Our group was a large group of women ranging in age from baby boomers to gen Z. The house was perfect! There was enough room and bathrooms for everyone and never any issues.
The property person was easily accessible and responded quickly. There were no issues, just questions we had. The area was close enough to Broadway, but far enough to be out of the limelight unless we wanted to be.
Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend.

We were a group of 21-85 year old women. We each had our own room and bed and most had their own bathroom. The house is fantastic for a group. Kitchen is large and it was nice to gather around the island. We were close to Broadway, 12 South, the Gulch and Printers Alley. Most required a short Uber. It was too hot to walk anywhere or enjoy the balcony. It was nice to have parking spots in front of the home. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property. It is spacious and spotless. There are 3 floors so you can spread out and have privacy and the common rooms are large and comfy when you want to hang out with everyone. Our favorite features were the spacious kitchen and the roof deck. The location is great - walking distance to The Gulch and a short ride to all of the other hotspots and attractions. There is a large construction project happening right across the street so just be aware that there is noise in the morning. They started working at about 7am while we were there so sleeping in isn't really an option at least for now, but, get up and go do stuff. Communication with the host was great. Overall a really fabulous stay at this beautiful home.

We had 11 adults -in town for family wedding. This was the perfect spot to gather, hang out, and enjoy spending time between events. Simple and comfortable furnishings - safe- close enough to walk to Town but the heat was a factor in this choice!! AC was wonderful and all beds as shown and comfortable. Lots of baths and showers. Big kitchen and family space. We had a bbq first night using gas grill!

We had family from 3 states come into Nashville to celebrate Christmas together and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was enough space for our large group to spread out comfortably. The home has 3 levels, so we put the kids up top and our elders on the lower levels. The third floor deck has a great view!
We cooked Christmas dinner there. The large and spacious kitchen was a big help with all the women moving around. The kitchen is well appointed but we had to purchase some disposable pans for such a large meal. We bought a wine bottle opener (and left it there) because that was the only thing we looked for but couldn’t find.
Great stay overall! The home is beautifully decorated, centrally located with plenty of parking and space. I would highly recommend this spot for group travel.

The layout is great and everyone had plenty of space and privacy, while the huge open main kitchen/living room area made hanging out in a large group very easy. John was very good at communicating he even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our flight schedules. The home was perfect for our group of 12 celebrating my birthday. We had several couples and a few singles. The loft areas are not open and have doors to close and a closet as the other bedrooms do, which was nice so everyone had privacy. We walked mostly as it is very close to local restaurants and walkable to Broadway. The neighborhood the home is in is beautiful and the rooftop city views are breathtaking. I will say we believe the owner John does live behind the home since it is 2 homes on the lot but we never even saw anyone and were never disturbed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you John for your hospitality.

Pleasantly surprised when we walked in to this lovely newer home in a neighborhood close to downtown. All the amenities you would need and a coffee bar set up. Only complaint- The bed in the master is noisy.

The house is great for a group sleeping wise! The upstairs family room and downstairs living room are great but need more seating. The kitchen is not very well stocked if you are planning on cooking in. There were no water glasses - lots of wine glasses though, not enough plates and utensils for a large group. There aren't enough chairs in the dining room,

House could sleep 14+ - we had 8. Only 6 wine glasses. Broken wine opener. Coffee pot did not work. Bathrooms and Showers had other peoples toiletries in them. Shower curtain in one bath - had brown mold all over it - looked like vomit? Absolutely disgusting! We only contacted the host regarding the coffee pot as we didn't want them to enter the house while we were enjoying the sites in Nashville.

This property had it all! Exactly the layout we were looking for. The kids stayed on the third floor which was like their own separate living area. The kitchen island was huge and the rest of the first floor had an open concept so we could all hang out. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. Very close to Broadway and the interstate. The house was so spacious, bedrooms everywhere! The third level was perfect for our group of 6 tween girls.. they called it “their apartment” and loved having their own space. All us Moms were able to have our own rooms on the first and second levels, so we were all very comfortable!

We rented this home for a 60th birthday party and it was a perfect fit for our group of 12. The house is beautiful and comfortably fit all of us without a problem. The house is a little far to walk to downtown but Ubers were easily available. Would stay here again without hesitation and the owner was very responsive.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The check in process was very easy and any questions were answered immediately by John. This is our 4th time in Nashville and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at. We had a group of 9 adults and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is very rare. The place is just as advertised. It was very clean and there were many supplies like toilet paper, trash bags and coffee pods for the Keurig provided. The view from the rooftop is amazing. It is a short walk to the Gulch where there are many little restaurants and coffee places and breweries ( Tailgate Brewery is a must for beer drinkers). It is about a mile walk to Broadway or an easy Uber ride. Do not hesitate to book here if you have a larger group. We would definitely come back here again!
