Clean, east access to water, wonderful weekend by all!

This home away from home was such a wonderful setting for the total eclipse in the soft balmy air of a Texas April. We read all the five star reviews and were not disappointed. There are great attractions minutes away. Jessica responded quickly to any questions. Would love to return.

This is our 3rd stay and we had no issues as usual. Great communication with the owners. The place is big enough for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. We will be back again next year!

LOVED our stay. It was perfect for our family. The big trees keep the backyard area shaded during the day and the water is so pretty off the pier. The house is set up to accommodate big groups. It was so nice to spend time with family and stay in the same house. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our family’s 6th year to stay here and it was just as wonderful as it always is! There was a problem with the water heater and the owners promptly drove several miles to come replace it. We even had the opportunity to meet and they are an awesome couple! The house is very roomy with a boat slip and a lift which is an important feature for us. We always feel like we’ve come home to an old friend when we arrive at the house. We have made many great memories here and plan to make many more!

Absolutely loved it! Our family from 64-3 years old, enjoyed everything, sunsets, coffee on the upper deck, fishing, jet skiing, floating off the dock. Spacious rooms, plenty room for 12 of us, bbq pit, (great neighbors, even brought us watermelon, and entertainment with their dogs😀! We have discussed coming back next year!

This place was great, particularly because it was directly on the water with an awesome dock. Jessica was very helpful and responsive, and everything was clean and comfortable. Nothing here is a complaint at all, this is just to help you prepare: 1.) bring your own charcoal, and maybe grill brush. The grill worked but has seen better days. 2.) bring your own floats. 3.) do not plan on watching much TV, there is only one TV and it is small. If you want to sit around and watch sports, bring a projector setup. If you have kids, bring an iPad. 4.) the upper part of the dock with the awesome deck doesn't have lights, so bring some lanterns if you want to hang out there at night and need to see. I'll definitely do this next time because it would be fun to play some games out near the water. 5.) two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, the primary upstairs has a dedicated bathroom, and the last room upstairs has a dedicated bathroom BUT it is down a hallway and there is not an actual door to the room. 6.) if you bring pets and don't trust them not to jump in the lake, bring two child gates to lock them on the patio. The back yard is gated on the sides, but it is open to the dock and the water. I would definitely recommend this rental!

This house is absolutely beautiful, and the easy access to the lake made the whole trip so relaxing. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Our large group had a great time and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and be comfortable.

We had a great time on our family lake trip. This is our second time staying here, just as good as we remembered! Comfortable home, great location on the lake and hosts that are responsive and easy to work with.

We love staying at this house for our lake trips with friends and family. It is always clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials, and the boat dock and lift is a huge bonus. We are repeat visitors and are looking forward to our next stay here.

We had 7 guys for a golf weekend. Outdoor spaces were great, there were plenty of chairs for everyone. House provided everything we needed for our group. Thanks for hosting us.

The house inside was clean. The up stairs balcony not so much. The back patio and dock were nice. There’s only one tv in the living room and it was like 15 inches. Not great for the kids or teen after a long day on the lake. Matter of fact they have absolutely nothing for kids. Not even a pool noddle. We’ve rented so many places on LBJ and have never had absolutely nothing for the kids…disappointing. When we asked where the nearest rental place was the reply was “it’s called Google”. So I would Google somewhere else to stay…

This is our second time to stay at this property. Like the first time, we had a wonderful stay. The owners are very accommodating and quick to reply to messages. The house sits on a quiet street and is clean and well equipped. We look forward to returning.

We had a family of 13 and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everybody. The owners/managers were very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for everything!!!

We rented this to house a group of friends and family for a wedding. The accommodations were spot on and easily accommodated our group of 11 guests., including two under 4 years old. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The directions provided were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed the deck by the river each morning and evening. I would highly recommend this house for your next getaway, I know we’ll be back!

Once again we had a great time. The kids love floating in the lake and jumping off the dock. The house is great. Everyone has plenty of room and privacy. Thanks again.

We will definitely be coming back. The house was clean and well stocked. We arrived late Thursday and never left until Sunday morning. We cooked all our meals, boated, ate on the top deck. It was ideal for our family ages 12-71.

We had a blast house had tons of room. My daughter invited several of her friends and we had plenty of room. Nice neighborhood and best. You are right on the lake. The kids loved the water We will return

What a blessing to have had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful lake front home. The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was a great size and well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. We echoed sitting on the back deck and watching boats go by. We brought our own boat and used the boat dock. It was outstanding. What a great property!!!

This makes five years that our family has stayed here! The arrangement of the home is just perfect for a large family gathering! The kitchen and living area are roomy and a great place to gather for meals or play games. The close proximity to the lake, the shady yard and the boat lift all make for a perfect place to stay. The owners are quick to answer questions and a delight to work with! We’re looking forward to our next visit in 2023.

Beautiful home, great location, most everything we needed and an HEB just down the road in Kingsland. We loved it and had a great time.
