Notre villa de plain-pied, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage! Pas besoin non plus de serviettes de plage, chaises longues ou parasols. Tout est fourni. Pendant votre séjour chez nous, vous bénéficierez d'un accès privé à la plage au Resident Beach Club qui sert le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner ainsi que des serviettes, des chaises longues et des parasols et offre également un accès aux activités océaniques et aux soins spa. Il y a aussi une piscine pour enfants et une aire de jeux pour les enfants.
La villa elle-même dispose d'un spacieux salon / salle à manger combiné qui s'ouvre sur une terrasse partiellement couverte avec un coin repas extérieur, un bar, un grill Viking, une piscine privée et une vue sur l'océan et le parcours de golf Pacifico.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful property. The location, rooms and staff were fantastic. We also enjoyed the outside and pool, as well as all of the beach clubs the property allows access. The one downside was the entirety of our stay there was construction with a pipe immediately outside of the property, including loud machinery. It lasted from 8-6 daily with the workers passing by within feet of the pool and porch area the entire day. It also interfered with our views. I understand this was just unfortunate timing for us.

Our family of four had a great time at Suzanne's villa in Punta Mita. The villa was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the 3rd tee of the Pacifico course. The concierge Eli was responsive and helpful with all our questions. Having the golf cart and access to all of the beach clubs was great, each club has its own flavor and personality. The villa was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, we will absolutely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to return! The villa was even better than we had anticipated. The rooms were spacious and the common and outdoor areas were beautiful. The location is perfect. The concierge was attentive and super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful area, primarily went to el surf beach club. House was great and location is excellent. We were a bit surprised how expensive the restaurants and grocery stores were. Great place for families.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa. It has a beautiful indoor/outdoor layout and every amenity you need. Eli (concierge) was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. Would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough nice things about the house. The layout is perfect, the location divine, the beach club was our home away from home and the golf cart made it easy to get around. Eli and Lupita took great care of us. Only minor thing — the freezer doesn’t work well — but overall 5+ stars. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our time at this beautiful home in Punta Mita! We hope to come back sooner than later! Travelled with three teenagers who proclaimed it to be one of their most favorite family vacations. We had 6 adults + a 9 yr old and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect sized home. The pictures online were very accurate. The property manager Eli was very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas immensely. Our concierge Eli, was incredibly helpful. We loved having the ability to golf and use the beach clubs. El surf was the favorite. Our location on the golf course with ocean views was very nice. Golf carting around was fun too. Thank you Suzanne and Eli.

We've rented in other areas in PM before, but wanted to try Los Palmas and this unit was fantastic. We wanted to book it again for Xmas but it was already rented. Can't say enough great things about this rental, the location, the amenities, concierge Eli, the owner was very responsive prior to our arrival, and the use of the golf cart was fantastic. daily house keeping was top notch as well.

Wonderful villa in a perfect location!
We could not be more pleased with our discovery of Punta de Mita and especially this villa in Las Palmas. We were perfectly accomodated and our concierge and housekeeper made our stay especially comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking in or storing leftovers. We will definitely be back! This villa was just perfect for out mid-winter get-away! We loved it!

Beautiful! SPA like master bathroom w/in and outdoor shower…pretty ivy on the outside w/ zen like lighting. Outside pool pretty view ocean on 2nd hole of Pacifico Golf Course. The only bad thing about staying here is you eventually have to check-out! Thanks Max for your amazing responsiveness & hospitality!

The best vacation at Las Palmas 24!
Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location and the villa itself are excellent. The Las Palmas development is gorgeous and this particular villa is well situated directly along the golf course with direct views of the Pacific. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay. We loved Lupita who came each day to do housekeeping and to cook breakfast to order. She made french toast and pancakes for our daughters and it was just about their favorite thing! They also enjoyed the wonderful pool right out the doors of the villa. The unit comes with a great 6 seater golf cart and access to all of the incredible beach clubs. We loved Kupuri and Pacifico! We hope to return again soon and would highly recommend this property. It is perfect for families. Punta Mita is a premier development unlike any other I have experienced. Very secure, very well managed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Just superb. You will not be disappointed booking this property. Five stars.

great place- gym facilities not great
beautiful property, access to beach wonderful, wonderful housekeeper. One issue: It advertises that gym is accessible. Day 1: we paid $70 to access the gym Day 2: were told we can't use until after 12noon Day 3: were told we cant use until after 1pm. Not consistent and inconvenient.

Perfect Villa in Punta Mita
Everything about our trip was amazing. The property was exactly as pictured, the location is perfect - right on the golf course and short walk to the beach, or access to other beach clubs with the golf cart or bikes. The unit was very clean, and we had plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Lovely flowers and presentation when we walked in. Beds were clean and comfy, we just used the ceiling fans as temperature didn't warrant air conditioning. Wonderful Trip to Punta Mita as usual!

Fantastic Covid getaway
Our family of 5 loved the time we spent here. This listing is accurately described in the photos and features. The location is near Pacifico beach club, and a short distance from everything in Punta Mita. We were able to use the provided golf cart for all of our activities for the week. The concierge service is also fantastic to work with. They arranged groceries, chef services, airport transportation, and activities for us. If you want a special treat, book Luis for dinner, or Giovanni for paddle board lessons. Our stay was in the midst of the Covid pandemic. Everyone we ran into was wearing a mask and was mindful about personal space. Our family travels often, and this listing is one we will definitely come back to. Highly recommend.

Amazing private villa behind the gates of the unbelievably safe community of Punta Mita
This villa is perfect and matched our expectations exactly. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, yet very private. We had 3 couples on our trip and it was the perfect setup for us. However, we all talked about how it was completely family friendly and we discussed bringing our kids back to the house.
The private pool was awesome and the golf cart made it easy to go to the beach clubs and restaurants. The community itself is incredibly safe. It is “behind the gates” within the master planned community of Punta Mita. Security is super tight and we never felt like “we were in Mexico” while within the gates. By the way, the gates community is HUGE. It includes golf courses, hotels, beach clubs, smaller private residential communities. This is literally the best place I have ever been to in Mexico. And I have been to Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Cabo, Playa del Carmen, and Ensenada. Beats them all and even rivals Hawaii.
Book it. You won’t regret doing so.

Amazing! Exactly the kind of paradise I was looking for!
This place is my new favorite getaway. It's even more stunning than the pictures, and so warm and welcoming that you'd think this is your best friend's home. My favorite part was the dipping pool: a perfect temperature to dip your feet in to cool off while laying out in the sun. We didn't get a chance to golf, but will definitely be coming back to give it a shot!

Beautiful property in Punta Mita
Villa is beautiful! Very clean with all the amenities you could want. We enjoyed sitting at the pool while watching the golfers. The complex is very easy to navigate as we made use of both beach clubs and many fine restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this villa.

The house is set up nicely with an incredible master suite. Each bedroom offers privacy with a it's own bathroom. The group area and kitchen made it easy to make meals for and perfect for the group to relax.. We will definitely be going back! So close to everything you need and our concierge took care of our every need.
