Margaritaville est une charmante maison de deux chambres / deux salles de bain, située dans un quartier calme avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Pamlico Sound et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Vous pouvez accéder au son via la propriété voisine, où vous pourrez faire du kayak, pêcher, ratisser les palourdes ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage. Il a été récemment mis à jour avec une nouvelle cuisine installée en 2016 et toutes les nouvelles fenêtres, portes, bardage et toit en 2015.

This is our 4th visit to the island but first time staying on this side. We loved seeing dolphins and kayaking on the sound. So many cool things to see!
We loved Margaritaville but it is definitely minimally stocked as a VRBO so plan on buying or renting everything you need for the week.

Very nice 2 bedroom house with spectacular sunset views in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed to be able to judge the OISFT. Worked out great.

Pictures do not do this property justice as you cannot possibly capture the incredible feeling of waking up each morning to the view of the Sound in front of you and the sound of the nature preserve next to you. Any time not spent on the beach was spent lounging on one of the three decks outside. The house itself was very clean, nicely appointed, and included almost everything we could need. Check-in & check-out were smooth and efficient as it always was when we stayed at the Harbor Inn itself. My only regret for the trip is that we hadn't discovered this location earlier as it made for a wonderful 6-night vacation stay for us. Would recommend to anyone and hope we get to experience it again soon.

Fantastic island getaway!! From the multitiered decks over looking the beautiful sound and marsh area with all its wildlife to the super comfy bed with a view. Well appointed kitchen. Great grilling area. Quiet, relaxing morning coffee on a screened in deck. We wanted for nothing!! Unfortunately (actually fortunately :)), the ferries were suspended due to weather on our departure date. Gracious hosts, Byron and Candy made arrangements to make sure that our unexpected layover was a continuation of our already fantastic island getaway ... thank you guys for EVERYTHING!! We highly recommend Margaritaville and Ocracoke Harbor Inn!!

We spent Thanksgiving week in this little tucked away cottage and explored Ocracoke. It was a darling week of incredibly delicious and fresh seafood and lots of walks. The house is located just on the edge of a preserve, which is quite special. The hosts were some of the kindest folks - giving us tips for dining (most places are closed) and even called us to see if we needed a place to stay when they learned the ferries weren't running. This is a great property to get away from it all and have a great sunset view from anywhere in the house. The porches are great for morning coffee and grilling what you caught that day.

We had an incredibly wonderful stay with 8 year old granddaughter who climbed trees, danced on her balcony, ran with the dolphin at beach just 1/4 mike from house. Lovely

Very CLEAN - Comfortable - Well Stocked - Great Views and Location - The moment we walked on the Springer's Point beach we were in an "Ocracoma" - We would rent it again and we usually don't stay in the same place twice - Paddle boarding at Springer's Point is was super nice!

Girls vacation
I have been renting from Byron for 10 years . Always have a great place to stay. The views were the best and the shore line was perfect. We never had to drive the car. I would love to rent this house every year. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities.

Just Right
Sunsets are right out the back door and the village is accessible on foot, by bike, or is a golf cart away from the house. Springer's Point entrance is just down the road and the Ocracoke Lighthouse is a short walk in the other direction. This home is charming and our two couples hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

House was ideally located and easy to do short outings to with young kids. At house that view and access to beach provided hours more of entertainment.

Wonderful property! It was our 1st visit to Okracoke and we couldn't have been happier. Location was perfect and amenities were perfect! We will always try to stay here when we visit.

Easy Living
This beach cottage was equipped with everything needed to enjoy a week on Ocracoke. The screened in porch and upper level deck made great areas to hangout, watch birds and or the sunset. The living area is very open and comfortable. Location is walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants all nestled in a community that is easy to get around.

Great spot - wonderful stay
Great house. well maintained. Only issue was the internet. Do not rely on it. We almost had our daughter with us and she works remotely online all day. She would not have been able to work at the house. Internet goes on and off constantly. One minute on, two minutes off. Terrible service. But if you don't need the internet, the place is wonderful. Read lots of books.

For selfish reasons I'd like to say it was horrible so others don't book when we want to go again :) Excellent location right on the water with a small sand beach and great views of the sunsets. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. It couldn't have been a better experience. Ocracoke itself was better than expected and everything is walking distance. The first day we rented bikes from Ocracoke Harbor Inn (very good rental rates), which is where you check in at, to quickly get the layout of the island and after that we walked everywhere. Bring your own kayaks and launch from the beach or rent some on the island at "Ride the Wind". The staff there were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful!
I simply can't say enough about this house - it's absolutely perfect! Beautifully curated artwork on the walls. Thoughtfully selected furniture that actually matches and doesn't look like it was picked up at a yard sale. It's just a short walk alongside an accommodating neighbor's back yard to get to the sound, where you basically have your own private beach. The only suggestion I have is to update the photos on VRBO - they simply don't do the house justice! : )

We are definitely returning to this place!
After Hurricane Dorian, our favorite house on the sound was unavailable the summer, so we chose Margaritaville and cold not have been more please. This a perfect house for two couples, and the view from master bedroom and upstairs deck overlooking the Sound is sublime.

Great vacation!
My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law stayed for 4 days and could not have asked for a better vacation. We loved the sound with the hermit crabs, calm water, and beautiful sunsets. We rented a golf cart and kayaks and enjoyed them a lot. The house was perfect for us. The only complaint I have is that the downstairs bathroom shower is so small. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay and a wonderful vacation.
