Charming and Convenient!
Cette propriété est idéalement située en ville et à quelques minutes de Discovery Ski Basin / Georgetown Lake et Fairmont Hot Springs. L'épicerie est accessible à pied. Un sentier pédestre est à deux pâtés de maisons de la maison et il vous mènera à travers Washoe Park jusqu'à Old Works Golf Course et au-delà. En chemin, vous pourrez profiter des grands arbres, du ruisseau Warm Springs, de l'étang aux canards et de l'écloserie. Promenez-vous dans les rues du centre-ville et vous êtes sûr de rencontrer de puissants propriétaires de bonnes boutiques et de faire une excellente trouvaille. Allez voir un film au théâtre Washoe historique si vous le pouvez. WIFI en place pour votre commodité. La maison a trois chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner et les épices sont dans le placard.

House was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t realize one bedroom and bathroom was in a partially finished basement but it worked fine

Beautiful home with lots of space, cozy and comfy "home away from home" for our 5 day stay in Anaconda visiting family. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen very neat and organized & well stocked with all we needed for coffee in the morning, cooking meals, etc. Love the attention to detail with decorating. We would stay here again next time we are in town. Enjoyed reading about the history of the home as my mother in law who stayed with us, had one of the owners family members as her English teacher when she was in 8th or 9th grade (late 50's/early 60's). This was a fun memory for her! Thank for your hospitality Melissa!

This was a perfect home for our family visit. The property was clean, well maintained, and had all the comforts of home. We were in town for a family memorial and Melissa had left the family member’s obituary from the newspaper for us with a very kind note. We appreciated the extra attention to detail and amazingly kind gesture very much. Would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

Great little house, very nice room sizes. Great location. There is a dog next door that barks very early in the morning and the owner doesn’t stop the dog from barking or bring the dog inside. But otherwise the property is great and the Melissa is very responsive.

The property was exactly what it needed to be for our visit with our son who recently moved to Montana. Great location that was central to everything we wanted to do. Only problem was the neighbors to the west let their dog out at 6:20 in the morning and it constantly barked waking us all up. Love the labor doodles on the other side. The fresh raspberries were awesome. We picked a few every day. Thank you!

This is our third stay at this house and we always love it. Close to family and lots of local attractions. A fun place to stay and have all the conveniences of home! We will book again next year!

The property was well stocked and a good location. Only draw backs were the temperatures were high during our visit and there was no way to cool the house down. Also the neighbors dog seemed to stay out all night and kept barking.

Comfortable Home
This home was comfortable and very close to town. Grocery store within walking distance. The two sofas upstairs provided comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was on hand. The only drawback was the barking dog next door. It is unfortunate that some dog owners are so inconsiderate of their neighbors.

Maybe you should only advertise a 2 bedroom or let people know that the third bedroom and bath are in the basement. We only used two bedrooms and it was fine. But we loved it❤️

Things were clean, cozy and well equipped. The home has had a thoughtful renovation and is pleasant and attractive. Nice sheets and bedding. Enough kitchenware. Easy to find. We were 5 so an extra chair to bring into the dining area would be a nice addition.

Clean and Comfortable
A very clean and comfortable house that had everything we needed for our stay. Especially loved the firm yet comfortable beds after having had back surgery. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.
