In many ways, this rental is close to perfect. It is near enough to Folly Pier and Center Street that you are in the heart of Folly, but just enough away from the town center so that you are not bothered by noise. The layout of the condo is great. Its porch is wide, and you start each day with sunshine. Likewise, the living room is open and spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed but still feels large and roomy. The second and third bedrooms are also just as advertised. The owners were easily available for questions and concern and did everything they could to provide a home away from home feeling.. .

Our place was perfect. We arrived a week before our wedding. We were the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of our guest. The porch was just the place to watch the ocean and destress. Close enough to our hotel block & rehearsal bbq at the Folliday Inn. We stayed a few days after our wedding ceremony and hated to leave. We enjoyed the condo. The location and convenience were just out style. We will stay again! Thank you for everything!!

Lovely, comfortable furnishings. Owners very responsive and helpful. We have stayed in several wonderful properties in Folly Beach, but this by far was our favorite. Highly recommend! Three sisters came from Maine to visit. They loved it too. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone as well as living room, dining and deck seating. Five stars for sure!

Loved the view and sound of the ocean. The unit was very roomy and clean loved that there was an elevator for easy access. Close to downtown and the pier! Felt very welcomed with a nice drink and snack gift.

This is a well appointed condo right on the ocean and in walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and a store. We will stay there again.

What a perfect spot to enjoy Folly Beach! Great communication from the property owners. Very spacious with great views! Just a couple of maintenance issues needed to be addressed.

I loved staying at this condo. I feel like the price value compared to similar properties was a really great deal. The condo was clean, updated and had a lot of space! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and condiments. The owners even left a bottle of wine and candy out as a welcome gift. I will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location. Parking very convenient. Beautiful condo. Everything we wanted and needed. Great weather. Lots of Beach and deck time. Easy to communicate with owners on a couple of questions we had. They were great! Would definetly recommend this property to friends and family. We might be back!!

My daughter got married on 9/16, and we decided to stay the entire week and make it a family vacation. The condo is in a great location, and we easily walked to Center St to enjoy the pier, shopping and restaurants. The condo is very clean, cute and comfy, and the hosts are super responsive. Can't wait for our next stay!!

This house was very nice and the location was outstanding. The house was very well equipped and spacious. We loved that we were able to walk right out to the beach or sit on the porch, listen to waves and relax.

Our ladies group has been traveling to Folly each summer for nearly 20 years. This was our first time staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest condo we've stayed in. It was a great size for our group of six. The kitchen is MORE than adequately stocked with any utensil you might need. I guess the best recommendation I can give is that we've already booked for the summer of 2024!

Beautiful condo, perfect location with great views, steps from the beach… We couldn’t have felt more at home.. we all agreed it was as if a good friend let is use their home. Each room was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Watching the lightening at night over the water was magical. Am hoping we’ll get to come back with family and friends!

The location of this property cannot be beat! A few problems cropped up that were handled promptly. The kitchen (well equipped) and main bathroom seems to have been updated. The other bathrooms and furnishings could use some updating. The elevator was out of order for almost the whole month but the unit is one floor up so only an issue upon departure while packing up. The balcony is the best feature with an incredible view of the beach and ocean. Very calming!

Hate to say much as it will never be available again. It was great though.

The condo was as described! Walking distance to all the restaurants, and only a short drive into Charleston! Was perfect for a getaway!

Perfect location and great unit with everything you need. Well stocked with great ocean views. The elevator was a big plus.

We were disappointed that all furniture inside and outside were stained. Otherwise it was good.

A fantastic unit! Beachfront, ten miles from Charleston and great restaurants! The unit was clean, roomy, and had everything you would need for your stay, including basic condiments. And, to have a bottle of wine and a bowl of candy waiting for us… a GREAT touch!! Needless to say, we greatly enjoyed our stay!!!

We loved this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo for 3 couples. The neighborhood was very walkable, safe and quiet. Just steps to the beach or a 5 minute walk to some shopping and fun entertainment.

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. We had a marvelous time. There are a few things that could make it better. None of these would stop me from coming back but here they are. 4 stars on accuracy of listing because the pictures of the pier did not indicate that there is ongoing construction. Fortunately the noise was not bad but the crane did not enhance the view. 4 stars on cleanliness due to dust and items left by previous guests under the beds. The chair rail needs a good wipe down as well. 4 stars on check in process because I had to call to get the check in info sent to me. Also the website did not reflect my final payment until after calling. Here are a few more pluses and minuses Pluses Nice decor Comfy furniture inside and on the porch h Plenty of books and magazines Very nice kitchen. Love the colors Lots of big fluffy towels Plenty of room for us Minuses Very slippery shower and tub. No grab bars. No shower mats. I just put down a towel inside the shower and it was fine. Only a few wash clothes. We bought a stack at Dollar General and left them in the condo. Teflon is flaking off the dry pans. At least one stainless steel would be nice. Batteries were dead in master bedroom remote. Replaced them. Also replaced the battery in the kitchen clock but it is just broken Diffuser is a nice touch but it was nasty inside. Did not use. Towel hooks come off the wall when you pick up your towel. All bathrooms had the issue. Had weed smokers next door. The smell was pretty strong. Not much you could do about that. The mattresses are very soft. I thought it was comfy but my sisters did not Just a matter of preference. The kitchen could use more teaspoons and forks. All of these are small items and would not keep me from coming back but correcting them would make the condo even better.
