Visiting the area with friends for parents weekend and football game at Michigan. Convenient to campus - a short drive or a nice walk to get there. Ravi was responsive and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house itself has a lot of charm and character. There was plenty of room for everyone. The sleeping accommodations are very comfortable. The weather was beautiful during our stay so we spent the majority of the time outside enjoying the huge backyard. The proximity of the house to downtown Ann Arbor is amazing.
The host, Ravi, is very kind and was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Very old house that has been nicely updated. Plenty of room. It is not in a residential area, however is quite convenient to southwest Ann Arbor. The stadium is a bit of a walk, but easy to access.

Family Fun
We had a great stay. Owner, Ravi was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well supplied and the dining room table was big enough for all of us. This house is sheltered by large trees and the back has a wide yard surrounded by more trees and plants. It’s a house in the woods in the city. The loft was very spacious with three full sized beds—the kids loved it!

Family Christmas
We stayed here over Christmas to be able celebrate with our daughter who works at a local hospital. The property was everything we wanted and it felt like home. We cooked in the kitchen and had Christmas dinner at the beautiful dining room table. We sat around the large living room and enjoyed the fireplace while opening presents. The decorations are very fitting for the property and the old world European style was excellent for the holiday,
Our host Ravi was excellent and quick to reply to our requests and questions. He was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful comfortable house
I rented this for a college reunion for a group of sixty year olds. We all felt relaxed and accommodated. The kitchen was very good, and the dining and living rooms were comfortable and conducive to hours of hanging out.

Weekend Getaway
Very nice property, somehow manages to be very secluded and still be in town. Was nice to have a basketball court and a fire ring right in the backyard. Well lit at night for security, outside of property is under video surveillance.(may want to include that in description) House had everything we needed as far as amenities and supplies. Clean and comfortable.

Tons of charm
A fantastic place for our family to meet up. Overall a great place we enjoyed very much. Highway 94 runs close to the property so expect slight road noise, but even so, nice grounds with privacy and good location. Many amenities very close and only a couple miles straight down the road to Main St in Ann Arbor.

Ravi was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host. The residence was clean, well supplied, and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable and there was a surplus of linens on hand. We will definitely return if we return to the Ann Arbor area.

Fantastic stay
The house comfortably sleeps ten. I spent the weekend here with some family, and we had a great time. The property has a large backyard with a basketball court, which was a lot of fun. We were able to use the grill to cook out, and it is only a short ride from the downtown area.
Ravi is very easy to work with, and he provides a very detailed manual of everything included in the house.
I would definitely stay at the house again when I'm in Ann Arbor.

Great Family Spot
We stayed at Ravi's place this past weekend for our daughter's 16th birthday. We held a smallish party for her on Saturday night and it seemed to be the perfect place. Ravi was very accomodating with our needs for early check-in (we flew in from CA) and communicated with us about the details of the home. It is in a great location - close to everything Ann Arbor has to offer! If we have another family event in MI - I would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic in every way.
This house is as beautiful as it looks. We just spent our Thanksgiving weekend there and it was great. Very comfortable beds and bedding, nicely stocked kitchen, plush towels, lots of paper goods-everything was taken care of. Ravi was great, took us on a phone tour when we arrived and explained everything. We love this house and hope to stay there again sometime.

Feel right at home.
This was our first visit to Ann Arbor and we needed a house for 4 adults and 6 kids. This home was ideal. Clean, well stocked and a large property, basketball hoop, fire pit and grill.
You can hear the nearby hwy but couldn't feel more in the woods than we did. You are surrounded by trees and a large grass area. The house is quaint inside. You are also so close to downtown Ann Arbor. Less than 2 miles. We drove as we had kids, but one could walk.
It is an older house so water pressure was not so great but that was a minor issue for us. Ravi , the owner, was very polite and made this go very easily for us. Prompt and friendly communication made this rental transaction a very pleasant one! Thank you Ravi!

elegant, comfortable, just lovely
This place is all it states and more! Very clean, elegant inside and out, with beautiful property all around. The owner was a perfect host who was always available by phone to help(not that we needed any). It is just minutes from downtown Ann Arbor, but tucked away in a quiet spot. great for Michigan football weekend
House was clean, organized, with everything you would need for a fall Michigan football weekend. Ravi was very response to phone calls and emails. The kitchen is well stocked as well so that's something we were able to take advantage of. Plenty of outdoor space as well, including a basketball court and a secluded field. I don't have kids but would be convenient for your little ones to play (and safe!).

We stayed here in over the 4th of July holiday in 2014. Ravi was great and we were able to see fireworks nearby as well as have our own show. We even set-up a volleyball net and played some while were there. The families will definitely stay there again the next time we're all in Ann Arbor.

Wedding weekend
We had family gathering from several different states to attend a weekend wedding. There were several events planned in the Ann Arbor area and the house was centrally located to all of them. Being close to the highway and downtown, it was easy to come and go. It was so wonderful for our families to be able to stay in one place together. We had more than the limit on guests and Ravi graciously allowed us to bring extra bedding to accommodate everyone. The eight kids loved being able to all stay in the loft together. I would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity and highly recommend it to others.

We used the property for an officer retreat for our organization. 7 of us shared the property for the weekend and had a great meeting. Wifi handled all of us powered up and connected perfectly. Large dining room table perfect for 7 (or more) to meet and eat. Great living room for hanging out after the work was done. Three large private bedrooms and loft area with 3 more beds. Only 10 minutes from downtown and great eats (Zingermans Deli and Pizza House). Great property for work or play.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend with a group of friends (9 of us total) visiting Ann Arbor for the OSU vs. TSUN game. We took a short Uber ride to the game, then walked back to the house afterwards. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. Ravi handled everything professionally from start to finish. The man is a true BOSS. A+, would definitely rent again.

On Oct 15,16,17 we rented the above property. The picture does not do it justice. We can all find time to complain and be critics but seldom say thanks. We are saying thanks. From the time starting with my inquiry till we left on Sunday we could not have been treated any better by the owner. It was first class treatment for a great house in a great location. It is privacy at its best. When we arrived he walked us throu the house by phone explain every thing. It is completely furnished with modern appliances and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Location, location location. A huge Kroger is right around the corner, some of AA best rest. are 5min, campus and stadium are 10. It is right of 94 at Jackson road. Price wise for what you get more than competitive . If I were going to build or buy a home in AA that would be my location. We are making our plans to be back next year. ( Hopefully not as painful last 9 seconds) In summary a great place, a great location a great owner. Thanks Ravi Oops one last thing bring your own bars of soap. See you next year. We have always rented hotels in AA no more we found a home

This house is charming, clean, and had everything we needed for our four day family gathering. It was a comfortable home base to hang out in and to catch up with each other in between our venturing out. The kitchen is extremely well organized, as is the whole house. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the loft, a lovely space in and of itself, provided the extra room needed. The new, huge bathroom in the basement meant that there were no waits. We loved the laundry set up as well. The fact that we didn't need to buy things like laundry or dish soap and other incidentals was most appreciated! The location was perfect for us. We were minutes from groceries and restaurants and there was a park with a playground right across the street. I-94 was very close, and even though the house is on the west side of Ann Arbor it's near downtown, campus and the stadium. Ravi was helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!
