The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The only thing was the ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working properly and the bedroom TV remotes would not work. Was able to turn TV on manually, but could not figure out how to manual change the channels due to no buttons on the TV for that. We did not complain for it was not a big deal. However, we did mention it upon checkout. We would definitely stay at this location and in this unit again. Highly recommend.

We loved this condo!! The view of the water is great. The decor is so fresh and modern - very, very nice. Location is perfect to be able to walk the town and shoreline. We saw beautiful sunsets sipping cocktails on the balcony. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The unit was lovely, nicely renovated, & well appointed with everything for our one week visit. Lucky for us, the weather was sunny & warm all week so we were really able to enjoy the deck & beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix.This is our fourth stay at Water Street Inn, so, obviously, we love it. The whole property is well maintained & the common areas are all clean & very lovely looking with all the blooming flowers. And all the people working at the desk were very friendly & accommodating.We also really enjoy staying in Boyne City because it is quieter & less hectic than the other cities on the lake. At the same time, it is very convenient for excursions to Petoskey, Charlevoix, & Traverse City.

Very nice stay in this updated unit. Great view of the lake from the windows and balcony. Convenient walk to town and what it has to offer. A/C is a wall unit near the bedroom so it might pose a noise issue for some, but it kept the unit cool. Kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. The bathroom had a clever two vanity setup, though the lighting could be brighter. Would definitely book again. We somehow missed the available option of daily room cleaning.

Rooms are always nice but this unit has been remodeled, so we tend to choose it more often. One feature we like is the bedroom is upstairs. The staff is always friendly and the heyless entry makes it nice, not having to carry a key around.
