Courtside 117 - Recently Updated South Forest Beach Townhouse

Après des vacances à Courtside chaque année pendant 10 ans, notre famille a décidé qu'il était temps d'acheter une villa. Nous l'avons complètement rénové en février-mai 2015 et sommes impatients de partager notre joie avec vous en tant que vacancier à Hilton Head.
En entrant dans l'entrée, vous verrez un endroit lumineux et gai où séjourner et vous serez captivé par la vue sur la piscine depuis le premier étage et la chambre principale.
La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée jusqu’aux montants et un mur a été retiré pour un plan d’étage plus dégagé. De nouvelles armoires en érable avec éclairage sous les armoires ont été installées. De beaux granits de couleur crème et des appareils en acier inoxydable ont été ajoutés. Pour plus de commodité, vous trouverez une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la cuisine. De nouveaux plats, casseroles, poêles, couverts, verres et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas sont disponibles.
De nouveaux meubles, y compris un canapé-lit queen-plus avec un matelas en mousse et sans barres, ont été achetés pour le salon. La salle à manger a une nouvelle table à manger avec six chaises et trois tabourets mis en place pour le bar.
La chambre principale a un nouveau lit king size et l'autre chambre a deux nouveaux lits doubles. Pour votre confort, les deux chambres ont de nouveaux sommiers et matelas utilisés par Marriott, ainsi que leur propre salle de bains joliment décorée. Les 2 salles de bains à l'étage et la salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée ont été entièrement rénovées avec de nouvelles toilettes, des éviers, des éclairages et des meubles sur mesure.
Nouvelle tuile propre remplacé le tapis dans l'ensemble de l'unité.
L'unité est prête à fonctionner et à utiliser pour votre plus grand plaisir. Il y a trois téléviseurs HD LED à écran plat montés avec câble dans le salon et les deux chambres. Le salon a un lecteur de DVD blue ray. Le wifi est fourni pour votre "plaisir de surfer".
Un chariot de plage est prêt à être conduit à la plage de sable blanc qui est à seulement 5 minutes à pied.
Apportez votre équipement de tennis, car vous pouvez profiter d'une heure de tennis gratuite chaque jour au célèbre centre de tennis Van Der Meer situé en face du parking.

CS 117 was a very nice townhouse. Well supplied, clean and comfortable. All amenities you would ever need were at CS 117. This townhouse is nicely laid out. The area was very quiet. A very pretty view of the pool and courtyard from the happy hour terrace. The location was excellent for walking to the beach and area restaurants. I highly recommend this townhouse for your HHI stay. Nunzio Italian restaurant is a definite must do. Amigo’s is very cool for Mexican cantina feel and the food is very fresh and delicious oh yeah the Margaritas are yummy. Enjoy.

Much needed summer vacation
We have stayed at Courtside before. Love the location and proximity to the beach and Coligny. We plan on returning! Upon arrival to Courtside 117 the condo was not clean, sheets had suspicious stains, floor was filthy, glass door out to the balcony was filthy. I spent 2 hours cleaning the condo just so we could settle in. I did not have nor was I going to pay for cleaner for the glass sliding door...very gross. Condo was great once it was properly cleaned and sheets and towels were washed.

We have stayed in courtside before and this was our 7th year visiting HHI. Our stay was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beds were pretty comfortable, and location worked really well for our family. The door lock didn’t engage when we were leaving the rental. It took many tries and turns of the handle to get it to lock. One night the thermostat completely turned off. We almost had someone come out but then it kicked back on. The rental company handled my call at 9:30pm very professionally. We had issues running out of hot water the last two days of our stay. It was weird because the first day when we showered it was no issue. We didn’t end up calling about it, but I’m sure I’d we had someone would have helped fix the situation.
All in all it was a great trip and we would considering staying here again!

This 2 bedroom condo is close to Coligny Beach, Coligny plaza, restaurants and shops. It is spacious and has a view of their pool and courtyard. Beds are comfortable. We rented beach bikes and this location has easy access to pathways and the beach.

Courtside is perfectly situated near the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Unit layout is great with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Checked in on Sunday night and the process was easy and seamless even though the office was closed. Overall a very good trip to Hilton Head Island.

Great location
My husband and I travel to Hilton Head frequently so we are very familiar with the area. We love being in walking distance to the beach and also close to Coligny which offers dining and shops. This unit was perfect for us. We initially had an issue with the front door lock which was quickly addressed by the property manager. I would not hesitate to book this unit again. It is exactly as described.

Condo was clean which is very important to us with the exception of the two rugs in the entry way kitchen (I washed the entry way rug as soon as we arrived). The kitchen was recently updated; however, was not at all well equipped. Several lights were out in the condo. The coach in the living room could be replaced as cushions continually slid out We put sheets over it as we didn't feel comfortable laying on it. Overall, the condo was fine, but didn't feel homey as far as decorating, etc. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really like Courtside, so the location was great.

Family vacation
We really enjoyed the location near Van der Meer tennis Academy and the beach. The pool was close to the condo but could be loud at night as some others did not adhere to rules of it closing at 10pm. The condo was clean and as advertised. Overall a great place to stay.

A short visit but a lovely one!
Our condo was exactly as described and was tidy and clean when we arrived. We did have a notice that the pool was closed, but we understand at times, maintenance is unavoidable and perhaps that wasn't know when we booked! Unfortunately, we left after only one night on the property due to the Canadian government asking citizens to return to Canada due to the Corona virus, however we will be back, largely due to the warm welcome we received upon our arrival and the communication we received from the property manager when we returned to Canada. We hope every stays safe and is looking forward to life getting back to normal!

Peaceful
My family spent Thanksgiving on Hilton Head Island. We were able to get rest and to relax. There is a lot to do around the property. Great view of the pool. There is ample space for a family of 6.

Great location, quiet space!!
The Courtside Unit 117 was a very nicely appointed condo with updated kitchen and living area. The view to the pool is lovely and the gardens are very well maintained.
Just a short walk to the beach and a small shopping complex and grocery store.
I would recommend the condo for location and good price.
Cons - There are stairs up to the condo and stairs to the bedrooms so the condo layout could pose concerns for those with mobility issues. (bringing in luggage and groceries)
It would of been nice to have windows in the bedrooms that opened for fresh air and a kettle in the kitchen. I would rate this condo 8/10 for location, comfort and price.

Most relaxing vacation ever!
It was a girlfriends' week of fabulous beach time, biking the island, having fabulous food & drinks and day trip to Harbor Town & Savannah! Love this property and the ability to walk out the back steps to the lovely pool. So close to the beach! The space, comfy beds and quietness of this property made for great accomodations! We'll be back. Very good $$ value!

Clean, beautifully furnished. Having 3 bathrooms is a blessing. Short walk to pool, 7 minutes to beach. Loved being close to Coligny Plaza (long walk, short drive). Darling spiral stairs to pool which is great, not too crowded (and 2nd pool on property!). Would definitely stay here again!

Great Unit
The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the upgrades, and it had a more open feel than the rest of the units at Courtside that we had seen. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, tools, etc. The smart tvs were an added bonus.
We had no issues whatsoever, and would definitely return.
The pool was nice, but very crowded the week we were there, and the spiral steps going down the pool were a bit difficult with young children. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk.

I had no idea where to rent on Hilton Head, but I knew what I wanted in a rental. Courtside 117 was not only comfortable and spacious for my family of 4, but the location could not have been better!! We were a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and about a 10-12 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which was filled with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. We spent many evenings there so having it close by was very convenient and spared us the hassle of finding a place to park. The property was also very close to the pool (we could see it from our terrace and living room window). It had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely book here again!

We travel to Hilton Head every year for a girls’ trip and we chose Courtside 117 this year. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. The pool in the courtyard made it easy to walk down and cool off when we didn’t want to walk to the beach (which was an easy 5 minute walk). It is also a 10 minute walk from all of the restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Lovely property!
