We stayed here while attending spring training baseball. Good location easy to drive to several parks. Nice house with lots of bedrooms.

Check in was easy, plenty of room for our group, hot tub was clean and ready BUT the pool and outside living area was dirty with debris. The master bd bed cover has obvious stain on it, bath mats were not clean. When I spoke with the owner, he said outside was dirty from high winds. I anticipated he would try to get everything clean ASAP! There is broken blinds in kitchen and dining areas.

We were all surprised how much room we had inside and outside. We filled every room and never felt like we were crowded. There were many activities provided onsite. Our favorite amenity was the giant gong.

We had a blast at this property, we had 9 women celebrating a "60th" party weekend. We utilized the hot tub and grill. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us!

A very comfortable, roomy place! Has more than we could have possibly needed. Back porch and yard were awesome and where we spent most of our time. communication with owner was easy and he is very responsive and timely. Will definitely stay here again!

This property perfectly suited our needs. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the house allows for privacy among guests if needed! Kitchen was well equipped and back yard a great oasis.

Highly recommend. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Great golf (Falcon Dunes). Fantastic UTV riding through the desert and a great football game. I’ve been doing this for 15yrs. This is the first time that I met the owner Steve. Great host and an excellent guy.

The house is great hot tub was nice would of paid extra to have pool heated. Great outdoor space with smoker and Gas BBQ. Very convenient to go to games at State Farm Stadium.

The pool and backyard are as advertised. With 9 feet in depth, the pool was ideal for our kids (ages 9-13). We spent every afternoon in the pool and hot tub. The backyard games were fun and we loved lounging, reading and napping on the variety of patio furniture. There were plenty of pool toys and floaties, so there is no need to bring your own. The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of sitting, eating, and sleeping space for our family of 9. The kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, but could use a griddle and more than one cookie sheet. The grill was the cleanest I've ever seen with any of our rentals. We ate most of our meals in rather than going out, though there are a variety of restaurants, golf courses and things to do within a 30 minute drive. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and felt very safe. There is a lot of stuff in the house that made it feel a little cluttered and closed in. The place must be a beast to dust with all of the knick knacks and over abundance of furniture, but it wasn't dusty. The bathrooms and countertops were clean. That said, the walls were sticky and had smears here and there. There were occasional crusties along the bannister and kitchen cabinets that come from renters that care less about the place they're renting than their own house. To be clear, the house isn't dirty, but the walls and cabinets could use a scrubbing. It is apparent that there is a monumental effort to keep the place clean, but at least some of that effort is largely used up on the vast amount of useless "stuff." Hence the four stars. All of that said, we came for the pool area and the backyard where we spent virtually all of our time. That area is the jewel of the property.

There were 7 of us and the accommodations were perfect. We had lots of room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Steve has a beautiful, clean, house in a safe area. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. I've read some of the reviews and ALL of the good ones are accurate. His home is very homey and entertaining. The pool and hot tub are clean and there is just on overall, relaxing, atmosphere. Steve is a great guy and I would rent from him again. Thanks Steve!

We had 5 adults, 3 kids (5-10) and one infant staying at this property. There was an abundance of room for all of us. Steve had 2 pack n plays, a high chair, and a bouncy chair which made travelling with a baby so much more convenient! The older kids had so much to do as well with the arcade machine, corn hole, ladder ball, and of course, the heated pool! There were a lot of pool floaties and toys available as well. The fire table was a nice touch for our one cooler night and the ice machine was key. The house is conveniently located to many amenities, Top Golf, the Tanger Outlet mall, the football stadium, and the Westgate Entertainment District. Finally, Steve was very accommodating for our early flight in and late flight home which was greatly appreciated. He is also very fast at responding to any questions you may have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was clean and ready for us to comfortably relax. We especially enjoyed the large TV room for us all to hang out and enjoy the NFL playoff games. The outdoor space was large with lots of seating to enjoy the gas fire pit, hot tub, pool, and BBQ grills. The kitchen has all the amenities of the home for cooking and plenty of space. We had an exceptional stay at this property

We had multiple adult family members and the need for at least 3 bathrooms plus 5 bedrooms was a must. The house meet our needs for sure. We were able to have other family members come to the house which worked real well. We had members from Idaho, Oregan, Illinois and Kansas. The house would be better if there was less artificial flowers about. We appreciated the extra care the host did in making us feel welcome.
