunning views, easy and close walk to the beach and short drive to town centre. The only problem was that the gas stove downstairs didn't work.

Upon arrival we knew we were in for a treat, unreal views in an unreal location, House was immaculate and perfect for our group of 12 Adults
About a 5min drive to whitianga and a 5min walk to the beach so perfect location!

Nine Wāhine flew up from the South-Island for a Girlies Weekend; The House was terrific to say the least it has a good wairua with a comfortable warm mood. We found it clean, spacious, the equipment was generous from the washer / dryer, in & outdoor furnishings, games to kitchen utensils. The view from the wrap-around deck and bay windows were off the hook looking over Whitianga Beach on those chill afternoons or early morning breakfasts. Downstairs was inviting & cosy for those rest moments or quiet coffee gossips. We loved it and would definitely book again. The price including fees etc really worked for US. Mauri Ora Warren!

The home had a great layout and space for everyone to join in or take time out on their own. The home had amazing views and was well equipped We had a relaxed winter getaway with our adult kids and their friends. Good location with a small reserve and beach about 100m away.

A relaxing and peaceful break
We had a very relaxed stay at this place! The views were spectacular! Close proximity to the beach was an added convenience. Property is very well maintained and excellent for big groups, a large family or more than one family! The host was flexible with our check out, which helped us have a more leisurely morning. Definitely look forward to going back over the summer months!
Just one thing though! The drive way was a bit slippery due to the rain and needed cleaning.
