We had a fun time. There was a big event at a family members’ cabin nearby so the location was good.
I am not a complainer but do feel it’s important for you to know how all three of us felt. It’s a great place but definitely needs upgrades. The grounds are beautiful. Couldn’t use fire pit due to icky weather. The basement was fun for 3 teens that spent one night and enjoyed “BUCK”
The tv was really bad the whole time.
The vacuum cleaners were very dirty, we were afraid to use thinking they would just blow dirt around, so couldn’t vacuum up the droppings. 😗
We were surprised that we didn’t hear from anyone, eg caretaker…. for any needs, questions we might have.
The telephone service was really bad, but I guess that’s us and our carrier?
Beds were fine. Loved the ‘woodsy’ blankets.
One major concern was the loose post on the front porch! An accident waiting to happen, especially for older people.
We were impressed with how you had everything covered re: kitchen, laundry etc. great in the supplies area!
Please, we don’t mean to sound ungratefu!!
We just want you to stay successful, and hope this input will be helpful. We would definitely consider it again should we have a need, and I’m sure there can be small improvements made.
Thank you for everything Lyndsay 😙
Oh, btw…… someone said that the original owner was a Frank Jette from Condon. Would you by chance know if that’s true? We have known the family for years. That would be something.
Again, thank you

A GREAT place to relax and unwind with breathtaking views! Cabin was very cozy/comfortable! Hoping to return someday soon!

We will be back. The home is very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets, well stocked, great location. Everyone in my party said their bed could have use a mattress topper, but that was the only negative feedback. The view from the back porch is incredible. The visiting kids loved exploring near the pond and even found a treehouse.

We stayed for a bachelor party and it was exactly what we needed. Beautiful cabin that is very well taken care of and well stocked. Definitely would stay again

Very nice cabin in the Swan Valley. Loved being away and having immediate access to lots of great outdoor activities nearby. Cabin was very nice with a wood stove to really add to the cabin feel. Lovely pond on the property as well with great Mountain View’s.

We stay at this property every year and look forward to it every time. The view can’t be beat! This is the perfect cabin for a large family.

This was my second year staying at this cabin for a snowmobile trip in Seeley Lake. We absolutely loved coming back to the cabin after a long day of snowmobiling to cook dinner and watch one of the many movies on the book shelf in the cabin. There’s a stunning view right out the back window that you could sit and look at for hours! I highly recommend staying at this cabin with family or friends!!

This place was amazing. The cabin and decor made it very The view from the back deck was just as gorgeous as the photos in the ad. I highly suggest exploring some of the side roads, we saw some beautiful sights. The neighbor does have two big dogs that come over and pretend to be tough, but they are not. lol Would stay here again in a hart beat!

We had an amazing stay at Chucks place with time spent exploring Glacier, Holland Falls, zip lining and white water rafting. The cabin was perfect for the kids in the basement and supplied with everything you need. We especially enjoyed our evenings and early mornings on the back deck watching the wildlife and sunrise and sunset.

I wanted peace and quiet, spectacular views, and opportunities to view wildlife, and Chuck's place delivered. Everything is a drive to get to, but I like it that way. Plan your groceries and stop in the bigger cities for decent choice and price, but there is a grocery store at the corner, the Mercantile just up the road, or you can drive about 28 miles to Seeley for those things you may need. You never have to leave the house to experience the views or the wildlife . Visits by deer, black bear, and a grizzly can happen here. If you want to see more, just drive up and down the well-labeled passes and forest roads along 83 in the early a.m. or late p.m. The cabin itself shows its wear in the carpet, but is clean, well equipped and very comfortable unless it is hot (80+) because once the house heats up, it stays hot even though the temps fall at night. I honestly teared up when it was time to leave. After a 30 day stay it felt like home. I am in love with the Swan Valley and Chuck's Place. Thank you Lyndsey and family for sharing this incredible home!

Beautiful Mountain View!
We had a great week. The cabin was exactly what we needed. It was well stocked with everything you could need and was very comfortable. The Mountain View was amazing!
We had some camp fires. There was plenty of wood to use. We enjoyed driving to Glacier National Park. It was beautiful!! We also drove to Big Fork for a hike and supper, and to Seeley for a hike and souvenir shopping. There were so many beautiful places to hike right in the area. (Great hikes we enjoyed were: Clearwater lake, The Jewel Basin, Morrel Falls, Holland Lake Falls, and Glacier Lake)
There is also a small store right up the road and a little bigger if one that has all basic grocery you could need just a few minutes away.
We had a great week and would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views!
Beautiful , quiet area. We had a great time and managed to do a lot of cool things when the weather cooperated! The cabin had everything we needed .
The horses were awesome when they visited. There was a black bear on the path to the river but it was startled and ran away.

Beautiful cabin
This cabin was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. The property was gorgeous. It rained every days unfortunately we didn’t use the fire pit or back porch like we had hoped. But, the view was breathtaking. Thank you for everything.

Loved it!
We loved the cabin, and the many deer that visited every day!
This was our third VRBO. The cabin was a great size, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc.), and bathrooms nice and clean. The view of the mountains and river was simply beautiful, so we spent a lot of time out on the deck.

Perfect cabin getaway
We loved staying at Mark's Place, surrounded by mountains and within easy reach of good hiking and kayaking. There is much to entice along the Swan Valley, whether picknicking at Seeley Lake, hiking the Holland Lake Trail, or enjoying the sweetest little town of BigFork's lively happy hour. The cabin is perfect also for just hanging out, with a back deck that looks east into the Bob Marshall Wilderness -- great for reading, doing yoga, or just soaking up the sunshine. Owner Lindsey was easy to reach and responsive. Would love to go back!!

We were happy to have 3 days here to enjoy the beauty, peace and quiet. Cabin was well equipped and comfortable and it was so nice to get away. We had to cancel the rest of our trip due to an emergency so really appreciated the time there,

Relaxing and Spacious
We loved the cabin! Loved that the home had all the conveniences of home. Our favorite part was getting up early and watching the deer while enjoying a cup of coffee. There was lots of room for us all to hang out and play board games. Thanks for having us!

The house and surroundings are awesome!
This is a great Montana get away for any size group, and accommodated our family of 7 nicely. The little store down the road came in handy a lot. Holland Lake trails, waterfall and beach are a must! The neat paths on the property are fun and peaceful, but be prepared for a few rough bridges leading to the river! You can't beat the scenery all around you. And if you desire to visit Glacier National Park, be prepared with an on-line park pass, additional costs for Going To The Sun Road and very long lines of fellow tourists. This is all new in 2021 to control the number of visitors as well as monitoring large amounts of people for Covid precautions.
We will definitely return. I think it would be a wonderful winter wonderland as well! Thank you for helping us create the best family vacation memories! We came from near and far and it was a great retreat for us all!

Coming Home
The property was wonderful. The cabin is homey and comfortable with a stunning view and an excellent location. My sister and I enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and eating outdoors with a view of the mountains and the pond. We appreciated the easy access to local lakes and trails and the friendliness of the neighbors. Our host was magnificent - thoughtful and responsive. I would love to make a stay at this cabin an annual event.

Wonderful cabin nestled in the Condon woods!
This cabin is amazing! Highly recommend for those looking to unwind in the relaxing, gorgeous woods of Montana. It has everything you can possibly need and have close to numerous cities such as Big Fork, Kalispell, Whitefish, and Missoula. We had a great time and would definitely book it again in the future! My family is still raving about how wonderful of an experience it was. Thank you!

Beautiful location
Wonderful location.
Full kitchen.
Plenty of space for large families.
Friendly neighbors.
Was told there would be firewood outside for bonfires but there were none. Perhaps the renter before me used it all? Either way, there was an axe available and I was able to easily chop my own wood for bonfires.
Internet was great!
Mountain View’s were spectacular. Stars at night were unreal. Plenty of towels, wash and dryer and detergent provided.
Easy check in/out with padlock.
1 hr from glacier NP :)

The cabin was a great place to gather with my family of seven. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed our time there, in spite of the cold weather. Sub zero temperatures both days we were there, but the cabin stayed very cozy with the fireplace going. Would definitely stay there again!
