the size of the room ok
bathroom very good, with a large shower and enough soap for 2 people
it was not hard to find a free parking place for the car
the position of the hotel is very central

only very minor modifications, e.g., some sign on the road to indicate the position of the hotel (both the GPS did its job correctly) would be appreciated, but this is not so important.

The hotel is cozy and clean. They serve a lovely breakfast. The gentleman at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms get quite warm due to the location of the town but there is a well working A/C in the rooms.
Breakfast in the uppermost story with a nice terrace overlooking the town and river.
Parking in front of the hotel was difficult in the afternoon (only two parking spots for the hotel that are also used by non-hotel guests) but very easy in the evening! Additionally, there are a lot of free parking spaces around town.
Breakfast was overall ok but consisted of mostly pastries, cookies and sweet stuff. Small selection of healthy options.

Overall ok. This is an old apartment building converted to a boutique hotel but done nicely. The place is hard to find, the address is not exactly where it seems, the hotel is located in the alley behind.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. Acceptable for one night stay.
Area does not have much to offer.
The restaurant on the top floor was exceptional for breakfast, good food, modern, clean and nice staff.
Not their fault but the mosquitos were the major problem for the area, river and rice fields made a lethal combination. I got bitten 10 times just walking from the car to hotel when we arrived.

A lovely location overlooking the river. Very nice in the evening watching the people outside and the estuary changing with the tides. The penthouse breakfast room was delightful in the morning.
We were disappointed that the dining room was not open for meals. The photos show it all set up for dining. It will be a great asset when the restaurant is functioning.

Great riverside location right in the centre of town. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast served in top-floor room with great views. Room with balcony and view of the river. Good restaurants and bars nearby.
We've stayed here more than once before, but this time I felt the price was a bit more than the quite small room was really worth.
