The cottage was exactly as described, lamps on and glasses with wine ready. A very welcoming feel. The bedrooms worked well for our 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. The living area was spacious with tv and well stocked kitchen. The owner, Pam, responded quickly to any question we had. This property was an easy walk to downtown square with many stores and restaurants. Also, easy drive from Austin. We would definitely rent this cottage again if in the area.

The cottage was clean, well kept and as described on the listing. The location was great in this small town and we walked to dinner and around the town.

Cottage is 8 min walk to Wish Well for the wedding. Cottage is clean, bathrooms are small and narrow, if you have someone that uses a Walker or wheelchair. Nice to have a washer n dryer.

We were staying in Ellie and Payton houses. It was so perfect. It was a quick 2 minute drive to Wish Well House - the wedding venue. Pam was able to let us check in early and check out a little later :-) Thanks for everything Pam !

This cottage was awesome. Extremely clean with beautiful appointments. As usual Pam was a great hostess. The location is ideal for walking to the town square and easy access to the highway. Stayed in one of Pam's cottages last year and hopefully many more times. Thank you Pam

My wife & I stayed here for a long weekend with our two kids (15 & 13). The listing was accurate and the home was very comfortable. We had enough room to spread out and still spend time together. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The house was clean and had everything for a relaxing getaway. Check in and out was easy. The host provided great recommendations. The house is close to the town square where good food options await.

I stayed with my mom, boyfriend and 3 kids. We had a great time. The house had extra blankets, essentials for the bathroom and kitchen... including coffee and water bottles. I would stay here again. Fantastic location to the square and other popular attractions.

This property was perfect for our family weekend stay in Georgetown. There were two couples and two toddlers. Pam even provided us with a pack n play and booster seat for my one year old granddaughter. My three year old grandson had a great time exploring the backyard. The location is great to enjoy the restaurants, bars and shops in the area. The house is adorable with a well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely rent again since I now have a new grand baby in Georgetown!

Our stay in Ellie was simply perfect. This was our second time staying in one of Pam’s cottages and just like the first, everything was great. Plenty of space and comfortable. Pam is a lovely host.

Cottage was welcoming upon arrival. The exterior is well maintained and lovely. The interior is cozy and comfortable and clean. The location is excellent to walk to The Square and enjoy restaurants and shopping. We felt at home the moment that we drove up and parked in the driveway. The American Flag flying from the porch was inspirational. Thank you.

This property was exceptionally clean. Very close to the Gtown square and Southwestern University. We walked to both. Wow! Awesome showers! The water pressure was great. This is a perfect property to stay when attending a Southwestern University event. Go Pirates!! And thank you for the wine! Greatly appreciated after travelling!

Brought ourI family of six here for a wedding in Georgetown. The house is darling and it is clean and within walking distance or short drive to everything. Pam is a wonderful hostess and she had wine and water bottles for us upon arrival. The beds are firm and comfortable and all the towels and sheets are high-quality. We will definitely come here again! Also love the chairs on the front porch and backyard. You’ve got a place to sit in the morning or evening.

Close to downtown. Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with owner was very helpful.

Very convenient for us while visiting family for a few days. We are very familiar with the neighborhood and greater Austin as most of my husbands family lives in the Austin area. Only one of our adult children came with us so we didn’t use the third bedroom. We had a lot of family to see, a formal event to go to, and snuck in a quick trip to San Antonio, so this was a great home base for us between visits and to catch some March Madness games. We found everything clean and in good order and directions for the house were easy to follow/understand. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house but when we were there we fought over the comfy recliner chair in the living room! (Please get another one!) Our beds were comfortable but could definitely do with out all the fussy pillows and multiple blankets and covers. A simple duvet situation would be preferable and tidier for us - but of course this is just personal preference and did not negatively impact our stay. We liked the front porch and it was a nice place to sit and get a few minutes of afternoon sun. We didn’t venture into the backyard but saw there was a grill and quite a lot of space back there. When in Georgetown our breakfast default is Monument Cafe but unfortunately we were late getting out the door Sunday morning and found the wait time was well over an hour… so tried out the Sweet Lemon Kitchen nearby - highly recommend! Great iced coffees and the avocado toast is unreal. I would say the only negative thing (which was no fault of our host) was the guy next door who decided to take a chain saw to his trees outside our bedroom window one morning. He was a little overzealous to say the least! All things said, this is a great option for us when staying in Georgetown.

Good Location- quiet -AC/fans great! Comfortable living room furniture. And beds. Appreciated the bottled water. Very grateful for the early check in. Not enough paper towels - -did not like the TP.

Very clean and well stocked home, walking distance to the historic Georgetown Square and Southwestern University and easy access to Austin and other destinations. Easy check-in/check-out process and the owner/property manager quickly responded to our questions. Highly recommended.

We visited the week of Thanksgiving. The property was as described. It was clean, had lots of extras, and was very close to the square (which made most of what we wanted to do within walking distance). In short, it was excellent.

Nice cozy place, comfortable beds, great showers, clean and neat, good location. Close to center of a nice town. Georgetown has its own special character. Came for a family event. All liked it. Minor, but Wifi was a little shaky. Owner indicated she would address.
