Absolutely fantastic location and property! It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with each of the kids having their own bedroom. Even though it was early for the warmer temperatures, the owner was willing to make sure the pool was heated for us. Check in / check out communication was well done and easy. The location is right next to the most social part of Springdale for restaurants, stores, etc. and just down the road from the entrance to Zion. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Springdale, Utah. The house was in a perfect location for access to Zion Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location and the views were amazing! We also used the shuttle system in town and this was very convenient. Highly recommend this rental if you want to be near town, Zion Park, and beautiful views

Great location close to town and the park. Gorgeous views all around. Could use a little TLC tho - blinds in one room wouldn’t open, mold in the jets of the jacuzzi tub, lightbulbs out or flickering fixtures. Tori was very warm and helpful

A beautiful home conveniently located near all the fun in Zion. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the pool after full days of hiking and biking. The scenery surrounding the home is stunning from the highest peak showing through large windows, to the sound of the Virgin River rushing by the rear of the property.

There were seven of us ladies in this amazing home that is just moments away from the entrance to Zion national park. We loved the pool and river access and all the wonderful amenities of the home. Would return here with a big group in a heartbeat!

We had a September family vacation to Zion. The VRBO was a perfect location to catch the shuttle conveniently into and out of Zion National Park. There are 9 shuttle stops and the nearest shuttle was a short walk from the VRBO. As described in the listing, we enjoyed the grill, hot tub, pool, patio and outdoor dining along the Virgin River with breathtaking views of the mountains in the background. Some of us rented e-bikes nearby and rode them into the national park. The home was well stocked with laundry, kitchen and bath cleaning supplies, bathroom products and hairdryers. Pool and bath towels were plentiful and the VRBO had pool toys and bikes too. Groceries were expensive in Springdale so suggest buying elsewhere and/or bringing frozen food along and paper products. If planning to use the kitchen, the cutting knives, mixing/serving bowls and pots and pans were well worn and few. The home's screen doors did not work properly, which we relied on for cooling the home at night with the indoor temp set at 73 degrees and windows that did not open. However, the location and outdoor amenities of this VRBO made up for the few deficiencies we experienced. We recommend making a reservation at Bit and Spur restaurant which had outdoor dining and music. The townhome owner/manager, Tori, was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. She let us check in early and check out a little later than usually required. All in all, we would highly recommend this VRBO!

We had 5 adults in 3 of the bedrooms. Plenty of space for three units to be split up. 4 would have been fine too. Plenty of things to do within walking distance and on the property. Shuttle stop was right there too. Communicative host at all times.

Hiking the Narrows was on my mom's bucket list for her 60th. It was a big deal to be together as a big family and to be comfortable in our accommodations. This home and host exceeded our expectations. Tori was very attentive and helpful. Her home is even better than the pics and matterport tour. We were all so comfortable and felt right at home. Big kitchen (we cooked every meal), perfect sized pool, hot tub for relaxing, and oh.... those views!!! It was an 11 out of 10 for us!

We were a family of six (husband, wife, two children, and in laws). The layout of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. Both sets of adults had their own bathroom and the kids each had their own room and shared a bathroom. The outside space was great for relaxing after a long day in the park. The Springdale shuttle is close by and there were lots of restaurants to choose from. The owner, Tori, has a binder full of information which is especially helpful in a city you are unfamiliar with. We would definitely stay here again.

We had ten people in our group, including four kids under ten years old. The house was perfect. We were so close to the park that some of us would hike in the morning, before it got too hot, then spend the afternoon in the pool or in the river. The outside area was comfortable and so well designed. We felt like we were in a sanctuary, on our own, but we were also really close to everything. The views were amazing from the pool area and from the living room and kitchen. We absolutely loved our vacation, and a big reason was because of the house. Tori was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed.

This house has it all! The amazing master bedroom has a lovely patio with gliders on it where we went out nightly to sit and see the stars and look into the Milky Way! You can see the river from there which is a stone's throw away. We ate dinner most nights on the table right along the river. After some hours in Zion it was wonderful to hop on the shuttle that was just a 5 minute walk from the house and we would swim in the wonderful infinity pool or tube on the river just down the steps from the patio. The views of the mountains were spectactular from the house and yard. The house is advertised as 4 bedroom, but it has a theatre room with a very nice futon to sleep on and we made use of it! The air conditioning is nice and the ice maker makes lots of ice. So many places we have stayed in have ice makers that don't work for a group of 9 people. Tori is an amazing host who usually answers any messages you send her within minutes! She is gracious and kind and very accommodating! This is our second time here, and if we come to this area again we will definitely stay there!

Beautiful property with easy access to shuttle to Zion, restaurants and other locations like Bryce and Kolab. After hiking we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Quiet location and very scenic.

We loved having this home as our home base. We enjoyed Zion each morning and loved returning to the house in the afternoon during the heat of the day to swim and cool off. Home is well stocked and was comfortable for our group of 10.

We had a great time at this home. Home is gorgeous, like your own personal resort! Pool and hot tub were perfect. Dining by the river was amazing. Tori is fantastic, such great recommendations. We walked to restaurants, shops and hiking. It was a great vacation, we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place to stay with all the amazing scenery that grossly exceeded all expectations. My family of 4 plus 2 in-laws would stay here 10 out of 10 times when coming to Springdale. Tori was very accommodating and made very good recommendations during our stay. I think my kids played on every inch of the property and became expert lizard hunters during their stay! Every amenity was awesome and utilized after our long days of hikes in the National Parks. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Zion!

This is a beautiful home surrounded by all the beauty that nature can provide. The mountains provide a stunning backdrop and we enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunshine lighting up the mountains through the kitchen window! The house is very well appointed with everything you could need. The outdoor space is particularly special, and we enjoyed dining by the river, swimming & the jacuzzi. Host was quick to provide any instructions and suggestions for our stay. Loved the convenience to the shuttle, town & Zion. Would love to visit again!

Location was fabulous. The home was well stocked, clean, with updated furnishings. The bedding was upscale. Pool and hot tub were perfect after long hikes. The host was the best part. She was very accommodating and quick to communicate. She also gave wonderful recommendations for dining. This location was perfect for our large family vacation.

Perfect location! Next to shuttle stop 7 which is great because you will get a seat on the shuttle since u pick up people all the way to 1. Sleep to the sound of the river behind your house. Pool was great. Comfy bed in the master! Everything just wonderful

The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures. We had a group of 9 with plenty of room. Kids loved the swings and bikes. Adults enjoyed the patio and great views. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was convenient to shuttle stop. The host was friendly and very welcoming and helpful. Overall, great time and glad we stayed here.
