The property was just what we needed. A little get away to enjoy all that Seaside offers. Parking is tight but we parked on the street right outside of the main house. Had to walk down the short driveway to our cottage. Unique and cute cottage. We never cooked at home but we did use the washer and dryer. Very quick walk to the beach and pool. We leveraged the coupon for free bike rentals and enjoyed exploring the town. Perfect place for 2 people wanting a different experience than the traditional condo experience. Oh by the way - check in was great - we arrived later than expected and everything was simple and smooth to get into our cottage.

Tucked away on Natchez St. So close to the beach. Well appointed with nice washer and dryer. Excellent bedroom and shower. Nice pegs outside to hang towels and a hose outback to clean off feet. Only complaints were that too many decorative items in the kitchen which left no shelf or counter space, and the main house occupants blocked the drive which made it sometimes hard to get past with my bicycle without having to move their bikes. And lastly the house could use a broom and dust pant. The staff at homeowners was exceptional and was available, professional and so friendly.

Love Cabana Babe. Close to the beach and pool. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Seaside and Watercolor. Love the Wine Bar in Watercolor. Manager was great. Returned our call immediately on Sunday evening after dinner when our door code didn’t work. Would be nice to have a couple more coffee cups, wine glasses and drink cups. Just had two of each and really don’t mind washing by hand. More cups would be nice.

In general, any stay in Seaside is always a pleasure.Positive: We had not used this management company previously, but found them responsive and easy to deal with. They were accommodating of our requests when ever they could be.The house is small, but serviceable. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.Needs Improvement: The start up amenities were lacking. No tissues, no basic salt/pepper, not even one coffee filter (!), and basic bars of Dial soap in the bath. For these fees, we expect more.The house needs some attention re: appliances. The refrigerator took a really long time to cool down, the ice maker barely worked at all, and the washer connection sprayed water all over when we tried to use it. The kitchen could use some additional equipment as well - more than 2 coffee mugs, and something besides a super cheap plastic wine glass would have been appreciated.We will be back to Seaside, but doubt we'd rent this home again.

The location was perfect. Steps from the beach entry and about halfway between “downtown “ Seaside and Watercolor. Perfect size for two adults and the half bath was a plus. Small but functional kitchen . Only minor criticism would be the couch was a bit hard and some motion detector lighting would be nice at night for the path back to the cottage. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here for our minimoon. The location is amazing, you are right in the middle about 50 yards from the beach and 50 yards from the west pool easily walkable in 2 minutes or less. You get bikes with your rental but are 4 streets from the main square and can be there in less than 5 minutes. Parking is extremely easy and you are right across the street from the Truman show house which was a fun historical tid bit. Everything was extremely clean and the hosts go out of their way to help make your stay easier. My husband and I have already decided we will be coming back for our next beach vacation. Like previous reviews stated there is an antiquated beachy vibe and a multitude of Knick knacks. However it adds character and there is still plenty of room to get comfy, cool, clean. There is also a washer and dryer which made our stay extremely easy and the fridge is actually quite spacious. I 100% recommend this stay for 2 people, you might be able to fit an extra younger child or two but it is a guest house and on the smaller side(completely accurate pictures and listing). Thank you guys for making our minimoon so memorable! Hopefully, see you again soon!

Easy walk to the beach and pool. So close to central Seaside while far enough away for peace and quiet. The cottage is a perfect size for 2, the kitchen is quite small but big enough to fix a small meal. Would definitely rent again!

Great location and host
The management company, Homeowners Collection, had a tote bag with beach towels, wine, and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. This charming guest cottage was conveniently located close to the beach as well as the west end pool. It was quiet here and a only a short walk to the bustle of Seaside. Fun fact: it's directly across the street from The Truman Show cottage. We would rebook this location without hesitation.

What started as an extended weekend at a beach retreat turned into a very great experience. The small two story home was plenty for us and a great surprise when we started researching the Truman show while we were there. Clean home, beautiful town, great experience.

The wifi is incredibly slow, desperately needs to be upgraded. The kitchen is so small, which is fine, so there needs to be less "stuff" on the shelves, walls and counters.

Very cute place
I didn’t realize that there were multiple units at this dwelling but I think we were the only ones there this past weekend. This place is tiny but has so much charm and I love the decor! I was hoping that construction next door was done but it wasn’t. Luckily we only heard construction noise one day. Everything worked well and we were right across the road from the beach, however our beach pavilion was closed most of the time for repairs but we just went to the Odessa st. Pavilion. I love this town. We went to foow {fish out of water} for our anniversary and had a very nice meal..loved the whole experience.
