Il y a 3 chambres au deuxième niveau, deux d'entre elles sont des maîtres et la troisième a une salle de bain dans le couloir. Le loft au dernier étage est l'endroit idéal pour vos enfants ou autres invités avec 3 ensembles de lits superposés et une demi-baignoire ainsi qu'une télévision.
Le niveau principal est divisé et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas gastronomique pour votre famille. Il y a un bar pour le petit-déjeuner ainsi qu'une table de salle à manger complète.
Il y a un gril extérieur qui peut être utilisé pour griller des hamburgers, des steaks ou tout ce que vous pouvez penser!
Près de l'entrée du condo, il y a une demi-salle de bain ainsi qu'une tanière pouvant servir de 4e chambre. La tanière a une cheminée scellée et un canapé-lit. Il y a beaucoup de place pour se détendre.
La salle familiale de niveau inférieur a une section massive qui est idéale pour sortir et jouer à des jeux ou regarder la télévision. Nous avons un grand téléviseur LED monté sur le mur avec un compliment complet de chaînes câblées en HD. Juste à l'extérieur, il y a une grande terrasse à utiliser en été avec un bain à remous pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Only thing is it would have been nice to know that the upstairs bedroom is only accessible using a VERY narrow spiral staircase. We were a group of "older" ladies, and a few of them would have been unable to climb those stairs. Otherwise, very nice.

I took my family here for thanksgiving weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with this beautiful property. This lovely home was everything and more . Plenty of space for all 11 of us . Would highly recommend spending time in this well appointed townhouse .

Mt. Villas Stay
Spacious home with a hot tub and plenty of beds. The shuttle came often and picked you up right in front of the building. Also, the owner was fast and responsive with questions. We would definitely come back!

Family and Friends perfect getaway!
This was the perfect place to relax and gather with our kids from DC and in college with a free friends. We played games and had great options from the house, they loved the big hot tub and everyone slept great. The shuttle device was perfect for those who wanted to come back mid day from skiing for a rest. Overall great place. We’ll be back!!!

Winter vacay
We had an amazing time! We were up Seven Springs in the Summer for mini getaway with kids. They wanted to come back in the winter to ski. This trip and given they are on virtual school at this time it even helped out when we got the ice storm Monday night that we did!! And I was extremely appreciative of being able to get another day because we were not only snow/iced in; we lost our lid to our luggage rack!🤦🏼♀️😫 We searched for it but that storm definitely took it!! But we definitely loved our stay and we will be back!! Thank Gordon!!

Nice townhouse
This was a last minute rental. Very close to 7 Springs. All appliances worked like they should. Condo association shoveled the walkway and plowed when it snowed. The house is in need of a renovation. Furniture and and bathrooms were dated. If I had more time to book, I could have been on the mountain in a updated place for the same price. All in all it served the purpose of eating and sleeping. Hot tub was great!

best place for our family getaway!
This place was SO perfect. really 4 bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds, one with 2 full beds, and then the top floor with 3 sets of bunk beds. 2 living rooms, AWESOME hot tub, best I've been in in a while. We went with our family of 4(kids 7 and 10) and our friends( family of , kids, 11, 14, 14) and had a great time. It was all very clean, it took 5 minutes to get to seven springs. Gordon was very responsive by text/phone and a pleasure to work with. Would def rent this place again!

Very nice stay
Everything was as advertised. Location was perfect and townhouse was clean and well appointed. I would have appreciated a few more paper products stocked, but the rental agreement did prepare us. Gas fireplace did not work, but owner was very responsive. They also sent home our little one’s stuffed animal that was tragically left behind, which we are very grateful for!

Great weekend in PA
One of my favorite weekends in the year is when we meet up with friends and ski together. This year we stayed at Gordon's house and it was perfect for our three families. Everything was as expected and we had a great time. The frequency and reliability of the shuttle allowed our large group to come and go to the slopes as they wanted to. Just a great stay and weekend! Everything we needed for a great vacation!
My daughter turned eighteen over the Presidents Day weekend and wanted to have a ski celebration. We were so fortunate to have found this property. Eleven teenagers and five adults were able to co-exist for three days and everyone had a great experience. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably and the hot tub was very popular after skiing all day. The shuttle worked very well. It was quick and easy and allowed the young adults to be independent. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

Clean but very outdated.
We stayed at the property in late July 2016. Our family was having a reunion at Seven Springs and we reserved three condos in total. My portion of the family was drafted to stay in this one. The other two were located in another area closer to the actual resort. We actually paid more for our cabin and were severely disappointed when we checked out the others. The others had updated fixtures, appliances, paint, bathrooms, counter tops....you name it. We had avocado bathrooms. My daughter literally asked "What year were green bathrooms popular?" What I can say is that the cabin was very clean. Not a speck of dirt in it and just about everything you could need in the kitchen. However, the cabin is horribly outdated....parts of it from the 70's, 80's and early 90's. Everything other than the carpet and sectional sofa is just old. The bed in the master bedroom was so horribly uncomfortable that my husband and I opted to sleep on the sectional sofa during the second night of our stay. Cabin is very accessible to the resort and is in a nice area.....just needs some updates for the price.

The hot tub was a nice addition for a number of our crew. We had plenty of space for everyone. Everything was perfect
Everything was as advertised, or better. Property owner answered my call right away when we couldn't get in to the unit upon check in, and also responded very promptly to a couple emails I sent him before check in. Everything was clean and in good order. Would definitely come back again.

Can't beat the hospitality, the attentiveness, the convenience and the size of this condo!
Two families, five nights, and perfect accommodations. We spend a lot of time at 7 Springs, and I can say hands down that you can't find a bigger condo at a better price with a more gracious host.
Forget ski-in/out. The shuttle takes you wherever you need to go, it runs every 15 minutes, and it stops right outside the front door.
The condo is huge and is laid out perfectly for a large group -- you can eat and hang out together, but can also retreat to a quiet room when you need to do so. Everything was exactly as described in the descriptions.
Gordon (the owner) was quick to answer all of our questions in advance, gave an unintrusive call to make sure everything was to our liking after we arrived, provided a nice "welcome treat" for us to enjoy during our stay, and was professional every step of the way.
We definitely will return!!

Great stay at spacious condo
Two families with teenagers shared this spacious condo for a long weekend after 2-3 ft of snow fell in Seven Springs. The stars were aligned with us with having the best skiing ever in PA, and having this great condo was icing on the cake. The owner was extremely helpful and gracious to us. There was ample room for teenage girls and boys to have their own space, and they really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking with lots of dishes for a crowd, and the grill worked great. If you have a large crew, I highly recommend this condo, and the shuttle service to the slopes worked well. The amount of snow that fell this past weekend (Jan 22-23) was crazy, so we did have to shovel ourselves into the condo and a couple parking places, but we had a lot of strong young teenage backs to help with this.

Bachelorette Party
Great place for a Bachelorette Party! We had an amazing time and the place fit us all so well. The hot tub was key. Also we spent Saturday at the pool. Saturday night we wanted to go out and had a shuttle to take us to the bar close by so no one had to drive anywhere. The condo association had changed the rules a few days before our visit in regards to the the grill and the gas line hook up so we had no grill and a ton of food to grill. The owner's brother drove, I believe over an hour to bring us a new propane grill in a rain storm. We really appreciated that! Thank you for the amazing Bachelorette Party place it was the best time!!

Fantastic
This Condo was very clean, well maintained. There was plenty of room for the 13 Ladies we had. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. This condo is much larger then what the pictures show. The hot tub was great. Shuttle ran every 15min. so we could go to the Lodge. I want to thank the owner for being so gracious. He called to make sure everything was alright. I would definitely rent this Condo again. Very Satisfied.

Friends and family ski trip
We rented this property with another family for a recent ski trip. We were very happy! Last year we rented in mt villas at a terrible unit but we loved the location and the shuttle service so we wanted to try again at a different condo. We have high school and college age kids who enjoyed coming and going when they wanted. There were plenty of beds and the hot tub was a huge hit! The kitchen was fully furnished and we had breakfast and dinner at the condo which was great. We would definitely rent this unit again. The owner was very responsive... Almost Perfect!
I was very impressed with the condo. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. It also had more items provided than normal. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets. The owner was very nice and called a couple of times just to check on everything. The hot tub water was even changed for our stay. I plan to go back and stay again!
