Large, comfortable beach house -1 mile to the BEACH, walk to restaurants!
Le deuxième étage est le niveau principal de la maison et comprend: chambre principale avec lit queen, cuisine et salon à aire ouverte avec accès à 2 vérandas couvertes, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, four double, comptoirs en granit, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle de haute qualité, repas sur mesure table qui se développe pour asseoir 12, (sièges totaux dans la cuisine pour 16). Le salon spacieux comprend 2 canapés pleine grandeur, un foyer au gaz et un écran plat de 55 "avec Tivo et DVD Blue Ray.
Le troisième étage a une chambre principale king, 2 chambres queen et une salle de bain complète dans le hall qu'ils partagent, et une salle de séjour / salon avec un canapé-lit queen et l'accès à une terrasse extérieure. Le 3ème étage comprend une autre terrasse extérieure accessible depuis le couloir et l'une des chambres.
Il y a 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée, une avec 2 lits superposés (une superposé a un lit double en bas). De l'autre côté du couloir se trouve l'autre chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être rapprochés pour en faire un lit king-size (le connecteur à placer dans la fissure se trouve dans le placard du couloir.) Ces chambres partagent une grande salle de bain complète avec combo baignoire / douche. La buanderie est à ce niveau et dispose d'une NOUVELLE laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur (installée en 2019).
Le garage pour 2 voitures a été transformé en aire de jeux et comprend: ping-pong, baby-foot, jeu de basket-ball à double cerceau, mini air hockey, tableau noir et espace pour nos vélos 8-10 Beach Cruiser. Le 2ème grand réfrigérateur est dans le garage, ainsi que des chaises de plage et des jouets que vous êtes invités à utiliser!
Les autres commodités comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un assortiment de jeux, de puzzles et de livres et 2 permis de stationnement en saison. Les draps peuvent être fournis moyennant un supplément.
La maison est à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, café, épicerie WaWa, arrêt de tramway et le Nature Center avec une aire de jeux.

All of us had a great week. House was perfect for all of us. There was enough room that we were not on top of one another. Beautiful home. The location was perfect. 1 mile from the beach ansshopps and restraurants. 10 out of 10 renting this home

Something at the house for everyone to do. Close to the beach, walking distance as long as you aren’t being to much. Plenty of room at the house. Plenty of fine restaurants.Decorated so nice! FYI: no trash pick up on Thursday. Will definitely recommend to others.

We loved our stay in Bethany for New Year's! The house is spacious with rooms and bathrooms and perfect for large groups. The location is ideal with restaurants and the beach within walking distance. We so appreciated the contact with the owners and the entire process was simple and easy to book, check in and check out. Would love to return!

We had a short stay for a fishing trip. The house was amazing and everyone had their own space to relax. The owner, Laura, was super responsive and made the reservation process and check-in seamless. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with our family of 12 which included 2 children and had a wonderful vacation. The house was conveniently located to the beach, groceries stores, and the trolley. There was plenty of space and the house was welled stocked with games, puzzles, and books. There was a large kitchen table that allowed us to eat together. There was a large outdoor deck which we also enjoyed. I would highly recommend this location in Bethany Beach for a family vacation

Loved this spacious place with tons of porches, lot's of sleeping accommodations, a great kitchen and great long table for dining a big crowd. Other highlights, a fabulous garage filled with games for rainy days and a beautiful living room. A short walk to the beach and downtown Bethany.

The house is just beautiful, we loved the comfort of all of the sitting areas. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. I reached out to the owner with a small issue and she was immediately responsive!! We loved how close it is to some great restaurants. Highly recommend!

We visited Bethany Beach with our family for the holidays - 7 adults and 7 kids ranging from 4 to 18 years of age. The games in the garage were a bit hit (pool, ping pong, basketball) and it was a pretty easy walk to the beach for the older kids. Extra fridge in the garage was helpful. No yard (very small and flooded) but decks on all levels for fresh air. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within walking distance. Hosts were fantastic and the holiday decorations were a thoughtful touch. Recommend light sleepers stick with the top floor bedrooms and be sure to bring toiletries (no shampoo or soap, limited paper products).

The house was perfect for our entire family including 9 adults with 4 married couples. Decor was lovely. The minute we walked in we knew we were somewhere special! Each had their own room with very comfortable accomodations. there was space to gather and sapce for private moments. Not far from beach, canal & nature trails, and countless restaurants. Could not have asked for more.

When I found this house online it sounded too good to be true. I am happy to report that it was just as advertised. We had some very minor issues with things the cleaners forgot but our hostess was quick to respond on all communication. We especially loved the screened porches and the back deck. The main floor suite was perfect for my 92 yo MIL. Plus my husband and I got a king suite, too. The town was lovely - our first stay at this beach. We did walk to the town a few times, but having the parking passes was especially helpful. There is some traffic noise, but the house (while on the main road) sits back a bit and so it wasn't unbearable. We loved the openness of the main level and the multiple gathering places.; We were a group of 11 - aged 5 to 92 years old. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a great time here! There were 10 of us with 3 dogs and we had plenty of space to spread out without being on top of each other. The upper level has 2 outside desks which was awesome! Literally walking distance to Bethany Diner and not far from the beach at all.

This house has plenty of space for our group of 15, including six young kids. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. I found the beds to be very comfortable.
We loved all the activities that Bethany Beach had to offer. Wonderful boardwalk and tourist shops, kayak and paddle board rentals, great restaurants, and a great beach.
We did have an issue with the hot water heater, but the owners were quick to send a plumber to fix the problem.

This home could not have been more perfect for our group. We had 4 different families, including with children of all ages, and the home had space to fit us all comfortably. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and adults really enjoyed the convenience of the fully stocked kitchen. There were also many outdoor spaces, including the screened in porches that offered nice areas to gather and chat or play cards. We loved having the bikes to bike down to the beach (only about 1 mile away). The location was so convenient with nearby grocery, restaurants, and recreation. The home was perfectly clean and tidy, as well as being beautifully decorated. The homeowners were so kind and helpful. Every step along the way was perfect and we would definitely rent again in the future!

Laura was an amazing host! She provided easy detailed instructions for checking in and checking out. No stress! Her beautiful home helped to create a comforting safe space for my siblings and me to begin healing and to re-bonding follow our moms death 2 years ago.
The property is exactly as advertised… extremely clean and beautifully appointed with plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious and there are a variety of relaxing areas to spend time and just breathe! The kitchen is a chef’s dream—Updated, clean with everything needed for a modern kitchen. Numerous seating options and enough dishes to accommodate at least 12 people.
The beach is about a mile away—no need to drive. Just take a right as you exit the property and begin a leisurely 25 min walk or brisk 15 min walk/run and you are there!

We were having a weekend birthday celebration with friends and needed a place for adults and kids. This was the perfect spot for our group. We had wonderful dinners, games, and kids and adults enjoyed the awesome pool table, foos ball and ping pong. My friends kept raving how gorgeous the house we picked was. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially when a blizzard rolled in last minute! The house was clean and comfortable and close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

This house was great! three levels of bedrooms/bathrooms that were very spacious, clean and comfortable. House was nicely equipped and matched the VRBO description. Kitchen and dining area were great to make home cooked meals and sit/eat together. Family room was also spacious for everyone to sit comfortably. The porches off the main level were great to relax with family. The bikes, pool table, table tennis, and basketball game in the garage were a lot of fun. Great location - could walk to beach, ride bikes, or drive car. Great grocery stores nearby. All in all, this house was perfect for our family. Laura was great to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We all loved this house, was so spacious, updated, clean, and we each had our own bedroom and could spread out. Had so many entertaining areas, from the screened porch, to the large family room, the large kitchen table. Then the third floor had another family room and outside decks we never even used. I highly recommend this for large families, groups of friends.. The property was clean and our host Laura even allowed a early check-in and checkout since it was off season. The beach was only a mile walk and we were blessed to have perfect 75 degree weather for walking and tennis. Would definitely rent again ! Close also to Sea Colony Tennis center! My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. In fact, we even talked about renting the same place in the future for another trip. The only advice I’ll give to future renters is to consider bringing a few beach chairs. There were two that came with the property, so for a larger group, either bring a few or plan to rent them on the beach if you like to use them.
The property owner was an awesome communicator before and during our stay. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time renting this house. The house itself was great and exactly as advertised. 1 mile walk to the boardwalk. Block away from a Wawa, restaurants, ice cream shop, Italian market, pizzeria, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Beautiful home! It is located in a nice quiet area. Play room for the kids was a nice highlight for them. The older kids enjoyed riding the bikes. Stores were within a miles reach as well as the beach. We would definitely come again
