Ce début chalet des années 1900 a été tendrement et restaurée avec goût créant une retraite privée et captivante pour vous et votre bien-aimé. Vous sentez l'effort d'anticiper vos besoins pour un séjour mémorable et la reconstitution, y compris une bouteille de vin et le chocolat invitant un toast à «votre» séjour.
les ponts avant et arrière entouré de vieux chênes et de pins, plus un charmant jardin fleuri d'améliorer l'ambiance de cette maison très privée.
L'air de l'océan croustillante vous accueillera matin et soir. Tous vos sens seront exacerbées que vous écoutez l'écorce éloigné des phoques et des vagues qui se brisent. Cerfs marchent dans votre cour avant avec le raton laveur, l'écureuil, le dindon sauvage, et la couvée jamais chéri de caille. Une myriade d'oiseaux fournissent à eux seuls des heures de divertissement.
Profitez du lit king size, et une cheminée à gaz confortable après une journée de découverte.
Marchez nuit ou le jour de l'océan et la chasse aux animaux sauvages dans les bassins de marée où vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder les loutres, les baleines à bosse et des dauphins (de saison). Apportez vos chaussures confortables - il est montée sur le chemin de retour, mais ça vaut le coup!

This was the perfect spot to relax after traveling for 2 weeks. The views of the ocean from the parks and Moonstone Beach were great. The elephant seals were an amazing sight.

One could walk easily to the ocean, the cottage is very well equipped, quant and serene location. We love staying here.

The cottage provided us a lovely place to stay in one of our favorite places to get away: quiet, private, immaculate, and caringly maintained. The only potential problem being that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom (weak bladders and old, unsteady legs look elsewhere). Sharon and Don have thought of literally everything else: luxurious linens, choice of wine,wellstocked kitchen and caring details throughout - feels like a home away from home.

Property was fine. Good location near Fiscalini beach walk. TV and controls not working properly; might have been a battery issue, but some streaming service seemed inaccessible. I’m sure an easy fix! Overall great, though, and would stay there again!

My husband and I have stayed here before and keep coming back. This cottage has always been clean. Has everything we need. The host is easy to communicate with and so pleasant.

This was the perfect place for our girls’ getaway! The Cottage is affordable, in a great location (out of the way, yet just a short drive to town), well appointed, well stocked (so many towels and blankets!), comfortable, clean, and just lovely. The only negative is that the bathroom and bedroom are on separate floors, but some places have their quirks, and it’s quite doable. The hosts were super accommodating, kind, and helpful. We hope to stay again!!

The cabin was so clean and nicely decorated. Located in a wonderful neighborhood with some wildlife (deer) walking around. Exactly what we expected and needed.

Such a cute & comfy cottage!!! It was great to have a full kitchen for a quick breakfast before we started our day. Everything, from towels to blankets to kitchen essentials, was well stocked beyond our expectations. The living room was awesome, the fireplace made it even more cozy. It was like coming home after the days adventures! We will definitely like to stay here next time we visit SLO County!!

A curious small cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The weather was good for many hikes in and around Cambria.
The pictures in the listing of the interior are different from what it currently looks like. Furniture has been added and makes it crowded.
Guests who are regular nighttime bathroom users need to anticipate a long walk to the upstairs bathroom. There is no bathroom near the bedroom downstairs as mentioned in the descriptive part of this listing.
The large collection of DVD's was fun to explore and watching a few classics was enjoyable. The purpose of 4 trashcans in the kitchen is still a mystery.

This cottage is so cute and quaint. The layout is quirky yet everything is as shown and explained in the listing. Two beautiful decks PLUS an outdoor garden. For me, the amazing unique garden window was the highlight. It’s so unique bringing the outside in. My stay was cut short due to some issues in the cottage following historic CA rainstorm. The owner was kind and generous and incredibly communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Lovers Cottage again.

Cottage was clean and smelled fresh. Pleant ow towels, good water pressure, and most important, a comfortable bed! Wine and chocolates were a nice touch.
Once i got used to not having ghe bathroom on the same level as the bedroom...
Really nice neighborhood, close to everything, and especially the nature preserve.
We had a delightful stay of 4 nights. Wished it were longer!

My spouse and I commented to each other numerous times how comfortable and cozy the cottage was and how we would absolutely live there full time if given the opportunity! Our favorite room was the den - the light was amazing and the couch was so comfortable. I spent many hours on the deck too watching the birds, deer and squirrel. We enjoyed walking at night and seeing all the wildlife. We never once felt the need to turn on the tv. It was the perfect getaway. My husband was disappointed that the WiFi signal didn’t reach the bedroom - but then he also commented that he felt asleep but more quickly when going to bed too lol! We would absolutely 100% stay there again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. I have never stayed at a rental that was so clean. I felt at home (but it was better than home!).
Additionally the kitchen was extremely well stocked with spices, and all the basic cooking tools that you need.
Accommodations were extremely comfortable. Thank you Sharon for making such a wonderful experience for me and my family. We really needed to get away and make some memories. I hope to stay again soon!

Our "Beach Week" experience
Quiet neighborhood; easy access; welcoming, nearly all the conveniences of home in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom; comfy couch; books & videos, towels & pillows & decor galore! We enjoyed our stay, and will recommend it to others, bearing in mind there are low ceilings and lots of stairs! The host was very accessible and the cost for the week, very reasonable.

A lovely cottage!
Cambria Lover Cottage is a fantastic, special and beautiful place. We highly recommend this very pretty gem. The cottage is gorgeously decorated and the attention to detail is stunning. A bottle of wine and tasty chocolates to welcome us was a very sweet touch.
The deck extends the living area and we enjoyed many meals accompanied by graceful deer and an occasional group of wild turkeys in the gardens below.
The bed is super comfortable and cozy. Everything is well stocked and easy to find.
Sharon is a wonderful and accommodating host and communication is quick and clear.
Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable.
We would love to come back and visit again.

Heavenly Retreat Never Disappoints
We have lost count of the number of times we enjoyed this comfortable cottage! The decor is so warm, relaxed, and sprinkled with cute touches. We sleep well in the super comfortable King bed in the cool, dark bedroom. We love staying at the cottage to decompress and take lots of walks at Fiscalini Ranch. We’ll be back!

Perfect place for long weekend getaway. The location was good, we saw deer most days as we were sitting on the deck. There is a main house on the same property. Would not hesitate to book again.
