Pristine Lakefront Home on Sokokis Lake
Venez profiter de vos vacances dans notre maison sur le lac Sokokis. Chien amical et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 9 personnes. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade en famille.
Il y a trois chambres. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée a un lit queen et chacune des deux chambres à l'étage a un lit queen (une des chambres à l'étage a aussi un lit double). Entre les deux chambres à l'étage, il y a un espace commun avec deux lits jumeaux supplémentaires.
La salle de bain à l'étage principal a une laveuse / sécheuse et une douche. La salle de bain à l'étage a une baignoire / douche. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.
Les équipements supplémentaires incluent: une grande terrasse avec barbecue au gaz, une belle cuisine complète (avec une vue magnifique sur le lac) et une salle à manger / salon à concept ouvert avec une grande télévision,
La climatisation, Internet et le câble sont inclus. La cuisine est garnie de vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles et aliments de base. Les serviettes en papier et le papier toilette seront stockés pour votre commodité.
À l'extérieur, profitez de la grande terrasse avec barbecue et mobilier de jardin. Il y a un jardin en pente douce (avec foyer) qui mène au lac, où vous trouverez un quai et des marches qui mènent à l'eau. (Voir les images incluses).
Une chaloupe est disponible pour utilisation (et gilets de sauvetage). Vous pouvez également apporter votre propre bateau, jet ski, kayaks, canoës, etc. Il y a une rampe de mise à l'eau publique juste en face. La pêche au bar est également un grand attrait pour le lac Sokokis - apportez vos cannes!
Notre emplacement à Limerick est à seulement 45 minutes des magasins d'usine de North Conway, NH et à 45 minutes de Portland, ME. Les plages de l'océan sont entre 45 et 55 minutes.
Limerick offre la sensation d'une petite ville avec quelques restaurants, une petite épicerie, une boutique de crème glacée / une pâtisserie, et une pizza, le tout à quelques kilomètres à peine.

This is our third year staying on Sokokis lake. This home is spotlessly clean, well supplied with beginning supplies . Having linens provided is such a big perk. Wonderful well used fire pit and lake access and dock were great. Very roomy for my family of five with room for company. Looking forward to returning next year

The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Easy communication with the host. Quiet neighborhood. The lake access was nice and water deep enough at the end of dock to jump off. We brought kayaks and paddle boards and enjoyed exploring the lake. Lots of floats, corn hole, lounge chairs and life jackets available in the very clean basement. Well stocked kitchen. We prepared and ate almost all meals at the house. Local grocery store about 5 minutes from the house had good sandwiches and salads. As well as most anything needed including a small deli and some local Maine products. Local donut shop very close by. If you’re a Dunkin fan that’s right around the corner too. Very enjoyable stay on Sokokis Lake.

The cottage is perfect. It is air conditioned. It is located on a quiet cove. There is boat launch nearby. Also close to shops. This marks our 3rd year. And we are coming back next year.

This is our third year staying here! It's been perfect for our group of 3 families. 3 couples and 2 kids, with adult kiddos coming up to spend some days too. It's been perfect if you need to still go to work (as it was only 45 minutes from home) or even "work from home", as the internet is very strong. Julie's house has everything you need, plenty of towels, all the lake floats, a fully stocked kitchen, including a crockpot and a blender. We bring our kayaks up, and this year we brought a pontoon boat! We caught a lot of sunfish, pickerel, and some bass. It's always a relaxing time! Julie is so easy to communicate with, and is very responsive. We definitely recommend this home on beautiful Lake Sokokis!

This home was the perfect set up for my husband and my three adult sons and grandchildren! With lots of amenities, a house with the perfect set up for an extended family, this location is the perfect vacation spot! There was lots of space to spread out both inside and out and it was very private! An ideal location to accommodate the whole family!

My family and I (8 of us) spent the week at this property. I can honestly say, this is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything you needed was right there at the house. Beautiful home. Property and lake. Very peaceful. Dog friendly. Loons can be seen off shore and friendly ducks visit just a feet from shore. Bass can be seen along the shoreline taunting fishermen to catch me if you can.

We loved the beautiful view from the deck. The water was crystal clear. Plenty of ways in and out of the water. Even had a little boat! Not too steep walk to the water and would be comfortable for any age. The house was well organized, clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. The beds were comfortable and the sheets are good quality. A walk in shower would also work for any age. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for a large group. Even had a sweet little gift and card when we arrived!

Sokokis Lake
Absolutely flawless rental property. This was our second summer at this house and it is just a great base to vacation from. The lake is very clean, generally quiet and full of fish! We enjoyed the firepit just about every night. We checked out the neighboring area and enjoyed Sokokis Seafood Shack, Gneiss Brewing Company and XOTA Brewing. Look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!!

Family Lake Getaway
Our whole family stayed for a week at this wonderful lake house. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were just a text away. The beach area is a short walk from the house on the property itself with clear, clean water and its own dock. We enjoyed swimming and fishing. Highly recommended!

Handicap Accessible
The house is clean , neat and open. There are only 2 steps from the driveway into the house and a beautiful deck out front overlooking the lake. No need to climb stairs if there is a disabled guest but the upstairs has lots of room and it's own bathroom. It has a gradual grade to the lake with a handrail and steps right at the waterline. The back area is quite private from the neighboring homes. It is perfect for us.

Lake view property
Let’s start with the home. Home was immaculate and spacious. Furnishings were updated and nicely done. Well stocked kitchen and baths with necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of games for kids to play. The view was spectacular! Beautiful deck overlooking lake. Fire pit was fun for making s’mores. Plenty of floats for the kids. The bass fishing was unbelievable! My grandson caught one on his first cast, a beautiful large mouth bass. The grandkids fished all week and were not disappointed, bass are plentiful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Relaxing Family Vacation
This was a relaxing family vacation with children ages 5 years to 13 years old and grandparents. Home was clean and well maintained. Lake waterfront was part of the property and great for swimming and fishing. Large, functional kitchen perfect for family members traveling with food allergies.
Town, grocery stores, and churches were nearby. Owners were easy to communicate with.

The House was much larger than I expected with Everything in it that anyone could possibly need. The Lake was fabulous and the entry to the Lake was quite private with ample room for eating outside and relaxing with the dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, and the locale had everything that was needed--from restaurants to shopping supplies. Excellent Location.

October Delight
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Maine from 10/10 - 10/17/20 at this beautiful home in Limerick! The house was exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. The most well supplied and stocked kitchen we've seen in our years of travel! The lake views were so spectacular! We traveled to some area parks and lighthouses, all within an hour's drive. Our dog, Angel, came with us and liked her time in the yard, too! We highly recommend a stay and hope to return in the future! It was a pleasure to manage our reservation with Julie, as well.
