Wife and I snuck away for a long weekend escape. So glad we landed here! Fantastic location, great views, very clean, well stocked and great communication from the property manager. Have stayed at several VRBO and Air B&Bs, and this has been one of the best by far! Kathy was very responsive and accommodating. 10 out 10!

There are only superlatives to describe the Lake Travis Treehouse! The communication with the property owner, Kathy, was outstanding from start to finish. She is so gracious and quickly provided lots of helpful information about activities in the area and everything our family (three adults and our two college-aged sons). needed to settle in comfortably. She responded immediately to any questions. As for the house - AMAZING! The view from the pool and spa is simply stunning. You truly feel like you are in a grown-up, luxury treehouse. Inside, the house is so comfortable and gracious. There are lots of windows with bright natural light and adequate shades for nighttime. The beds are heavenly, the bathrooms have great showers and are well-stocked with amenities and fluffy towels. The ktichen is well-stocked with dishes and every small and large appliance one might need. The appliances are all new and top notch. Everything, from the thermostats, to TV, to WIFI, to sound system, to pool were easy to control and adjust. We booked a pontoon for the lake and in-home massages, based on info Kathy provided. There were plenty of dining options nearby and many outstanding restaurants a short drive into Austin. Some of the best BBQ we've had (and we're from Texas) was takeout from Jim's Smokehouse, a food truck 15 minutes from the house! We so enjoyed the balance of relaxation and fun activities in the gorgeous setting and loved our Thanksgiving getaway - our stay was perfection!

We were looking for a last-minute Texas getaway to spend time as a family together. We wanted some thing where we could spend time together and not feel like we had to run here or there to enjoy our trip. This home is remarkable! Accommodations, the home, the pool, the views are second to none and all of the little details and things that you would think you would need we’re all there, and then some! The lake was awesome, even spent a day enjoying it despite lower lake levels. The property owner was one of the most communicative and helpful that I’ve experienced on VRBO. We tend not to be repeat travelers due to our sense of adventure, but my wife and I both agreed this place would be on a short list to return to. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate to book!

Loved the shade from all the trees, wish the lake level hadn’t been so low, but we knew that before we arrived.

From the communication to the accommodation, five stars across the board. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, stocked house, spectacular views and easy water access. (It’s a bit of a hike to the water because of the low water levels so steer clear if any problems with a good hike up some stairs). But the dock is accessible even in the low water. Local boat companies will pick you up at the dock which was a HUGE bonus for us. There are plenty of water toys to use including kayaks and floaties which make a day on the dock pretty enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and the host was fantastic.Cheers

We love staying at this property. It is a beautiful house overlooking the lake. Luxurious pool and hot tub The house inside is very well equipped and features a beautiful well-stocked kitchen. Great amenities, great location and the most beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake. The owner is very communicative and accessible. Well worth the price.

The overall property is private, scenic, true lake-front, and offers beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The main house was comfortable, spacious, and offered an open concept kitchen, stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances one could possibly need. The path down to the dock was well maintained. We did not make use of the kayaks due to wind, but it was nice to see the equipment that existed. I would gladly stay here again and the owner's communication was top-notch.

We had an amazing weekend at Lake Travis staying at this hidden oasis. Everything was fantastic, communication with the host was next-level, very clean, quiet, couldn't recommend it enough. Look no further than this perfect home for a weekend or week away!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the lake house and at the property! Kathy is hands down the best property manager we have ever experienced through VRBO. We have rented many homes over the years and she takes the cake. Kathy is extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The linens were top notch, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed. Overall, my family had a wonderful experience. My fourteen year just said the other day, “Can we go back to the lake house, that was really fun”. That’s a huge compliment from a fourteen year old boy! We will be back!

This was the third time we've stayed at this property and it is consistently wonderful. The house, outside areas and pool are always clean and fresh and the home is stocked with everything you need. The owner is super responsive and works so hard to make sure everything is great for you. You have questions - she'll get right back to you. Any issues - she'll make it right immediately and then add a cherry on top. The place is lovely, the location is perfect, the setting is fun and relaxing. We've enjoyed each of our stays and plan to be back. Thank you!

The pictures did not do the house justice. It was beyond beautiful. The views were amazing, the pool and hot tub were awesome with a great view of the lake. The owner, Kathy was amazing, and anticipated all our needs. She was so kind and amazing to work with. We will definitely come back here to stay again the next time we are in the area!

Better than a five-star resort! The pool and spa were pristine and perfectly sited on the property so we could enjoy the view from both the pool and from the house and porch. The thoughtful touches from the owner made us feel welcome and added to our enjoyment. The boathouse and kayaks were a fun part of our weekend. We especially loved being out on the shaded porch with the comfortable porch furniture, ceiling fans and amazing view. The property exceeded our expectations in all areas, and we hope to have a chance to return.

Kathy is a GREAT host. She communicates quickly and effectively. Her property was stocked with every amenity one could want in a vacation rental: ping pong, basketball, board games, and kayaks to name a few. The pool and hot tub are great. The home is airy with lots of windows. The view of Lake Travis is top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, storage devices, cookware, knives, and utensils. The wine fridge is a great bonus. Washer and drier came in handy. The walk to the boat dock may be challenging if you have physical limitations, but it's worth the effort. There's a nice seating area about halfway down. Our small group was comfortable in the main home. There is an adjacent casita with additional rooms, which we did not need. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Overall: HIGHLY recommended.

The tree house was exactly as advertised. The house was amazing and extremely clean! We enjoyed the lake, the pool, hot tub and the grounds. Everything we needed was right there for a relaxing getaway! Kathy was also incredible answering any question or handling whatever was needed. We will definitely stay here again. You can’t go wrong on this one!

The house is luxurious, private, and architecturally inspired. It's a top-tier place for a weekend on the lake. It includes a dock as well. Kathy was a great host.
