This house has all you need for a good MLB spring training visit to AZ. We found it clean & comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of room. The pool & spa were a great bonus. It was near plenty of store’s & restaurants and close to many of the N side ball parks. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and pleasant to deal with.

We really loved our stay at this El Mirage property. My young girls really loved the pool. The wide open living space was great for family gathering. The house was well stocked with staples and it met our needs. The house could use a deep cleaning and a little better organization, but overall we would defined recommendation.

It was great. Our adult kids spent a lot of their time in the pool and they thoroughly enjoyed it. We headed to Spring Training a couple of mornings to watch drills/practice. I particularly was appreciative of the office area in the front room. We really enjoyed our visit. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We arrived early and owners let us check in early and enjoy the pool. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to get “alone time”. Very quiet neighborhood. Except for the Airforce base near by. Loved watching the fighter jets doing maneuvers and felt a great sense of safety knowing they were there. Sounded like “freedom” to me 😉 Had some issues with the pool and hot tub, but owners worked very hard to remedy for us. Frankly, it could have been operator error, as we are rookies with this type of equipment. All in all, we had a great time. Great place. Great hosts. You won’t regret your time here. Ps. Don’t miss the six flags water park and wilderness adventure park near by.

The house was a spacious bright property with easily accessible pool/hot tub and deck . Easy to take care of with tile floors and nicely appointed bedrooms. Pool needed cleaning when we arrived which took several days to service. Would rent again.

Friends and I really wanted to escape the cold and have a nice relaxing vacay. Everything was perfect, big open home. Loved the pool. We had a great time.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. Katie was an efficient, friendly, helpful host. Our every request was promptly addressed. She was readily available for any questions and answered without delay. It is a gorgeous home and was ideal for our family Christmas of 7 people. We enjoyed the spa, pool and barbecue. We would highly recommend this home and host/hostess to anyone looking for a larger group home. Thank you for making our stay most pleasant.

We had a great time. We used the kitchen to make Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed grilling and using the hot tub and pool. The location was convenient. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was awesome. It was very spacious. The pool was heated which was nice. Both the pool and spa were great. The neighborhood was great. And it was terrific to have the jets fly by the house.

We loved our time at this beautiful home! The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of broad sidewalks for strolls. Everything you need - grocery stores, Target, chain restaurants, a movie theater, and small diners/restaurants is all within a 10 minute drive! We took several short trips to zoos, hiking spots, living history museum and a ghost town, all within easy driving distance. The house itself is beautiful - updated appliances and countertops, with a neutral décor, comfortable beds and lots of linens. We loved the master suite and the other bedrooms provided lots of room for our kids and grandpa and grandma. The house is a single story and very accessible if you have anyone who has trouble navigating steps. The true gem of the property is the saltwater pool and spa. The backyard is an oasis, we spent a lot of time there, swimming, playing, chatting and enjoying time outdoors. The reservation and check in process was very easy and our hosts were just a phone call away if we needed anything at all. We recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Great property. Exceeded our expectations for space. Beds were comfortable. Fans in every room. Clean. Pool was lovely. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Accommodations were very adequate. Children had fun at pool. Came for a family reunion in area and was very useful. Grocery stores very close and restaurants.

We had boys playing in numerous tournaments at the Peoria complex for almost 3 weeks. Andrew and Katie were gracious hosts and went above and beyond during our stay. The property was spacious and the A/C was lovely for those hot AZ summers. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Private pool was VERY nice to have and we utilized it every waking hour! The neighborhood is nice with minimal shopping 15 minutes away. Bathrooms could use a little love but overall it felt clean and I wish the one bedroom had twin or a double bed instead of a single twin but I Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We were in town for a baseball tournament. After being out in the heat for games, it was so nice to have a house with a wonderful pool to cool off in. We enjoyed the house. we had a few issues during our stay and Katie was extremely responsive in trying to fix them.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Large open floor plan with relaxing private pool. Lots and lots of towels and supplies. We did Instacart for groceries and DoorDash for delivery. Everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation (except blender🍹) when cooking the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t get cable to work but had internet, Netflix and our kids brought video game systems. We played in USA baseball championship and played at many of the spring training facilities, all locations where 15-30 minutes so a great location. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was 116 degrees but the pool and air conditioning worked great.

This beautiful home was perfectly equipped/appointed for our family of 4. Everything was spotless and all amenities were as advertised and in perfect working order. Pool & spa are top notch, and pool area is private and nicely landscaped. Quiet, safe neighborhood, and great location for easy access to all types of Phx activities. Highly recommend.

Katie and Andrew were lovely hosts. The house was perfect for my family for the week with plenty of room and a nice pool in the back for my kids to swim their little hearts out. Katie and Andrew were incredibly responsive with any questions. There was a desk and computer that was great since we did a little work from there as well. Our stay was great.

The owners were very responsive and helpful. The home was spacious and well appointed we felt very much at home. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great location near Surprise.

In December our home flooded and needed to undergo repairs. Repairs took longer than we thought. Katie and her husband were very nice to allow us to stay longer. Home was very clean and the neighborhood was very friendly.

Amazing stay!! Came out for a quick stay with the family, house was perfect! Very roomy and stocked with everything you might need. Catie and Andrew were very responsive and easy to reach! Definitely recommend... you won’t be disappointed!

The house met all of our expectations. The pool was the highlight of our stay. The backyard was our little oasis. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone and the layout of house allowed for everyone to have their own space. The house is conveniently located, so access to restaurants and activities are no problem at all. The owners are very responsive and were more than happy to help when we had to extend our stay by one day. I would highly recommend this place and when we come back we hope this place is available.

Home is spotless!!! Hosts are very helpful and answered all questions very quickly. Beds comfortable. You can’t beat the pool and spa. Plenty for room for all 6 of us. Close to baseball in Surprise- we will be back soon.
