I believe this is the fourth time I have stayed at Roger's house in Aberdeen. You couldn't ask for a better experience. In fact, I'm going to reserve it again for my next trip, right now !!

My sister and I grew up in Aberdeen. Mom is now in assisted living facility. Sunday was her 93rd Birthday. We got a chance to visit her, relatives and friends. The home was clean, well cared for and suited all of our needs. So much nicer then spending time in a hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was very well stocked with a wide variety pots, pans, and electric cooking appliances. A very comfortable and "homey" feel to the whole house.

The house was our home-away-from-home for the week and it felt like we were really in our own house. All the amenities were provided and the three of us had space to socialize together or enjoy time apart as need. Roger answered our questions promptly, but also gave us our space during our stay! Great hosts and great house!

We absolutely loved staying in this home. We have been coming to Aberdeen every summer for the past five years. This was the first year that we rented a home in the area. The house is centrally located and only a few minutes away from Storybook Land/Wylie Park, the aquatic center, downtown area, and more! It was wonderful to make breakfast in the morning before heading out the door with the kids. The house is stocked with amenities and modern appliances - everything you need! We really enjoyed the little extras - like homemade laundry soap and hand soaps. They also had a nice collection of games to play. We very much appreciated that it had a garage as well. We will definitely be back! If you are planning a vacation to Aberdeen, you will love this home.

My mother and I stayed at Roger and Tammy's house. It was truly a 'home away from home'! The house was immaculately clean, well decorated, instructions were very clear, the amenities such as coffee, homemade soap and comfortable beds were greatly appreciated. The owners reached out to us before our arrival. We felt very welcome! This is our new favorite place to stay in Aberdeen, SD!

This place was great! We didn't need to buy anything because this place had everything we needed. We had a group of 4 people, so the only thing that would've made this place perfect is a 4th bed! We'd definitely stay again! Communication was the best! Thank you for allowing us in the home!

Great House in a good location. All the amenities were there including things that normally dont get included so it really was a "home away from home" Will rebook for next year if possible!

This place was perfect for a 5-night stay during a trip for some pheasant and duck hunting (no dogs!). This property is as clean as can be and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. The house is older, but shows little wear and tear. Communication with the owner (not a property manager) was excellent, and check in took nothing more than a code. Again, the place was immaculately clean. Have confidence that the pictures accurately depict the property, and have no hesitation when considering this place for a short-term stay in Aberdeen. I know I’ll be back. Jay Anacortes, WA

I was in Aberdeen on a business trip. The home was perfect! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property was super clean. It was nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped just like my kitchen at home. The property owner responded within minutes when I had questions, always able to help me. I will stay here again on my next trip to Aberdeen. Highly recommend this home - it will be a wonderful home away from home.

We came to Aberdeen to have a back surgery done. If any one wants feedback on the accessibility of the home if you’re physically impaired, here was our experience. First of all our experience was great! There is a spacious carport /garage in which you can unload your vehicle. There are three steps going into the home. There is no ramp. It is not set up for a wheelchair. Once in the home everything you need is on the main level. With no more steps. (Note: 2 bedrooms and a full bath on main floor. One bedroom and full bath in the basement.) As far as the main level bathroom, we understood you had to bring your own shower chair, suction cup grab bar to put on the shower wall, and portable high-rise toilet seat, because it is a low rise toilet. Overall the home has a pleasant character, our stay was comfortable, and the host was good to work with.

Clean. Cozy. Close to grocery. Central location. Nice to have off-street parking.

The owners of this home are all about hospitality. The house is outfitted with any kitchen ware one could need (and a new electric stove!). The washer and dryer are wonderful to have available. There are more towels and blankets than we need. The neighborhood is very quiet, aside from the distant train sounds - which I like. The instruction binder is very helpful and the owner responds to texts quickly. All around 5 star!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Aberdeen visiting our son. Thank you for the comfortable home away from home!

Beautiful property from the stunning landscaping to the charming decorating. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation. Very peaceful place to relax and enjoy a vacation in SD, close to Storybook Land and shopping. Our second stay at property. Property Manager very accommodating and responsive. Property very well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

Our family took our FIRST vacation to Aberdeen and stayed here! The house is exactly what we needed, and very close to the places we were going! We would love to come back!

We were really impressed with how nice the space was for visiting with loved ones. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the patio furniture in the garage made for some nice time outside under the car port no matter the weather. There was plenty of seating and thoughtful things like games. The place was clean and having two bathrooms and laundry machines was useful. Notes left by the owner were helpful. Note, the basement gets quite cool with the house AC on

With a garage to pull the vehicle into each evening, every dish and pot or pan that we could need and laundry facilities, this was like being at home. The hosts have thought of everything: alarm clocks, night lights, plenty of blankets (wonderful handmade quilts!) so that the stay is most enjoyable.

Cozy accommodations with wonderful wood finishes inside. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room. We hope to be able to use it again.

My children, ages 4, 6, and 17, arrived to the home after spending 7 hours in the car together. It felt great to be able to stretch out and we were all excited to tour our home away from home. We felt very comfortable the moment we stepped into the home and it was great to have enough space for the younger children to be play and be active - far better than any hotel room or suite ever could be for us. After busy days of visiting family members in the area, we were able to rest really well in our own space and wake up fully refreshed each morning. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to just relax in the home because there are games to play, books to read, and movies to watch. This was our first VRBO experience and we are hooked - not only do we hope to return to this property, we can't wait to try out others!

The house was very nice. It was well furnished. The garage and carport are nice for gathering outside. The basement ceiling is a little low for people over six feet tall. The bed in the basement is very soft - too soft.

Nice clean and very cute home. We really enjoyed our stay there. House was very nice and owners respond quickly with answering any and all questions.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house very much! The location was great! It was nice having all the conveniences of home. We had fun being able to cook and entertain my son and his friends who are college students in Aberdeen. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but Roger was quick to respond and get things worked out. My only recommendation for improvement in this home would be new mattresses for the beds in the near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
