Studio spacieux récemment rénové situé au coeur du centre-ville de Marquette. Entrée privée avec cuisine séparée entièrement équipée et salle de bain complète séparée avec baignoire. La chambre principale a un lit queen et un futon en taille réelle. Il y a aussi un bureau pour un espace de travail. Tous les draps sont inclus. Vous êtes à un pâté de maisons de la 3ème rue et à 3 pâtés de maisons de Washington St, donc marcher jusqu'aux restaurants, boutiques, brasseries et bars le long de ces deux artères principales de Marquette est une promenade facile. NMU, Lake Superior, Lower Harbour et l'hôpital sont également accessibles à pied. Piste d'atterrissage parfaite pour explorer Marquette. Profitez des spectaculaires sentiers de vélo de montagne de niveau Bronze IMBA; queues de ski de fond parfaitement entretenues; plusieurs sentiers de randonnée; le kayak; canoë; planche à pagaie; plages de sable. Idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires, en solo, en couple ou en petite famille. WIFI haut débit inclus. Ceci est un appartement à l'étage.

Nicely finished apartment. Comfortable bed, nice bath and kitchen. Just right for a couple. Would recommend Carrie and her place but Verbo not so much.

Great location for our quick visit. Perfect size kitchen and cozy and comfy. Only suggestion would be to replace futon cushion as it is uncomfortable to sit in.

I loved being in this comfortable, cozy and clean apartment that has all one needs. Location is great, within walking distance to everything you'd need or want. I would love to stay here for several weeks or months actually! The stairs were a bit narrow which made it somewhat difficult taking my luggage up for me...but I would still come back!

My first impression of this property was run the other way when we first pulled up but I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt hoping it was a hidden gem. The smell of Dirty feet and old musty house hits me as soon as I walked in the door. I did not feel this propert was suitable or clean and am extremely confused by the other reviews which are inaccurate. We left right away and booked s room at a very nice hotel nearby for $75 less than the cost of the VRBO itself. Very disappointed.

This property is a small studio apartment perfect for two people who need a place to sleep in a good location. It does have a steep, narrow stairway leading up to the apartment. It is in walking distance to the main streets with restaurants/shops on them. It’s clean and the owner responds to messages. It has the basics, but nothing extra. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for the one night we were there.

Great gem in Marquette! Close to everything you need. Clean and tidy! Carrie was great in communication and made sure that she was available if need be. I would love to stay again next year when I come back.

We had a quick weekend up in Marquette so this location was exactly what we needed. It had all of the essentials, it was clean and updated, and a perfect location from downtown. Even though we were right above people, it was very quiet and i didn’t feel like we had to be silent. It was great that we had our own parking spot during the night time as well! I would stay in this place again for sure, when it’s warmer, everything is walking distance! Highly recommend this stay.

Carrie’s apartment is CLEAN with everything one needs. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is Comfortable and Carrie is quick to answer questions. The property is centrally located so once you park you really don’t have to drive anywhere. The only note of caution is that it is an older home do the stairwell is narrow and steep, but are carpeted. A very sturdy handrail is there. If one has mobility issues you might want to reconsider staying here. Otherwise I highly recommend and if we get back to Marquette will definitely rebook here.

Upstairs apartment in an older home. Great location, close to NMU campus. Entryway and stairway had me worried, but once inside the apartment it was great. Super clean and comfortable bed.

Location is king and from this place you can easily walk anywhere downtown. Good accommodations and good communication from the owner.

It was quiet. The bed was comfy. AC worked and was nice since it was almost 90 out. The location was perfect! Would not have needed to move our car except for it rained some.

We had a wonderful time exploring the area. This home is way better than a hotel and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked so we could cook our our breakfast and have coffee in the mornings! Thanks for another great stay!

Our stay at the VRBO was great! We did not have any issues checking in. The apartment is very cute, welcoming and clean. The stairway leading to the apartment could use paint and new carpet.
