... a été mis à jour entre 2012 et 2017 pour inclure une nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, de beaux nouveaux planchers de bois franc, de nouvelles salles de bains et une peinture et une décoration meublées avec goût dans un style caribéen. L'équipement de haute qualité comprend la radio Bluetooth Bose, le téléviseur Samsung et des accessoires de cuisine partiellement Villeroy & Boch. Le condo a une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique ainsi que la cour ouverte et la piscine. Notre petit coin de paradis fait face au sud et apporte donc une lumière belle et ample dans l'unité. Au petit-déjeuner sur le balcon, avec un doux soleil matinal, vous pouvez entendre le tour des vagues tout en admirant le golfe du Mexique. Observez les pélicans et parfois les dauphins depuis le patio. C'est magnifique.

Looked for a few day stay in Longboat Key and came across this condo. Via the description, it ticked all the boxes. Communication was easy with detailed instructions for our stay. When we arrived I can honestly say this condo exceeded our expectations. It had everything you could need, and then some. And that ocean view from the large living room window and balcony was absolutely beautiful.

This checked all of the boxes for a wonderful vacation retreat. The only thing we noticed is that the bedding and living room furniture could be updated. However, this did not affect our stay. We would definitely book this place again.

My family of 4 (kids 11 and 8) had an amazing time. The condo was as described with expected amenities. Perfect arrangement for family of 4 with twin beds in second bedroom. View of gulf from deck was lovely. Beach was not crowded and everyone loved!

The unit had a great view of the gulf with a wide open window. It was spacious and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything you may need for the beach was provided for us, including a cooler, chairs, umbrellas and boogie board. The patio was a little tight but we appreciated the high top seating and lounge chair.
The property was well maintained and clean. Property management was very nice and accommodating.
This was our first visit to LBK and didn’t know what to expect. It was a little too quiet for our family. We would have liked a cafe, eatery or bar to walk too, but if you like quiet, this is the place to be.

Our first time staying on Longboat Key.The location was great not even to far from Anna Maria Island. Had nice gulf views.The property also offfered lounge chairs to sit on at the beach. The condo was decorated very nice and spacious. Would definintely consider staying in this condo again.

Perfect condo for a great vacation at the beach! Beautiful view of the shore/beach from the patio. You can also easily view the pool from kitchen and dining room area. The condo management were super helpful. The beach was stunning. The condo had all the needed amenities to fix all 3 meals daily. Highly recommend this condo unit and Sand Cay!

The beach is literally yards from the condo. The condo itself is clean and has everything you need for your stay.
The pool was great although they had to turn the heated water off as a combination of the heated water and the weather made it more like a hot tub!

Ah, Florida! How we do love thee......Well, we love the beach and when we can get beachside for a week, it's wonderful, even if it's chilly. It was the week we were here but everything worked out so well. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds and killer view of the gulf. The grounds are very well maintained and there is lots to do without leaving property. The view from the unit is perfect. Go see for yourself, and create some lasting memories of your own. We did. We might just stay here again. Till next time.

We were given an upgrade for our first night as there was a mishap with our room being ready. Not sure what happen but regardless the experience was exactly what we were hoping for. My dad passed unexpectedly while visiting a friend in Bradenton. We had to leave Indiana in a hurry and had no idea where we were going to stay. The owners were great to work with, helped in anyway they could, and made it painless for us. Property had everything we needed, was clean, and relaxing.

Beach Therapy
We truly enjoyed our stay here overlooking the Gulf from living room and patio. This unit is well laid out with all the essentials for enjoying a peaceful vacation. Upon our after hours checkin, our keys and information awaited us. When we arrived to unit, the air conditioner had quit running but an after hour number was provided and a technician resolved immediately. Kudos to this great service! The unit was very clean and comfortable! It also provided water accessories and quite the selection of books to enjoy. The resort was well maintained, close to store/restaurants, and staff were friendly and helpful! We most certainly hope to return one day!

Great Stay!
We had a fantastic time in LongBoat Key. The complex is located in a quiet location and Sand Cay was virtually empty so it was really peaceful. The check in process was really smooth and everyone was very helpful. The beach chairs and the option of an umbrella was an added bonus. The few items that needed attention was a broken drawer in the kitchen and the freezer door didn’t always close properly. The condo had a fantastic layout and view of the ocean! We would definitely come back!

Great location
Sand Cay is in the middle of LBK which made it easy to get to St A’s circle as well as Bridge Street and AMI. Our unit was spacious and had all amenities. It was a little worn and could use a deep cleaning. The TV was hard to figure out-instructions would have been great. The office personnel were very helpful and very nice. Added bonus was the pickle ball court. The office had equipment for playing so no need to bring paddles and balls. Overall we would recommend Sand Cay. Thanks!
