Location and the studio itself were awesome - absolute gem!

Very clean, neat & well-appointed studio. Short walk to beautiful coast & nearby cafés. Beautiful cycle route through forest to Margaret River town with its eclectic shops & eateries. Short drive to numerous wineries. Definitely recommend & will stay again. 😁

My recent stay at the Stayz studio in Prevelly was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a hidden gem that would provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle offering a quiet place to work. First and foremost, thank you to Pip & Mark. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this studio certainly delivered. It was spotless! The attention to detail was evident, and every nook and cranny was immaculate. With its tasteful décor, the interior is a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and coastal charm. The soothing color palette and furnishings created a serene and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features of this studio was the incredible tranquility it offered, especially at night. With the waves crashing gently in the background, there was an almost meditative quality to the silence. It was a rare and welcome respite and I found myself falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, and it was nothing short of magical. The location itself couldn't have been better. Being just steps away from the beach meant that I could easily take leisurely strolls along the shore, soak in the sunsets, or simply relax by the water. It felt like a true coastal retreat. In summary, my stay at the Stayz studio by the beach was an absolute delight. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and offered a level of serenity that's hard to come by. It truly felt like a "control, alt, delete" for the soul. :-)

The property is very clean and tidy. Just perfect for a couple. The beach is a short walk through the dunes. The ocean is beautiful and refreshing. A short walk to the local pub where the staff are friendly with nice food and a million dollar view. My favourite place to wind down and recharge the batteries.

We stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and quite . The studio does have a small kitchenette for cooking and we did stop at Coles to purchase evening meals. Located only a 8 minute drive from the Margaret River town centre. Wineries, breweries , olive oil farm and Lake Cave was only a short drive.

Fabulous place for a quiet stay. Beach so close you fall asleep listening to the surf. Local store up the road stocks essential supplies and staff friendly. I will return.

Cleanliness was exemplary. Plush towels, comfortable bed. We congratulate and thank the owner on their maintenance of their property.

Was a wonderful stay,the only thing was it was a bit hot in the bedroom, would of been nice to have aircon or a fan.

Great studio, very clean, big shower, clean bed, comfy couch. Location is great, just across from the beach and 10 minute drive to Margaret River township. Only thing was some small ants in the bathroom but not really an issue.

The property is in very good condition, very clean, the area is quiet, the beach is a 5 mins walk away.
