My son and I enjoyed our stay and the property owner/manager was very responsive and available. There were no issues with the unit and the facilities and location were perfect.

The condo was clean and stocked with towels and beach towels, kitchen utensil, extra blanket s if needed. We had 4 adults and condo worked well. The grounds are very groomed and has a beach, tennis quart, shuffleboard, basketball, very clean pool with kids pool. Jane was easy to talk with and even gave a suggestion for hair stylist. Would stay again.

This was an absolutely great experience! Jane and Bob provided ample information through email, and we had Jane's cell phone number in case we needed anything. The condo is very nice, well furnished with a fully stocked kitchen (pots and pans, dishes, coffee pot, microwave, tea kettle, etc). We had everything that we needed. The location was great for what we were planning for our vacation (scuba diving and sight seeing) and it was nice and quiet. The road is on the east side and the doors and windows blocked the noise. Their screened in porch gave us a great view of the sunset every night. Jane checked in on us when we arrived to see if we needed anything. We reached out again when we were leaving to check on what we could do to help transition the condo to the next renters. We were happy to wash a load of towels and start a load of sheets to speed things along. We had a slight mishap - the latch for the pocket door snapped off, but my husband was able to go to a local hardware store, get a replacement and fix it. I let Jane know and sent her pictures so she would see what we did. The homeowners were great, and I would definitely stay here again.

Communication with property owners was awesome. Unit was as advertised and really nice! It was a little odd not to have living room drapes. We enjoyed the ease of getting around the property, the beautiful sunsets, the umbrellas at the sand area. Use of a kayak would have made the stay truly spectacular though. Enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and close proximity to Pennekamp. We thank the owners for the opportunity to explore the keys from their wonderful place!

Moon Bay is a great condo resort with just about all of the amenities that anyone could want for a great vacation! The condo was nicely furnished with a great view of Blackwater Sound. Amenities include a clubhouse, small beach area, pool, boat docks and great location!

Host was very nice and quick to answer any questions. Unit was beautiful. Didn't get to tour the entire property, next time.

Property was nice and clean. All the other residents were friendly and helpful. Host was very communicative. I would stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable. Nice dock if you have a boat! Caribbean Club will let you park your trailer for $10 a day. Weekend’s can be crazy let them know you are staying longer and they will find a place😎

The property was even nicer than the pictures due to recent remodeling. Great views and a great location. Very family friendly location with lots of things to do. We didn't use the boat slip, but the marina is very nice as well.

Owner was very responsive and proactive. The condo was nice and clean. There was a lot of remodeling of other condos going on and the noise was very loud and constant. If you tried to sit outside on patio or by the pool it was very annoying. If I had known, I would not have rented this unit at this time. You really couldn't sit by pool and relax or read due to the noise. Otherwise, it was as advertised and nice.

We had a great stay in key largo. The condo was great- nice and clean too. The included boat slip was so nice! We went right out the condo and to the boat. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The amenities offered onsite such as the pool, dock area and little beach area were perfect. The unit was well equipped. The balcony has the best view and I loved the option to open up the sliders and enjoy the beautiful fresh air! We stay in Key Largo annually and this was a great stay!

Our stay in key largo was very nice. The first week we shared the condo with our friends and ventured out to the everglades, nearby parks and did a day trip to key west. The second week it was just my wife and I and we started each day with a pickleball game and then relaxed by the pool. Our evenings were a mix of dining at some of the very good nearby restaurants, or grilling our dinner down near the waters edge enjoying the sunset while we prepared our meal. Definitely would return to this rental.

My dive buddy and I (who is also my spouse) stayed at Moon Bay recently and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It faces away from Overseas Highway so even on the porch, it is not noisy. The view is of the bay and the evenings that we didn't go to the dock, we could watch the sunset right from the screened porch. This condo was perfect for us. It is roomy and comfortable. We used the second bedroom to stash our extra dive gear and bags. The whole apartment has tiled floors so if came in wet, we weren't hurting anything. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is adequately supplied with pots, pans, and utensils. The balcony is room which gave us room to spread out our dive gear to dry and we still had plenty of room to sit at the lovely table and eat our meals. The condo supplies grocery cart and luggage racks so getting all our stuff to the Condo was easy. The only minor shortcoming is that the wifi is not in the apartment. It is in the clubhouse. The one day I tried to use it, it wasn't working. No big deal--just something we'll work around next time we stay there.

Great! Great views from the balcony, nice pool, easily accessible boat slip with power and water. Nightlife and restaurants literally within walking distance (no sidewalk though, but whatever, that's the keys) and at a fair price. If you're into getting out on the water with nice accommodations when you come back in, it's well worth checking out. We'll be back.

My wife and I spent a week at Moonbay in July 2013. The condo was really clean and had all of dishes and cookware that we needed. The view of the bay from the balcony was nice, but going down to the boat docks each night to watch the sunset was the highlight of each day. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool. We loved talking with the people who owned other condos - it was just the most enjoyable week that we could hope for. We have rented other condos from other areas around the United States, but we loved this one more than any other one we have stayed in. Prepare to relax and enjoy the Keys!

We spent a wonderful two weeks here. You have equipped it very well which made it especially nice for us since we had a lot of meals in and wanted for nothing when it came to preparing meals. We also loved the fact that the pool was so warm, no shocks when getting in and we managed to get in a lot of lap swimming. We also liked the that you had choices whether you basked in the sun or relaxed in the shade. We managed to cover many of the state park hikes as well as the National Everglades. And naturally we had a wonderful day in Key West. And for the meals we had out, the restaurants were great. Nice hiking, nice sight seeing, good eating and generally a lovely relaxing vacation. Without hesitantcy, we recommend this condo to others.

My husband and I rented this condo for a week with our two college-age sons and our twelve-year-old. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very close to John Pennekamp State Park where we did a lot of snorkeling and kayaking. We had delicious dinners at Sundowners and The Pilot House and also cooked both in the condo and at one of the many barbecue grills available for residents and renters. We took a day trip to Key West (about two hours away) and also spent one evening in Miami Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and two adult children spent a week at Moonbay in December 2010. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. Plenty of dishes and cookware. There was a view of the gulf/bay from the screened in balcony. The pool was large and well maintained, although the whirlpool was under repair. We enjoyed the cabana located on the dock to watch sunsets. The location was convenient to John Pennecamp State Park, shopping and restaurants. The owners were pleasant and easy to do business with. We hope to return in the future. We recommend this condo for any vacation.

Great condominium close to everything in Key Largo. Beautiful views, nice pool, and new docks with power and fresh water. Currently, you can't launch a boat (boat ramp was being rebuilt) or store trailers at Moon Bay, but the Carribean Club is less than a 1/4 mile away and you can use their ramp for $10 and store your trailer for $10/day. Home is fully equiped for all daily needs and is very clean. Had a great time. Very close to Adam's Cut and bayside restaurants with docks. Off season was very quiet too (mid-September).
